NOTE:
“This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.”
It is recommended to drain all the water from wash
tub if any, after completion of your wash cycle.
Precautions When Operating
Do not use water hotter than 50°C for washing clothes.
Never splash water on control panel.
Close wash lid, to avoid water splashes.
Use detergent quantity as specified in manual.
Be sure the drain hose lay down as shown in fig.
-Clothing may be deformed or decolored
When spinning always use the spinning cap.
-Press spin cap tightly against the clothes
-While spinning maintain horizontal level of clothes

-Plastic parts may be deformed or damaged
Cautions
Do not use Washing Machine to wash items other
than Clothes, Blankets, Curtains, Towels etc.
Never disassemble, Repair or Remodel this washing
machine. This can cause fire or irregular action that
may Result in injury.
Do not place flammable substances near the machine
such as Kerosene, Benzine, Paint Thinner
and Alcohol.
Do not put clothing with such substances in the tub.
There is a risk of Explosion of Fire
When the washing machine gets dirty, wipe it with
the slightly wet cloth.
Do not use machine when power cord is torn or
damage, Removing the power plug from the power
outlet, you should remove it by pulling its insulated
body not its cord. And do not place the machine or
any heavy objects on the power cord; it may cause
the damage to the power cord. If the power plug or
power cord is damaged, contact your nearest service
centre.
Be Sure that the washing machine grounded

-Use Metal pipe for ground connection
-Don’t use Gas pipe or Telephone lines for connection.

Do not place the washing machine in steamy rooms
or where the washing is directly exposed to rain.
Moisture may destroy the electrical insulation and cause
an electrical shock hazard.
-Push it with force further to the bottom of the drain outlet.
-Check the drain hose for not getting a part from the
outlet by drawing it.
Insert the drain hose (A) and push it tightly to be
connected as arrow direction
As plastic and electrical components are affected by direct
heat, never place washing machine near heaters, boilers etc.
Do not place washing machine under direct sunlight.

13. The manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing
replacement of parts, which are found to be defective within warranty period.
14. Any defects in electrical installation on fittings outside Washing Machine shall have to
be rectified by the purchaser only.
15. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any delay in rectifying the machine, in the event of
non-availability of components and shall in no way be responsible for any losses, direct
or indirect, arising out of the delay, if any.

If the machine is inspected by the authorized service center during warranty period
and product is found free from any sort of damage/defect, Applicable visiting charges

THIS WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES
The warranty card is not duly filled and mailed back to the service centre for
registration by the purchaser, within 10 days of purchase.
The completed Warranty card is not presented to the manufacturer technician at the time of repair.
The machine is not used according to the instruction given in owner’s guide.
Defects caused by improper use as determined by the manufacturer personnel.
Any repair work/installation is carried out by the person other than Videocon service
centre/service agent.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Spinning Time For Laundry
1. Cotton clothes : 5~10 min.
2. Delicate clothes (Thin synthetic fiber, sarees etc.) : 2 min.
3. Sweater (Synthetic fiber) : 2-3 min.
4. Underwear (Knitting clothes) : 3~5 min.
1. Remove the power plug from main power supply.
2. Open the INNER LID and OUTER TUB COVER.
3. Pick up the laundry.
4. While placing the OUTER TUB COVER back, be
sure to push it firmly until front hook is engaged
securely.

1. This warranty is confined to the original products of the only manufacturer .
2. The or their authorised service
manufacturer Agent / will repair / replace all parts failing due
to faulty material or defective workmanship pertaining to the above Washing Machine.
3. Only the or its authorised Service
manufacturer Agent / can service/repair/attend to install/
reinstall the washing Machine. The list of ’s serivce centre is as printed
Manufacturer
overleaf.
4. If the machine is not repairable at the place of its installation then the decision of
technician to call back the machine to Service Centre for repairs shall be final. In such
cases it is the responsibility of Purchaser to bring the machine to the Service Centre.
5. For the units installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the authorised
service a ’Manufacturers authorized service station or ’s dealers as well asManufacturer
expenses incurred in connection with deputing of service personnel/technicians towards
to and fro travel conveyance with deputing of service incidentials etc. will be borne by
the customer.

Any change of location of the unit and / or change of ownership has to be done in
consultation with the or its authorised service agent so that the warrantyManufacturer
obligation for the remaining part of the warranty could be transferred to the new owners
or the original purchaser but at the new location.The unit so transferred will be inspected
by the or its service agent at the cost inspection charges.

7. Any damage caused during shifting will be repaired on chargeable basis. In the event of
repair / replacement of any part/s of the set, this warranty will thereafter, continue and
remain in force only for the unexpired period as per the warranty card issued at the time
of purchase of the set. Moreover, the time taken for repair and in transit, whether under
the warranty or otherwise, shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
8. This warranty will continue to be in force for the term herein specified, irrespective of
what replaced may be provided under it, and such replacement shall not attract any
fresh warranty unless specified.
9. The warranty extended herein is in lieu of all implied conditions and warranties under the
law and is confined to the repair or replacement of defective parts and does not cover
any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss arising from such defects.
Furthermore, the warranty in no case, shall extend to the payment or any monetary
consideration whatsoever of the replacement or return of the Washing Machine as a
whole.
10. The defective spare part/s shall be the sole property of and will be collected
manufacturer
by the Authorised Service Centre / Franchisee.
11. It shall be the discretion of the to replace the required part with suitable and
manufacturer
currently available part/s. The may also use the substitute part for defective manufacturer
part.
Manufacturer of this VIDEOCON Brand Washing Machine undertake that the product is warranted against
manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months, commencing from the date of purchase, the manufacturer
will repair or replace free of charge any part or parts of the Washing Machine except Top Lids, Inlet/Drain
due to faulty material or workmanship only. The warranty will be governed by the following clauses :
