SAFETY INFORMATION
MUST READ BEFORE USE
The following steps must be following when using this product.
THE FOLLOWING SAFETY STEPS MUST BE APPLIED
WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT.
IMPROPER USE COULD LEAD TO SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
1. Two people are required in order to
assemble this product. Assembly can take
two hours to fully complete.
2. Never use this product if the assembly
process has not been completed as per
the instructions in this user guide.
3. Springs and moving parts during assembly
are treated as parts under pressure.
Children should be at least 5m from
adults assembling the product. Children
should never be involved during this stage.
Children are at far greater risk of serious
injury from improper assembly. Take
caution when attaching springs.
4. If a part of the trampoline is faulty or ages
excessively. Replace only with Tuff Bounce
parts.
5. Children under the age of 6 must not use
this product.
6. A legal adult must supervise use at all
times.
7. The trampoline must be exposed to the
elements as little as possible.
8. The trampoline must never be placed on a
slope or gradient when in use or otherwise.
9. The trampoline must always maintain
a clearance of 5m vertically from the
bounce mat upwards from surrounding
objects (roofs or overhanging branches),
as well as 1.5m on any given side. (Shown
in diagram on page 3). This is to prevent
users from making unwanted contact with
overhanging or nearby objects.
10. Trampoline must not be placed on top
of objects, nor can objects be stored
underneath or around it.
11. Trampoline must only be used in daylight
hours and never in poorly lit areas.
12. The owner is responsible for assuring all
users are aware of rules and guidelines
within this book prior to use.
13. Donotattemptipsorsomersaults.
14. Do not attempt to overload the trampoline.
Ensure a 1 person maximum limit is
observed at all times.
15. Do not exceed the 150kg weight limit of the
trampoline at any time.
16. Ensure the safety net is properly
assembled, secured and zipped closed
before use. Failure to do this can result in
serious injury or death.

Locate the U-Shaped leg bases to form the
underside of your trampoline.
Connect the legs and their extensions together.
Securing process shown in step 3.
Thread the leg Bolts through the connected leg
holes. Tighten all 12 Nuts using the Spanner.

Layout the Frame Tubes with T-Connector
Sleeves on the ground in one large ring. Ensure
the Frame Tube holes are all facing upwards.
Guide the T-Connector Bolts through each hole
from the outside of the Frame and fasten with
a washer and nut. Tighten all 12 Nuts using the
Spanner.
Slide the T-Connector Sleeves onto each Frame
Tube and sequentially connect all Frame Tubes
together.

Attach your Legs into T-Connector Sleeves. Do
not secure with screws at this stage.
Once assembled your trampoline base is ready
to stand on its own.
The Lower Poles form the support for the Safety
Net. They attach to the outside of every second
Leg Extension with the top curved away from
the trampoline centre.
This diagram shows the parts required for this
step in order.
Guide the Leg Bolts through both poles with a
Spacer in between and secure with Leg Nuts.
Ensure the Lower Poles are mounted on the
outside of the trampoline leg.
Your trampoline should look like this.

Lay the Spring Cover on top of the springs
equally around the trampoline. Locate the black
elastic ties on its underside.

Place your Bounce Mat on the ground in the
middle of the trampoline frame.
On each side of the T-Connector Sleeves, attach
Springs from the Bounce Mat buckles to the
Frame Tube holes. Use the Spring Tool to extend
and hook each Spring.
It should look like this. Ensure the Frame Tube
holes and the Bounce Mat buckles match in
value between the legs.
Evenly attach each Spring to the Mat and Frame
using this Leg number sequence: 1, 7, 4, 10, 2, 8,
5, 11, 3, 9, 6, 12 . Repeat the same pattern until all
the Springs are attached.
Your trampoline is now beginning to take form.

Slide the black PVC Pole Sleeves over each of
the Safety Net Poles.
Connect the 2 Fiberglass Rods together to form
1 large rod. Feed the Rod through the Safety
Net sleeves. Join the 2 ends of the rod together
forming the top ring of your Safety Net.

Firmly secure the Spring Cover ties to the Frame
Tube. These steps are paramount for user safety
so please ensure the knots are tight.
Evenly weave the black Nylon Cord between the
Spring Cover mesh and the Bounce Mat buckles
in a zig-zag fashion. Tighten and then tie off.
Locate the Upper Poles. These will complete the
Safety Net structure.
Guide the Safety Net Upper Poles into the Lower
Poles while depressing each metal button. You
should hear a click when securely in place.

Place the Safety Net on top of your Bounce Mat
inside the poles, ready to be connected to the
top of each Safety Net Upper Pole.
Connect male and female parts of a Safety
Net Pole Clamp. Slot the Pole Clamp onto the
Fiberglass Rod and guide onto the top of the
Upper Pole click.
You should hear the button click when the
clamp is engaged properly. This may require a
second person to help. Repeat on all 8 Upper
Poles.
Locate the plastic hooks at the bottom of the
Safety Net and connect them to the closest
Bounce Mat buckle.
An engaged safety net hook should look like
this.
Observe that the Safety Net hangs inside the
poles, but over the outside of the Frame Tubes
and Spring Cover. Your trampoline is now
complete.
