Instruction for use
FIRST RUN:
WARNING read the safety notes carefully.
1) Be careful when opening the package: do not use blades that could damage the
contents.
2) Remove the MOONWASH cleaner from the box by lifting it upwards.
3) Remove the foam panels starting from the top one.
4) it is necessary to keep the packaging that guarantees the safe transport of the oodlight.
5) Place the MOONWASH cleaner on a safe surface, taking care to place it at least 10 cm
away from any other object, including the back wall. This procedure is essential in order
not to obstruct the cooling ducts of the oven itself. (see safety rules)
6) Connect the power cable to the MOONWASH oven and to a 220V power outlet
equipped with an earth connection. If possible, use a socket controlled by a switch to be
able to easily remove power from the oven when not in use. (see safety rules)
7) After connection, the MOONWASH cleaner will show a short startup screen and will go
into stand-by mode.
Warning: in this mode the cleaner is ready to welcome the start of the desired program.

Warning: MOONWASH cleans the uncured surface resin from the 3D printer using chemicals such as IPA.
Moonwash is a professional product and must be used by qualified personnel following the instructions and
warnings
Warning: The MOONWASH is powered by a 220V mains voltage, therefore avoid tampering with the
equipment in all its parts in order not to incur the risk of electric shock. In the event of a device malfunction,
contact qualified assistance.
Warning: We are not manufacturers and suppliers of resin cleaning products. We recommend that you
carefully read the instructions for the product used for cleaning your resin objects.
Warning: The MOONWASH is powered by a 220V mains voltage, therefore avoid tampering with the
equipment in all its parts in order not to incur the risk of electric shock. In the event of a device malfunction,
contact qualified assistance.
Warning: Use the MOONWASH in ventilated places.
Many detergents are flammable and highly volatile, after use put the detergent back in the special storage
package. Do not use the Moonwash near heat or provoking sources
Sparks.
Warning: After use, always empty the tank of the cleaning product. Be careful when emptying the tank.

PROGRAMS:
THE PROGRAMS
END OF PROGRAM:
PROGRAM SCREEN
The MOONWASH system has a touchscreen interface
microprocessor controlled and intuitive software which allow you
to control every aspect of the process of cleaning your particular
object.
MOONWASH has 3 speed programs:
LOW: slow wash, dedicated to very delicate pieces
MED: standard wash
HIGH: strong and incisive washing
By clicking on each program you can:
establish the washing time and start your process.
Once the program is finished you will receive a message on the display.
Remember to take the pieces from the tub at the end of the wash.
The resin in contact with the cleaning product for a long time could be
damaged (read the warnings indicated by the resin manufacturer).
After drying your resin parts, proceed with the polymerization with
your MOONWASH by setting the desired program.

Instruction for use
TANK REMOVAL:
Use the special handles that must be hooked to the vents of the tank.
Remove the tank taking care not to spill the cleaning liquid.
Allow the liquid to flow from the appropriate hole placed on the tank.
Clean the tank of residues and put it back in its seat.
TIPS:
Remember to check the eectiveness of your cleaning liquid which runs out after a few
washes.
Follow the instructions issued with the cleaning product to measure eectiveness.

MAINTENANCE:
If the MOONWASH does not turn on, check the following things:
check if the power cable is correctly inserted in the power socket and in the plug located on the rear panel.
CAUTION
The minimum alcohol level is reached when the pieces are completely immersed
ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATING CONDITIONS:
Keep MOONWASH indoors and away from heat sources, away from flammable materials and liquids that may cause a safety risk. Keep
MOONWASH away from the wall at least 20cm. Do not obstruct in any way the ducts, their openings to the outside and the fans located
on the rear panel and on the bottom in order not to damage the cleaner itself.
Keep MOONWASH in an environment with temperatures between 18 ° C and 28 ° C.
