INTRODUCTION
EASY spray gun washers are used to wash spray guns and accessories manually.
They are compressed air devices which are easy to use and highly practical; they work at high or low pressure and
consume less than a conventional airbrush.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SPRAY GUN WASHER
It has two parts (see fig. on page 3): the washing chamber (A) and the base (B), as shown schematically in figure 1.
The washing chamber comprises:
1) Ball cock for the continuous jet of clean solvent
2) Ball cock for atomized solvent
3) Ball cock for dirty solvent jet
4) Chimney; an external hose at the top of the device
5) Start-up cock; turn and the fume suction nozzle starts up automatically
6) Hatch; only for EASY/S model
7) Hose for discharge of continuous jet of clean solvent
8) Hose for discharge of clean solvent in atomized jet
9) Hose for discharge of continuous jet of dirty solvent
10) Hose for suction of continuous jet of clean solvent
11) Hose for suction of clean solvent in atomized jet
12) Hose for suction of continuous jet of dirty solvent
13) Hose for discharge of dirty solvent from the tank
The base (B) is a single unit; low down it has brackets to secure the two solvent bins - dirty (16) and clean (17).

OPENING THE PACKING CASE
The cardboard packing case includes inner wrapping with corrugated cardboard.
The packing case should only be moved by fork-lift truck and handled at all times by two people, until
installation is complete.
Carry out the following instructions:
1. Remove the unit from the corrugated cardboard and the outside packing.
2. Remove any cardboard protecting the base and washing chamber and then remove the chamber itself (pull out first
the hose for solvent discharge then the hose for solvent fumes).
3. The EASY/S model is fitted with a base hatch containing a knob for hatch opening and closing, a screw and pin.
Remove this unit from the base.

INSTALLING THE SPRAY GUN WASHER
a) Place the base vertically; the two brackets for the solvent bins should be at the bottom.
b) For the EASY/S model, assemble the knob at the centre of the hatch and tighten the screw provided. The hatch has
a pin at the bottom left: place this pin in the hole on the left of the base. Then line up the top hatch hole and top
base hole and fit the pin in the small bag containing the knob and screw.
c) Fit the washing chamber on the base, placing the pins in the chamber into the holes in the base.
d) Fit the discharge hose which you will find loose in the packing case.
e) Place the two containers on the base brackets: one for clean solvent (right) and the other empty (left) to discharge
the dirty solvent. Fit the tank discharge hose to the empty bin (fitted as at point 7) and the suction hose from the
left (the dirty solvent). Fit the two hoses for the suction of lean solvent from the right.
f) Fit the hose into the chimney to convey fumes outside the room
g) Hook up the compressed air (max 7 bar) to the start-up cock at the top of the chamber. The spray gun washer is
now ready for use.
