*UDL is universally distributed load, or the maximum weight allowed
per level, distributed evenly across the level.
Please take note of your part number, your universally distributed load
(UDL*) per level and the loading diagram on page 7.

Always assemble on a firm, level surface. It is not advisable to
assemble on a carpeted floor.
It is recommended that assembly is completed by two people.
Always wear protective gloves when assembling.
Use a cloth to protect the powder coating when using the mallet to
tap beams into place.
Always ensure that the slots on the beams (B & C) fully enter the
keyholes on the uprights (A).
Never locate the bottom shelf more than 150mm from floor.
Always locate top shelf at highest possible position.
STEP 1.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Join 2 x lower upright sections (A) together via the keyholes using 1 x Side
Beam (C), locating beam at bottom of upright. Repeat with 2 more upright
sections and 1 more side beam.
STEP 2.
Join your 2 sections together using 2 x Front/Back Beams (B).
Fit Plastic Feet (G) to bottom of Upright sections.

STEP 3.
Locate Centre Support Beam (D) onto the metal stud on the
Front/Back Beam (B).
Bend flexible tabs back on themselves, using flat-head
screwdriver, for maximum rigidity.

STEP 6.
Tap Upright Connectors (F) onto top of lower upright sections.
STEP 5.
Create your next shelf using 2 x Side Beams (C) and 2 x
Front/Back Beams, joined together using Centre Support
Beam(s) (D).
Place MDF shelf (E) on top of beams.
N.B. Ensure to leave a minimum of 1 keyhole at the
top of the lower upright sections for attachment of
Upright Connectors (F).
STEP 8.
Repeat Step 5 twice, to create the remaining 2 shelf levels.

N.B. Ensure Upright Connectors (F) only cover a single
keyhole, leaving room to attach upper upright
sections.

STEP 7.
Attach remaining Upright sections (A) by tapping down into
Upright Connectors (F).

STEP 4.
Place MDF shelf (E) on top of beams, creating your
first shelf.

Always dispose of packaging responsibly and
appropriately.
Cardboard box – widely recycled.
Plastic sleeve – not widely recycled.
1. Ensure shelving is always kept in good condition.
2. Always adhere to the maximum UDL for your shelving, as shown on
page 2.
3. If your shelving unit gets damaged stop using immediately.
4. Heavier items should always be stored on the lower shelves. Always
load your shelf from the bottom up.
5. Ensure load is evenly distributed as per diagram below.
