ATTENTION
For the attention of the Installer
Assemble and install the product in accordance with the As-
sembly and Installation Guide. Transfer the User’s Manual to
the owner of the product upon completing the installation.
Please remind the owner to study the instructions for safe op-
eration.
Not for public use –
for private use only!
Study the User’s Manual carefully for the rules of assembly, safe operation, maintenance, transportation and storage of
the sports set, hereinafter –the SET.
Assembly, disassembly, and installation works should be carried out by at least 2 adults after studying the User’s Manual.
Please keep this User’s Manual during the whole usage period of the product.
Manufacturer has the right to introduce changes into product design, packaging arrangement, as well as in the product
specifications during improvement of the products without prior notice about these changes. These changes do not
impair the consumer properties of the product.
In order to prevent injuries, the following is highly recommended:
- avoid presence of children by the SET installation and participation of children in the SET installation;
- avoid carrying out the SET adjustment by children;
- always provide an adult supervision when children are using the SET;
- make sure that the ground inside the sports set safety zone (pic.1) is covered with shock-absorbing material.
- avoid using the SET by more than three child at a time, if total weight of the users exceed 100 kg.
Please study section 9 of this Manual for more detailed safe use rules, before starting using the set.

3. PRODUCT STRUCTURE
3.1 Product composition
3.1.1 The SET is a demountable framed structure made from metal pipes mounted on concreted supports.
3.1.2 The basic components of the SET include ladders; monkey-bars; triangular stand; pull-up bar
3.1.3 Accessories may be added to the SET basic configuration for more options of playing and sports exercises.
3.2 Information about the materials used
All the materials applied for production of the SET are authorized for use in products intended for children. All the materials have the neces-
sary Sanitary, Safety and Health Certificates.
4. SUPPLY SET
Note: Manufacturer has the right to introduce changes into product design, packaging arrangement, as well as in the product specifications
during improvement of the products without prior notice about these changes. These changes do not impair the consumer properties of the
product.

5. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1 The SET is transported in its original package by any kind of transport which provides its safety.
5.2 Before the SET is installed it should be stored in its original package in a dry building with natural ventilation.
5.3 The original package of the SET should be used for transportation of the previously installed SET to another place.
6. DISPOSAL
6.1 The following operations should be performed before the SET is disposed:
•dismantle of the SET;
•disassemble the SET. The sequence of disassembling process of the SET is contrary to its assembling sequence;
•sort the parts by the types of materials used for production of the parts.
6.2 The SET does not contain any hazardous substances.
6.3 Waste disposal is performed according to the requirements of the local Sanitary Regulations and Norms
7. WARRANTY
7.1 Product warranty period is 12 months.
7.2 The warranty does not cover the following defects:
•damages acquired during transportation;
•damages caused by storage, assembling and operation conditions which don’t correspond to the requirements of this Manual.
8. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
8.1 Preparation to the installation, tools and equipment.
8.1.1 Unpack the SPORTS SET.
8.1.2 Read the assembly instructions thoroughly.
8.1.3 Put all the components on the preliminary prepared place (a table, a place on floor).
8.1.4 Make sure that package contents match the base configuration of your SPORTS SET.
8.1.5 During assembly you will need the following tools, specified in the Table 3:

8.2 Safety measures.
8.2.1 All the assembling/disassembling and installation works should be performed by at least 2 persons.
8.2.2 The presence of children during the SPORTS SET mounting is prohibited.
8.2.3 The SPORTS SET assembling should be performed in steps according to the mounting instructions.
8.2.4 To avoid unauthorized unfastening of screwed joints use sealant.
8.3 Order of assembling and installation of the SPORTS SET.
8.3.1 Install the reel clip item No. 49 on the beam for the swing item No. 19 according to the following assembly scheme:
8.3.2 Assemble stands (items 4 and 5) and the beam for swing’s installation.

9 SAFETY MEASURES
9.1. The SPORTS SET is designed for the children older than 3 years old
9.2. WARNING! CHILDREN SHOULD USE THE SPORTS SET UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION.
9.3. Maximum working load on detachable accessories is 50 kg, on the metal structure - 100 kg.
9.4. It is PROHIBITED to use the SET by more than 1 user at the same time, iа total weight of the users exceed 100 kg.
9.5. To reduce the risk of serious injuries it is important to place shock-absorbing protective surfacing under and around your
SET. The area under and around the SET should be free of any other equipment or other obstacles.
9.6 Only one element of accessories (swing, rings, etc.) should be used at a time. Do not use the elements of the SET not in the way
they are designed for (e.g. twist the swing ropes, or loop them over the top support bar, since this may reduce the strength of the
rope).
9.7. Do not attach to the SET the parts and items that are not intended for use with the SET, such as jumping ropes, washing lines,
leads, cables, chains, etc., as they may lead to your child’s injuries.
9.8. When using the SET, children's clothes and shoes must be of the suitable size. Avoid wearing chains, scarves, hoods, clothes
with cords, etc. Serious injuries may be caused by any part of the children’s clothing becoming entangled in the equipment.
USING THE SPORTS SET WITHOUT APPROPRIATE SHOCK-ABSORBING PROTECTIVE SURFACING MATERIALS
MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY FROM FALLS
Failure to follow safety precautions and operation instructions could result in serious or fatal injury!
10 CHECK AND CONTROL BEFORE USING THE SPORTS SET
Before using the SPORTS SET it is always necessary to check:
•Integrity of the structure, presence of all elements of the SPORTS SET;
•Presence of protective plastic plugs and cups on the open holes and fasteners where it’s provided by the manual;
•Stability of the SPORTS SET and security of the attachment of all the elements.
FAILURE TO INSPECT AND CHECK THE SPORTS SET MAY RESULT IN ITS FALL OR TURNOVER!
11 REGULARY CHECK AND CONTROL
11.1 Every day check the SPORTS SET:
•In case fastening joints get loose, tighten those using standard tools.
WARNING! It is PROHIBITED to remove rungs of the gymnastic ladder and the horizontal bar.
•All fastening elements should be securely tightened.
•Check tightness of joints and stability of fastening of elements of accessories (ropes and cords).
•Check integrity of ropes, cords; absence of wear and damage of fibers.
•Check integrity of wooden elements.
11.2 Periodically, at least once a month, the following should be inspected:
•Tightness of fastenings and joints;
•Absence of displacement of all the elements: compare the initial position and the current position. Tighten the screws if
necessary
11.3 Perform basic inspection periodically, at least once a year.
Replace all the broken component elements with the equivalent original parts produced by the SET Manufacturer.
Replacement of the broken parts by non-original components is dangerous and therefore prohibited.
