BALD BUDDY™ SHAVER
The Bald Buddy shaver allows you to shave every inch of your head, even those hard-to-reach
areas that you can’t see (see: the back of your head) with ease! The patented comfortable
grip provides control for a smooth and enjoyable shaving experience, and other Bald Buddy
features include:
• Soft-touch bottom with comfortable and convenient switch.
• Extended C-type plug/USB that you can charge the shaver any place and any time.
• Battery power indicator which tells you when power getting low.
• Usable cordless or plugged in.
• Wet & dry use for maximum convenience.

While The Bald Buddy is designed for both wet and
dry shaving, understand that NOT all people should
dry shave!

Warning
• Do not use on thickened head hair (such as eyebrows), only recommended for use on
clean, lotion-free skin. It is highly recommended to exfoliate your skin before shaving.
• Do not disassemble unit to avoid breaking seals and allowing moisture to enter the
shaver.
• Use this shaver only for the purposes described in this manual.
• Do not use unit in the bathtub, or pool. The unit’s waterproofing is suitable only for
shower use, rinsing, and cleaning of unit.
• For hygienic reasons, the blades should only be used by one person. If more than one
person is using shaver, purchasing extra blades is recommended.
• Disposable blade replacement is recommended every 3 months. This way you will
always have a sharp blade ready to go.
• To prevent damage or injuries when using the shaver, use the unit away from your
eyebrows, eye lashes, clothes, threads, and all loose objects.
• Do not use unit if you see any damage to the shaver head or if it appears to be broken.
This may cause injury. Always order a new blade if you drop or damage the shaver
head.
• Do not use the appliance on irritated skin or skin with varicose veins, rashes, spots,
moles or wounds without consulting a doctor first.

DO NOT WORRY
If one of these CB circular caps fall out, do not panic! These are just “hub caps” for style.
Your shaver works the exact same with or without them.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
• Battery indicator
• Soft touch On/Off switch

• C-type socket (Extended USB-C type only - Normal phone charger will not work)
• 5-blade rotary shaving head (3D contouring shaving system adjusts seamlessly to
skin of your face and head)
• Stainless Foil (Dual precision foil is equipped with slots to cut and trap hair
stubble conveniently and protect skin)

• Extended C-type plug/USB charging cable with wall plug adaptor

CHARGING
• Fully charge the product before using the appliance for the first time, or if it has not
been used in quite a while. (2-hour charging time)
• If fully charged, you can use the appliance for ~75 minutes
• Insert the C-plug into the waterproof charging port of the shaver and the USB end to
your charging source (such as a USB device or using the USB wall adaptor) and the
light will come on to indicate that the appliance is charging
• Charge the appliance for 2 hours until the battery indicator light turns off. Once the
battery indicator light turns off, the unit is fully charged.
• When the unit is fully charged, the battery and light symbols are on all the
time
• Note: Only extended USB-C type adaptors will charge shaver. Normal USB-C (android,
phone etc.) will not charge chaver.
• When a customer charges the unit with the wrong voltage (over 5V), three indicators
will quickly flash for 10 seconds. Unit will not be charge because of battery protection.
Note: The unit can usually be used right out of the box because it comes partially-charged. It
takes 2 hours to fully charge the appliance. Each full charge gives you approximately 75
minutes shaving time. If it takes you 5 minutes every time to shave, then you should get about
15 shaves from a full charge. It is recommended to let the unit battery fully drain before
recharging as this will extend battery life of the shaver. If shaver battery life is getting low
while using the unit, you can plug it in to finish shaving.

TRAVEL LOCK
Switch off-state, push the on/off switch for 3 seconds light flashes 2 times and goes into
the locked state. If you try to turn on, the light will just flash indicating the unit is locked. To
unlock: same instructions, push and hold down the on/off switch for 3 seconds, the indicator
light flashes and releases the lock state, the switch will now normally.

HOW TO USE ON HEAD
• Remove protective cap.
• Press the on/off switch to turn shaver on.
• Hold the shaver and place the shaving head on your scalp and start shaving in a short
circular motion. This seems to be the best method for starting out you will quickly
come up with your daily shaving routine as you continue to get acquainted with your
new shaver.
• Keep all heads touching the skin with equal light pressure. For tougher spots (like back
left/right side of head), concentrate only 1 or 2 blades in small circular patterns.
• You can shave as fast or as slow as you desire.
• The shaver head will catch all stubble while shaving. Rinse shaver after every full pass
of head or body area for best performance.
• Once finished shaving, it is recommended to rinse shaver heads after each use under
running water to clean away stubble. Do not use very scalding hot water to rinse the
unit.You can also deep clean the unit in a cup of Rotary and Shaver cleaner solution.
Just turn on shaver and dip only the shaver heads in a small cup filled with the
solution, or, if you just want to just quickly rinse the shaver, you can use just water. It
is recommended to use rotary and foil shaver cleaner to disinfect blades properly.

HOW TO USE ON FACE
• Remove protective cap
• Press the on/off switch to turn shaver on
• Hold the shaver at a right angle to the skin so all heads are touching the skin with
equal pressure
• Puff up skin (making cheeks flat) to give shaver easier glide surface
Note: Shaver will only work on stubble. Trim down longer hairs before using on facial hair.
• While applying light pressure, use short circular strokes to shave the face
• The shaver head will catch all stubble while shaving
Once finished shaving, it is recommended to rinse shaver heads while running after
each use under running water to clean away stubble. Do not use very scalding hot
water to wash heads. You can also deep clean in a cup of Rotary and Shaver cleaner
solution. Just turn on shaver and dip only the shaver heads in a small cup filled with
the solution, or, if you just want to just quickly rinse the shaver, you can use just
water. It is recommended to use rotary and foil shaver cleaner to disinfect blades

Tips: Make sure your hair is not too long as this is a shaver and not a clipper. If your
hair is too long it will pull hairs and not cut them. As with all shavers, this is a
maintenance tool to keep your head and face feeling clean and smooth after each
shave. We recommend not to have more that 2-3 days of hair growth before using this
shaver. If your hair is too long, just shave down with clippers first, then finish it off
with the shaver for a smooth clean shave.

CLEANING AND CARING FOR YOUR SHAVER
• When cleaning your shaver, make sure charging cable is disconnected from the unit.
• Cleaning the shaver heads after each use could extend blade and appliance life.
• This shaver’s waterproof design can be rinsed under running water, but do not soak it
under water for a long period as this will damage the shaver.
Once finished shaving, it is recommended to rinse shaver heads while running after
each use under running water to clean away stubble. Do not use very scalding hot
water to wash heads. You can also deep clean in a cup of Rotary and Shaver cleaner
solution. Just turn on shaver and dip only the shaver heads in a small cup filled with
the solution, or, if you just want to just quickly rinse the shaver, you can use just
water. It is recommended to use rotary and foil shaver cleaner to disinfect blades
properly. These cleaners can be found on Amazon.
• IMPORTANT: When the shaver blade load reaches to limitation, the unit will turn off
with three indicators flashing for 10 seconds. Click the button to restart the unit. It's
time to clean or replace the shaver head.

REPLACING SHAVING HEAD
1. The blades usually stay sharp for up to 3 months, sometimes longer, depending on
how it is used.
2. To replace the head simply hold the head tightly with one hand and the shaver handle
with the other hand.
3. Detach the head by tugging the head out of the shaver handle. Do not twist or squeeze
head to remove.
4. Push new replacement head by aligning the groove with the shaver and pushing
inwards until you hear a click.
5. IMPORTANT: When the shaver blade load reaches to limitation, the unit will turn off
with three indicators flashing for 10 seconds. Click the button to restart the unit. It's
time to clean or replace the shaver head.

AFTER USE OF SHAVER
• Clean the shaver heads regularly by removing the loose stubble. Either by rinsing
under the faucet. or in a cup of rotary and foil cleaner solution.
• Clean whole unit with a soft damp cloth, do not use strong detergents or chemicals.
• To dry, wipe clean with a dry towel.
• Do not use hair dryer or heater to dry shaver.

DISPOSAL
Do not dispose electrical products with waste or trash.
Please recycle our shaver. Adhere to the local and state authority advice on how to properly
dispose of electrical products.

1. RETURN POLICY
We take pride in The Cut Buddy™ products and want you to be happy using them. All of our products carry a 30-day return
policy. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from THECUTBUDDY.com, you can return it for a refund within 30
days of your receipt of the product.
Please note, if you ordered a kit or bundled package, such as the 35 Piece Beginners Kit or the 3 Step Ingrown Hair Shave
Bundle, it must be returned in its entirety. We are unable to accept partial returns for individual products within a package.
For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more
information. To the extent allowed by applicable law, products purchased from an unauthorized retailer are not covered by our
return policy.
2. RETURNS PROCESS.
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. For exchanges, return your product for a refund and place a new
order on THECUTBUDDY.com for the correct item. For warranty claims, see the PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY section below.
To initiate your refund request, please visit our Contact Us page, select “Returns” from the page, and complete the rest of the
form with your order details. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team via email at: [e-mail]. In
your email, be sure to include: (1) your name, (2) Order Number, (3) the product(s) you wish to return, and (4) a brief summary
of your reason for return. If your request is timely, complete, and not rejected for suspected fraud, abuse, or other reasons
described below, we will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number.
We reserve the right to limit returns, and to track returns initiated from the same name, email address, billing address, mailing
address, or IP address. If we believe that a customer or potential customer has been or is likely to take advantage of our return
policy, or otherwise purchase products for reasons other than personal use, we reserve the right to deny sales or returns to any
customer.

PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY
1. LIMITED WARRANTY.
We warrant solely to the person who originally purchased the products listed below, that those products will be free
from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to these conditions. The
warranty does not cover (i) normal wear and tear, (ii) defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs,
replacement parts, or accessories, (iii) misuse, misapplication, negligence, or failure to maintain or use in accordance
with the product’s instructions, or (iv) purchased, delivered, or used outside of the United States.
To approve your warranty claim, the following conditions must be met: (a) you must have purchased the product
from THECUTBUDDY.com or an authorized THE CUT BUDDY™ dealer; (b) you must provide proof of your product
purchase date; (c) if requested, you must return the product to THE CUT BUDDY™; and (d) you must have used the
product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s instructions.
If a defect occurs under these circumstances and during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our
discretion, the defective product or part, as the sole and exclusive remedy for any approved warranty claim. We may
not be able to replace discontinued products. If not, we will replace these products with an equivalent model based
on availability. We may make changes to products and designs in the time you purchased your product and submitted
a warranty claim. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

2. WARRANTY PERIODS.

BALD BUDDY REPLACEMENT HEAD SUBSCRIPTION MEMBER WARRANTY PERIOD
Bald Buddy Replacement Head members are eligible for a special Warranty, subject to the conditions below. If you
are an: (a) active Replacement Head Subscription member who has (b) received a replenishment box within 90 days
of submitting a warranty claim, we will honor up to one warranty claim in any 12-month period on the following
products:
• The Bald Buddy® Shaver
3. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS.
To initiate a warranty claim, please visit our Contact Us page, select “Warranty/Replacement” from the page, and
complete the rest of the form with all requested details. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team
at: [email protected] and provide at least the following information: (a) product purchased, (b) Order Number (if
you purchased directly from THECUTBUDDY.com), (c) name of seller (if product was purchased from an authorized
THECUTBUDDY™ dealer), (d) proof of product purchase date, (e) whether the package is opened or unopened, and (f)
a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. If your claim information is confirmed as complete and
timely, we will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number. If requested to return your product
to THE CUT BUDDY™, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to you. Once we receive and inspect your returned
product, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your product and are processing your
request. We generally will notify you of our decision regarding your warranty claim within 5 to 7 business days after
receiving your product.

4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED ABOVE. IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES OR ANY THEORY OF RECOVERY, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT,
NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL THE CUT BUDDY BE LIABLE FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. No THE CUT BUDDY™
reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. This
warranty does not apply if you purchased your product other than directly from our website or an authorized retailer.
