Safety notes
•
Do not use rack for anchoring or mooring.
•
Do not allow passengers to sit underneath or
behind the rack when boat is in use.
•
Ensure all bolts and hardware are tightened
before each use.
•
Do not trailer your boat with equipment in the
racks.
•
Ski- and Wakeboard ropes can catch on rack and
sport equipment during sharp turns causing
damage to equipment. Be careful to prevent the
rope from catching on the rack and warn the
driver of this possibility

Appropriate use of the product includes:

especially the “Safety instructions“ section,

that you only use the product in operating
conditions as described in the instruction
manual.
Inappropriate use of the product
Inappropriate use includes if you use the product
differently than described in the instruction manual,
or do not maintain operating conditions.

Installation
•
This product is intended to be mounted on a 5.72
cm (2.25") to 6.35 cm (2.5") pipe tower.
•
Can be mounted on both vertical and horizontal
pipes.
Tools needed
1/16" Allen Wrench (not included)
Attach the forks
•
Any longer side of the backplate can be on the top.
•
Attach the forks on the backplate using the four M6
20 mm bolts.
•
Make sure that the forks point upward (longest
finger is on the top).
•
The bolt heads should be fully recessed into the
plate.
Install the clamp
•
Disassemble the clamp in two halves.
•
Pick a location on your tower to mount the racks.
Consider both ease of use, and accessibility. You will
need at least 20-30 cm (8"-12") of straight bar on the
tower.
•
Install the clamp with included rubber insert on the
chosen location. Choose the rubber insert that gives
you the best fit.
•
A small gap between clamp halves will remain when
tightened properly.
Final steps
•
Place the backplate over the mounting clamp and
attach the plates using four M6 60 mm bolts.
•
Backplate can be adjusted to the desired angle.
•
Tightened all screws firmly.
You rack is now ready for use!
Daily use
CAUTION!
Сheck fasteners!
It is the customer’s responsibility to
periodically check all bolts and screws
to ensure that they are properly
tightened. Improper tightening of
bolts or screws can cause thread
damage or product failure.
Secure the equipment with the elastic band.
The rack will fit various models of equipment.
Care and maintenance
CAUTION!
Harsh chemicals can destroy the
coating of the product!
Avoid harsh chemicals as they will
damage the protective anodized
coating.
•
Wipe down surfaces with damp cloth.
•
Soap and water may be used to clean.

The revocation period shall be thirty days from the day on
which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by
you have taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform

629 799 88) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by
means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by
post). You can use the attached sample revocation form, which
is not mandatory.
You can fill in and submit your declaration electronically in
accordance with the explanations and forms available via "My
eBay" under "Buy / Purchase Summary" for the relevant item.
If you make use of this possibility, a confirmation of receipt of
your declaration will be sent to you immediately (e.g. by e-
mail).
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient
that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of
revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you
immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on
which we received notice of your revocation of this Agreement
for all payments we have received from you, including delivery
charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice
of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard
delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of
payment used by you in the original transaction for such refund,
unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will
you be charged for such refund. We may refuse to refund until
we have received the Goods back or until you have provided
evidence that you have returned the Goods, whichever is
earlier.
You shall return or deliver the Goods to us immediately and in
any event no later than fifteen days from the date on which
you notify us of the revocation of this Contract. This period
shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the
goods before the expiry of the period of fifteen days. You shall
bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be
liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is
due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for testing
their condition, properties and functionality.
We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if they are
returned within Germany.
Limited Warranty
Pavlo Glushko, Birkenallee 44/2, 15232 Frankfurt (Oder),
Germany (“WakeTune”) warrants to the original purchaser (the
“Customer”) that this product (the “Product”) will be free from
defects in materials and workmanship under appropriate use
for a period of one (1) year after the date it is sold to the
Customer on ebay from the seller with eBay id waketune.
Please retain invoice as proof of purchase. The invoice must
include the date of purchase and the description of the Product.
This warranty is limited to defects in material and
workmanship, and it does not apply to direct, INDIRECT, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL damage, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR
REVENUES OR LOSS OF USE OR GOODWILL of damage due to
accident, misuse or negligence, or any cause occurring after
delivery to the Customer. WakeTune is not responsible for
personal injury or damage to the boat caused by the use of the
Product. See exclusions below for specific items and cases not
covered with warranty.
The guaranteed services consist of either free correction of
material or manufacturing faults by repair, exchange of parts
or exchange of the entire Product, our choice. Discontinued
Product may be replaced with equivalent products.
The warranty can be taken advantage of world-wide in all
countries where the national law doesn't counter our warranty
determinations. Other claims or those more extensive than

that are not limited by this warranty conditions; the regulations
of the UN purchasing law have no relevance.
Warranty does not cover:

Anodized and powder coated surfaces as well as all hardware
corrosion are specifically excluded as their care and use
cannot be controlled by WakeTune
•
Minor
faults or deviations in the condition of the Product
that are inconsequential to the value or appropriate use
•
Accessories sent with the Product (if any)
•
Defects due to inappropriate use, or accident
•
Appropriate use is the use of the product that is described in
the operating instructions
•
Damage resulting from items coming into contact with
Product such as bridges, other boats, etc.
•
Defects from wear
•
Modifications made by Customer or third parties to the
Products, if no prior written agreement was present from
WakeTune regarding the type and scope of modification
•
Items damaged from cross-threading fasteners, or improper
installation tools and techniques
•
Defects from acts of God
•
Return shipping of non-defective items (except in the
framework of 30 money back)
•
Defects known to you at the time of purchase
If you need to make a warranty claim contact WakeTune at
waketunestore@gmail.com to receive a return authorization
number (“RMA”) and return address which are required for all
claims. Any return received by WakeTune without an RMA
number will be refused and returned to the shipper at their
expense. The customer is responsible for the safe transport of
the product. To avoid transportation damages, the original
packaging should be used if possible. Non-defective items
received will be returned to the shipper at their expense.
