Einleitung
Damit Sie an Ihrem neuen Gerät möglichst lange Freude
haben, bitten wir Sie, die Betriebsanweisung und die
beiliegenden Sicherheitshinweise sorgfältig durchzulesen.
Ferner wird empfohlen, die Gebrauchsanweisung für den
Fall aufzubewahren, dass Sie sich die Funktionen des
Artikels später nochmals ins Gedächtnis rufen möchten.
Im Rahmen ständiger Produktweiterentwicklung behalten
wir uns vor zur Verbesserung technische Änderungen
umzusetzen.
Bei diesem Dokument handelt es sich um die
Originalbetriebsanweisung.

prüfen Sie die Vollständigkeit und das Vorhandensein

an die Arbeit. Benutzen Sie das Werkzeug nicht, wenn
Sie müde sind.
Lassen Sie Ihr Werkzeug durch eine Fachkraft
reparieren!
Dieses Werkzeug entspricht den einschlägigen
Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Reparaturen dürfen nur durch
eine Elektrofachkraft ausgeführt werden, indem
Originalersatzteile verwendet werden, andernfalls können
Unfälle für den Benutzer entstehen.
Gerätespezifische Sicherheitshinweise
Lesen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme des
Druckluftwerkzeuges alle Instruktionen sehr
sorgfältig. Alle Bedienungspersonen müssen über die
Sicherheitsvorschriften im Gebrauch von
Druckluftwerkzeugen vollständig informiert sein.
Alle Service- und Reparaturmaßnahmen dürfen nur
von ausgebildeten Fachleuten durchgeführt werden.
Beim Einsatz mit Schlagschraubern dürfen
ausschließlich Kraftstecknüsse verwendet werden.
Benutzen Sie niemals andere Arten von Stecknüsse.
Benutzen Sie niemals Kraftstecknüsse mit
verschlissenem oder ausgeschlagenem
Antriebsvierkant. Prüfen Sie vor jedem Einsatz, dass
der Antriebsvierkant an den Kraftstecknüsse und
Verlängerung oder Spindel des Schlagschraubers nicht
verschlissen ist oder gar einen Haarriss aufweist.

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Kraftstecknüsse vor dem
Einsatz sicher auf dem Antriebsvierkant des Werkzeuges
angebracht ist.
Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie einen Kompressor mit einer
ausreichenden Luftliefermenge verwenden (siehe
Technische Daten).
Prüfen Sie vor jedem Einsatz, dass die
Leistungsregulierung richtig eingestellt ist. Eine falsche
Einstellung kann zum Brechen oder Abreißen der
Schraubverbindung führen, sowie zu unkontrollierbaren
Bewegungen des Werkzeuges.
Vergewissern Sie sich vor Inbetriebnahme, dass sich
das Umschaltventil für Links- und Rechtslauf in der
korrekten Position befindet.
Setzen Sie das Werkzeug nicht in Betrieb, bevor die
Kraftstecknüsse solide und korrekt auf Schraubenkopf oder
Mutter sitzen.
Prüfen Sie den Druckluftschlauch sowie alle
Anschlüsse regelmäßig auf Verschleiß.
Tragen Sie das Werkzeug am Handgriff und nicht am
Schlauch. Ihre Hand sollte sich in diesem Fall auch nicht in
der Nähe des Betriebsdrückers befinden.
Versuchen Sie nicht, das Werkzeug an den drehenden
Kraftstecknüsse zu halten oder zu führen.
Das Werkzeug ist nicht geerdet oder gegen Elektrizität
isoliert. Benutzen Sie es keinesfalls dort, wo die
Möglichkeit eines Kontaktes mit Elektrizität besteht.
Vermeiden Sie, dass das drehende Teil des Werkzeuges
in die Nähe oder gar in Berührung mit losen
Kleidungsstücken, Krawatten, Haaren, Putzlappen und
ähnlichen kommt.
Sorgen Sie für ausreichenden Bewegungsraum nach
hinten beim Lösen von Schraubverbindungen, damit die
Bedienungshand nicht eingeklemmt werden kann, da sich
das Werkzeug im Verlauf des Lösungsvorganges
entsprechend der Gewindelänge mit dem Schlagschrauber
nach hinten bewegt.
Verwenden Sie nur Verlängerungen, Adapter und
Gelenkstücke, welche ausdrücklich für den Einsatz mit
Schlagschraubern zulässig sind.
Zeigt das Werkzeug beim Gebrauch Anzeichen von
unregelmäßiger Funktion und Leistung, so ist die
Benutzung sofort einzustellen und das Gerät einer Wartung
oder Reparatur zu unterziehen.
Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Luftzufuhr, wenn es
nicht in Gebrauch ist. Wechseln Sie NIEMALS
Zubehörteile oder führen Sie KEINE Wartungsarbeiten
durch solange das Gerät mit der Luftzufuhr verbunden ist.
Schädigen Sie die Schläuche und Verbindungsstücke
nicht dadurch, dass Sie das Gerät am Schlauch tragen
oder den Schlauch durch Zerren von der Luftzufuhr
trennen. Verhindern Sie, dass der Schlauch mit Hitze, Öl
oder scharfen Kanten in Kontakt kommt. Der Schlauch
sollte ausgetauscht werden, wenn er beschädigt oder
verschlissen ist.
Betreiben Sie das Gerät NIE mit einem Luftdruck von
mehr als 6 Bar. Setzen Sie einen Druckregler ein, der den
Luftdruck auf 6 Bar reduziert.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeit
der Zubehörteile der Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeit des
Schlagschraubers entspricht oder diese übersteigt.

Die Gewährleistung erstreckt sich ausschließlich auf
Mängel, die auf Material- oder Herstellungsfehler
zurückzuführen sind. Bei Geltendmachung eines Mangels
im Sinne der Gewährleistung ist der original Kaufbeleg mit
Verkaufdatum beizufügen.
Von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen sind
unsachgemäße Anwendungen, wie z. B. Überlastung des
Gerätes, Gewaltanwendung, Beschädigungen durch
Fremdeinwirkung oder durch Fremdkörper. Nichtbeachtung
der Gebrauchs- und Aufbauanleitung und normaler
Verschleiß sind ebenfalls von der Gewährleistung
ausgeschlossen.
Verhalten im Notfall
Leiten Sie die der Verletzung entsprechend notwendigen
Erste Hilfe Maßnahmen ein und fordern Sie schnellst
möglich qualifizierte ärztliche Hilfe an.
Bewahren Sie den Verletzten vor weiteren Schädigungen
und stellen Sie diesen ruhig.
Für einen eventuell eintretenden Unfall sollte immer ein
Verbandskasten nach DIN 13164 am Arbeitsplatz
griffbereit vorhanden sein. Dem Verbandskasten
entnommenes Material ist sofort wieder aufzufüllen.
Wenn Sie Hilfe anfordern,
machen Sie folgende Angaben:
1. Ort des Unfalls
2. Art des Unfalls
3. Zahl der Verletzten
4. Art der Verletzungen
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Druckluftschlagschrauber zum Lösen und Andrehen von
Schrauben mit Druckluft. Drehmoment siehe Technische
Daten.
Es dürfen mit dieser Maschine keine anderen Arbeiten
verrichtet werden, als die Arbeiten, für die die Maschine
gebaut ist und die in der Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben
werden.
Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch gilt als nicht
bestimmungsgemäß. Für daraus resultierende Schäden
oder Verletzungen haftet der Hersteller nicht. Bitte
beachten Sie das dieses Gerät bestimmungsgemäß nicht
für den gewerblichen Einsatz konstruiert ist.
Entsorgung
Die Entsorgungshinweise ergeben sich aus den
Piktogrammen die auf dem Gerät bzw. der Verpackung
aufgebracht sind. Eine Beschreibung der einzelnen
Bedeutungen finden Sie im Kapitel „Kennzeichnung“.
Entsorgung der Transportverpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden.
Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind in der Regel nach
umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen
Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recycelbar.
Das Rückführen der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf
spart Rohstoffe und verringert das Abfallaufkommen.
Verpackungsteile (z.B. Folien, Styropor®) können für
Kinder gefährlich sein. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr!
Bewahren Sie Verpackungsteile außerhalb der
Reichweite von Kindern auf und entsorgen Sie sie so
schnell wie möglich.
Anforderungen an den Bediener
Der Bediener sollte vor Gebrauch des Gerätes
aufmerksam die Bedienungsanleitung gelesen haben.
Qualifikation
Außer einer ausführlichen Einweisung durch eine
sachkundige Person ist keine spezielle Qualifikation für
den Gebrauch des Gerätes notwendig.
Mindestalter
Das Gerät darf nur von Personen betrieben werden, die
das 16. Lebensjahr vollendet haben. Eine Ausnahme
stellt die Benutzung als Jugendlicher dar, wenn die
Benutzung im Zuge einer Berufsausbildung zur
Erreichung der Fertigkeit unter Aufsicht eines Ausbilders
erfolgt.
Schulung
Die Benutzung des Gerätes bedarf lediglich einer
entsprechenden Unterweisung durch eine Sachkundige
Person bzw. die Bedienungsanleitung. Eine spezielle
Schulung ist nicht notwendig.
Lagerung
Den Schlagschrauber an einer trockenen, hochgelegenen
oder verschlossenen Stelle lagern, außerhalb der
Reichweite von Kindern.
Vor dem Start
•Montieren Sie wie in Abbildung 3 zu sehen den
im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Nebelöler am
Schlagschrauber.
•Lösen Sie die seitliche Schraube am Nebelöler
und befüllen Sie diesen mit Wolpertech-
Druckluftöl, Art.-Nr. 04006 oder ein dem
entsprechendes Öl.
•Schließen Sie die seitliche Schraube am
Nebelöler.
•Die Druckluft wird durch den Nebelöler geleitet
und dadurch ständig mit Öl vermischt.

Sicherheitshinweise für die Bedienung
•Benutzen Sie das Gerät erst nachdem Sie die
Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam gelesen haben.
•Beachten Sie alle in der Anleitung aufgeführten
Sicherheitshinweise.
•Verhalten Sie sich verantwortungsvoll gegenüber
anderen Personen.
•Benutzen sie immer die richtige Arbeitskleidung.
•Achten Sie auch auf einen festen Stand.
•Trennen Sie stets den Luftzuführschlauch vom
Schlagschrauber bevor Sie Stecknüsse oder
Aufsätze an das Gerät montieren oder diese
abnehmen.
Bedienung
Sicherheitshinweis! Tragen Sie eine Schutzbrille!
Tragen Sie einen Gehörschutz!
Vor dem täglichen Betrieb bitte immer Wasser aus dem
Luftkompressortank ablassen und das
Kondensationswasser aus dem Luftschlauch blasen.
Starten Sie nun Ihren Luftkompressor. Der maximale
Betriebsluftdruck liegt bei 6 bar.
Die Leistung (Drehmoment) von Schlagschraubern unter
primären Arbeitsbedingungen wird hauptsächlich durch drei
Faktoren bestimmt:
a) der verwendete Betriebsdruck
b) die Dauer des Arbeitsvorganges an der
Schraubverbindung. Normale Arbeitszeit für eine
Schraubverbindung ist durchschnittlich 3-5 Sekunden.
c) die Einstellung des Umschalthebels, bezogen auf eine
Schraubverbindung im Verhältnis zur Schlagdauer.
Durch die Verwendung von Schrauben und
Materialien unterschiedlichster Härte kommt eine höhere
Reibung zustande, die ein höheres Drehmoment
verursacht, ohne dass die Schraube fester angezogen ist.
Bei festgerosteten Schraubverbindungen benutzen Sie vor
dem Einsatz mit dem Schlagschrauber entsprechende
Korrosionslösemittel. Lösen sich die Schraubverbindungen
nach 3 bis 5 Sekunden Schlagdauer trotzdem nicht, so ist
ein Schlagschrauber der nächsten Größenordnung zu
verwenden.
Überlasten Sie den Schlagschrauber nicht über die
angegebene Leistungsgrenze hinaus, da dies die
Lebensdauer des Gerätes drastisch reduziert.
ANMERKUNG: Das Anzugsdrehmoment an der
Schraubverbindung steht im direkten Zusammenhang zur
Schraubenfestigkeit, Drehzahl des Werkzeuges, Kondition
der verwendeten Kraftsteckschlüssel und der Einsatzdauer
des Schlagschraubers am betreffenden Schraubfall.
Benutzen Sie die direkteste und einfachste Verbindung
zwischen Werkzeug und Kraftstecknuss. Jede zusätzliche
Verbindung sowie Verlängerung absorbiert und reduziert
Leistung.
Abbildung 2 zeigt die Einstellung der Lösemomente.
Abbildung 3 zeigt die Verwendung des
Schlagschraubers mit einem Nebelöler.
Wartung und Pflege
ACHTUNG: Die Wartungsanleitungen für dieses Gerät
beachten. Nicht erwähnte Wartungsarbeiten müssen von
einem autorisierten Service vorgenommen werden.
Schmierung
1. Trennen Sie den Schlagschrauber von der
Luftzufuhr.
2. Fügen Sie 4 - 6 Tropfen des Wolpertech-
Druckluftöls, Art.-Nr. 04006 oder ein dem
entsprechendes Öl in den Lufteinlass während der
Auslöser gedrückt wird.
3. Verbinden Sie nun das Gerät wieder mit der
Luftzufuhr und lassen Sie es zirka 30 Sekunden
laufen um überschüssiges Öl zu entfernen.
Dieser Schmierungsprozess trägt dazu bei, dass
Feuchtigkeit, Staub und Schmutz reduziert werden, die
sich bei Gebrauch mit der Zeit in jedem Luftgerät
absetzen und so dessen Leistung mindern. Den besten
Schutz dagegen bietet der Einsatz eines integrierten
Ölbehälters.
Alle drei Monate, oder wenn der Schlagschrauber nur
selten läuft, sollten Sie den Luftschlauch entfernen und
eine größere Menge an DL-Öl in den Lufteinlass einfüllen.
Schließen Sie dann wieder den Luftschlauch an und
lassen Sie den Schlagschrauber zirka 30 Sekunden
laufen um den Motor des Luftgeräts zu reinigen. Befolgen
Sie nach der Reinigung die Anweisungen zur
Schmierung.

This appliance meets the applicable safety provisions. Any
repairs may only be executed by an electrician, using original
spare parts, otherwise, the user could face a risk of injury.
Appliance-specific safety instructions
Read carefully all instructions before putting the
pneumatic appliance into operation. All persons engaged
in the appliance operation must be fully familiarized with the
safety regulations before using the appliance.
All servicing works and repairs may only be performed by
authorized experts.
Power socket nuts to be used for impact wrenches only.
Never use any other types of socket nuts.
Never use power socket nuts with worn-out or knocked-
out driving square. Before each use, check whether the
driving square for power socket nuts and extension or spindle
of the impact wrench are not worn out or show any hairline
crack. Before use, make sure the power socket nut is firmly
fixed on the driving square of the appliance.
Make sure to use a compressor with a sufficient amount of
supplied air (see Technical specifications).
Before each use, check whether the power control is set
appropriately. Any incorrect setting may lead to screw
connection breaking or tearing off and uncontrollable
movement of the appliance.
Before putting the appliance into operation, make sure
the switchover valve for right and left rotation is in the
appropriate position.
Do not put the appliance into operation before the power
socket nuts are firmly and properly fitted on the screw or nut
head.
At regular intervals, check the pneumatic hose and all
connections if not worn out.
Carry the appliance by the handle, not the hose. When
doing so, your hand must not be near the operating button.
Do not try to hold or guide the appliance by the rotating
power socket nuts.

The appliance is not grounded and insulated against
electricity. In any case, do not use the appliance where there
is a possibility of contact with electricity.
Make sure to prevent the rotating component of the
appliance from getting near or in contact with free pieces of
clothing, ties, hair, cleaning cloths, etc.
Provide sufficient space for backward movement when
loosening the screw connections so that the operating hand
could not get clinched as the tool is moving backward along
the length of the thread with the impact wrench when the tool
is being loosened.
Extensions, adapters and joints explicitly allowed to be
used with the impact wrenches to be used only.
If the appliance shows any sign of irregular functioning when
being used, it is necessary to immediately stop using it and
have it serviced or repaired.
Disconnect the appliance from air supply if not being
used. NEVER change any parts of the accessory equipment
and do not perform ANY servicing work when the appliance is
connected to air supply.
Do not damage the hoses and connections by carrying the
appliance by the hose or by disconnecting the hose from air
supply by pulling. Make sure to prevent the hose from getting
in contact with excess temperatures, oil and sharp edges. The
hose needs to be replaced if damaged or worn out.
Air pressure when the appliance is being used MUST
NOT exceed 6 bar. Use the pressure controller that will
reduce the air pressure to 6 bar.
Make sure the speed of rotation of individual parts of the
accessory equipment matches or exceeds the speed of
rotation of the impact wrench.

The warranty exclusively applies to material or manufacturing

Original purchase voucher with the purchase date must be
provided for lodging a claim in the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover any unauthorized use such as
appliance overload, violent use, damage by another person or
an undesirable item. Failure to follow the Operating
Instructions or assembly instructions and ordinary wear and
tear are also excluded from the warranty.
Behaviors in case of emergency
In case of accident, first aid kit must always be available in
the place of your work in accordance with DIN 13164.
Material taken out of the first aid kit needs to be
supplemented right away.

Use as designated
Impact wrenches for loosening and tightening screws by
compressed air. See Technical specifications for the
tightening torque and loosening torque.
This appliance must not be used for any works other than for
which the appliance has been designed and that are specified
in the Operating Instructions.
Any other use will be considered a use in conflict with the
designation. The manufacturer will not be liable for any
consequential damage or injuries. Please be sure to know
that the appliance has not been designed for industrial
purposes.
Disposal
The disposal instructions are based on icons placed on the
appliance or its package. The description of the meanings can
be found in the “Marking“ section.
Transport package disposal
The package protects the appliance against damage during
transport. Packing materials are usually chosen depending on
their environmental friendliness and disposal method and can
therefore be recycled. Returning the package to material
circulation saves raw materials and reduces waste disposal
costs. Parts of packages (e.g. foils, styropor®) can be
dangerous to children. Risk of suffocation! Keep parts of
packages away from children and dispose them as soon as
possible.
Operator requirements
The operator must carefully read and understand the
Operating Instructions before using the appliance.
Qualification
No special qualification is necessary for using the appliance
apart from detailed instruction by an expert.
Minimum age
The appliance can only be operated by persons over 16 years
of age. An exception includes youngsters operating the
appliance within their professional education to achieve
necessary skills under trainer's supervision.
Training
Using the appliance only requires appropriate instructions by
a professional or reading the Operating Instructions. No
special training necessary.
Storing
Keep the impact wrench in a dry, elevated and locked place
inaccessible to children.
Before starting the appliance
•Install the oil spray (included) to the impact wrench as
shown in pic. 3.
•Loosen the side bolt on the oil spray and fill the spray
with Wolpertech pneumatic oil, Art. No. 04006 or
similar type.
•Tighten the side bolt on the oil spray.
•The compressed air is led through the oil spray and
thus continuously mixed with oil.
Safety instructions for the operator
•Do not use the appliance before reading carefully the
Operating Instructions.
•Follow all safety instructions given in the Operating
Instructions.
•Behave responsibly to other persons.
•Use the right working clothes at all times.
•Provide good stability.
•Disconnect the air supply hose whenever you want to
fit socket nuts or extensions to the appliance or
whenever you want to undo them.
Operation
Safety notice!

Before daily operation, please drain water from the
compressor tank and blow out the condensate from the air
hose at all times.
Now start the compressor. The maximum operating pressure
of air is 6 bar.
The power (torque) of the impact wrenches under primary
working conditions is especially determined by three aspects:
a) Operating pressure applied
b) Duration of work step on the screw connection. The normal
working time for one screw connection is 3-5 seconds on
average.
c) Setting of the switch lever in relation to the screw
connection in proportion to the hammering time.
Due to the use of screws and materials of various hardness,
there as increased friction, which brings a higher torque
without a screw being tightened more firmly.
For rusty screw connections you should use an appropriate
rust dissolving agent before using the impact wrench. If screw
connections are still not loosened after 3-5 seconds of
hammering, a one degree higher impact wrench needs to be
used.
Do not overload the impact wrench to exceed the specified
performance limit as this would drastically shorten the
appliance life.
NOTE: The tightening torque on the screw connection is
directly connected with the screw firmness, appliance
revolutions, conditions of the power socket keys used and
time of using the impact wrench in the specific case of
screwing. Use the most direct and easiest connection
between the appliance and the power socket nut. Each extra
connection and extension absorbs and reduces the appliance
performance.
Picture 2 shows the setting of loosening torques.
Picture 3 shows the use of the impact wrench with a mist
lubricator.
Servicing and treatment
CAUTION: Follow the maintenance instructions
applicable to this appliance. Maintenance works not
specified in this document must be performed by
authorized servicing staff.
Lubrication
1. Disconnect the impact wrench from air supply.
2. Add 4-6 drops of Wolpertech pneumatic oil, Art.
No.04006 or equivalent oil to the air inlet while the
starter is being pressed.
3. Now reconnect the appliance to the air supply and let it
run for app. 30 seconds to allow excessive oil to drain
off.
This lubrication process contributes to the reduction of
moisture, dust and dirt that get deposited in time in every
compressor when using it and reduce its performance. The
best protection against deposition is offered by integrated oil
tanks.
Every three months or when the impact wrench is in operation
only occasionally you must remove the air hose and add more
pneumatic oil to the air inlet. Then, refit the air hose and let
the impact wrench run for app. 30 seconds to allow the

compressor engine to clean out. After cleaning, follow the
lubrication instructions.

Consignes de sécurité spécifiques pour l’appareil
Avant de mettre des appareils pneumatiques en marche,
lisez très attentivement toutes les consignes. Toutes les
personnes chargées de la manipulation doivent être
entièrement informées sur les règles de sécurité lors de
l’utilisation d’outils pneumatiques.
Toute la manutention et les réparations doivent être
réalisées uniquement par des spécialistes agréés.
Utilisez pour les clés à chocs uniquement des douilles de
force.
N’utilisez jamais des douilles de force avec carré
d’entraînement usé ou défoncé. Contrôlez avant chaque
utilisation si le carré d’entraînement pour douilles de force et
le prolongement ou l’arbre de la clé à chocs ne sont pas usés
ou ne présentent pas de fissure capillaire. Veillez à ce que la
douille de force soit fixée en toute sécurité sur le carré
d’entraînement de l’outil.
Veillez à utiliser un compresseur avec une quantité d’air
fournie suffisante (voir caractéristiques techniques).
Contrôlez avant toute utilisation le réglage correct de la
régulation de la puissance. Un réglage incorrect peut
engendrer l’éclatement ou la rupture de l’assemblage
boulonné ainsi que des mouvements incontrôlés de l’outil.
Avant de mettre l’appareil en marche, contrôlez si la
manette de commutation pour la marche à droite et à gauche
se trouve dans la bonne position.
Ne mettez pas l‘appareil en marche avant de fixer
solidement et correctement les douilles et avant leur mise en
place sur la tête d’une vis ou un écrou.
Contrôlez régulièrement le tuyau pneumatique et tous les
raccords du point de vue d’usure.

Portez l‘appareil par la poignée, jamais par le câble. Votre
main ne doit pas se trouver à proximité du bouton de mise en
marche.
N’essayez pas de tenir ou de porter l‘appareil par les douilles
en rotation.
L‘appareil n’est pas mis à la terre et isolé contre
l’électricité. Ne l’utilisez en aucun cas dans les endroits avec
possibilité de contact avec l’électricité.
Évitez que la pièce en rotation de l‘appareil soit à proximité
ou en contact avec des parties larges des vêtements, des
cravates, des cheveux, des chiffons, etc.
Assurez un espace suffisant pour reculer lors du
desserrage des assemblages à boulon, de façon à éviter le
coincement de la main qui manipule l‘appareil, car l‘outil
bouge en arrière lors du desserrage avec la clé à chocs selon
la longueur du filetage.
Utilisez uniquement des rallonges, adaptateurs et coudes
formellement autorisés à être utilisés avec les clés à
chocs.
Si l’appareil montre des signes d’un fonctionnement et d’une
puissance irréguliers lors de l’utilisation, arrêtez
immédiatement de l’utiliser et soumettez-le à l’entretien ou à
un contrôle.
Débranchez l’appareil non utilisé de l’amenée d’air. Ne
procédez JAMAIS au remplacement d’accessoires et ne
procédez à AUCUN entretien tant que l’appareil est branché à
une arrivée d’air.
Veillez à ne pas endommager les tuyaux et raccords en
portant l’appareil par le tuyau ou en tirant dessus pour le
débrancher de l’arrivée d’air. Évitez que le tuyau entre en
contact avec des températures excessives, de l’huile et des
bords tranchants. Remplacez le tuyau lorsqu’il est
endommagé ou usé.
La pression d’air lors du fonctionnement de l’appareil NE
DOIT PAS DÉPASSER 6 bars. Utilisez un régulateur de
pression permettant de réduire la pression d’air à 6 bars.
Veillez à ce que la vitesse de rotation des parties des
accessoires corresponde à la vitesse de rotation de la clé à
chocs ou soit supérieure.

la réclamation pendant la durée de la garantie, il est

Liquidation
Les consignes de liquidation résultent des pictogrammes
indiqués sur l’appareil ou sur l’emballage. La description des

Liquidation de l’emballage de transport
L’emballage protège l’appareil de l’endommagement lors du
transport. En général, le matériel d’emballage est choisi de
façon à ce qu’il réponde aux règles de protection de
l’environnement et de liquidation des déchets, par
conséquent, il peut être recyclé. La remise de l’emballage
dans le circuit de matières permet d’économiser des matières
premières et de réduire les déchets.
Des parties de l’emballage (telles que films, styropore)
peuvent être dangereux pour les enfants. Danger
d’étouffement! Rangez les parties de l’emballage hors de
portée des enfants et liquidez-les le plus rapidement possible.
Exigences à l’égard de l’opérateur
L’opérateur doit lire attentivement la notice avant d’utiliser
l’appareil.
Qualification
Mis à part l’instruction détaillée par un spécialiste, aucune
autre qualification spécifique n’est requise.
Âge minimal
L’appareil peut être utilisé uniquement par des personnes de
plus de 16 ans. Exception faite des adolescents manipulant
l’appareil dans le cadre de l’enseignement professionnel sous
la surveillance du formateur.
Formation
L’utilisation de l’appareil nécessite uniquement l’instruction
par un spécialiste, éventuellement par la notice. Une
formation spéciale n’est pas nécessaire.
Stockage
Stockez la clé à chocs dans un endroit sec, en hauteur ou
fermé à clé, hors de portée des enfants.
Avant la mise en marche
•Montez le pulvérisateur d’huile (fourni) sur la clé à
chocs selon l’image 3.
•Desserrez la vis latérale sur le pulvérisateur d’huile et
remplissez-le d’huile pneumatique Wolpertech, n° de
commande 04006, ou d’une autre huile similaire.
•Serrez la vis latérale sur le pulvérisateur d’huile.
•L’air sous pression passe par le pulvérisateur d’huile,
ainsi, elle est sans cesse mélangée avec l’huile.
Consignes de sécurité relatives à la manipulation
•Utilisez l’appareil seulement après la lecture attentive
du mode d’emploi.
•Respectez toutes les consignes de sécurité figurant
dans le mode d’emploi.
•Comportez-vous de façon responsable envers les
autres personnes.
•Utilisez une tenue de travail adéquate.
•Veillez à une bonne stabilité.
•Avant de procéder au montage ou au démontage des
douilles ou du carré d’entraînement, débranchez le
tuyau d’arrivée d’air.
Manipulation
Avertissement de sécurité !
Portez des lunettes de protection ! Portez un casque
antibruit !
Avant chaque mise en marche, veuillez vider l’eau du
réservoir du compresseur et soufflez le condensat du tuyau
pneumatique.
À présent, démarrez votre compresseur. La pression de
service maximale s’élève à 6 bars.
La puissance (le moment de torsion) des clés à chocs dans
des conditions primaires s’évalue en particulier à l’aide de
trois facteurs :
a) pression de service utilisée
b) durée de l’intervention sur le raccord à vis. La durée de
travail normale pour un raccord à vis s’élève en moyenne à 3-
5 secondes.
c) réglage de la manette de commutation, en liaison avec le
raccord à vis par rapport à la durée de choc.
L’utilisation de vis et matériel de diverses duretés entraîne
l’augmentation du frottement, ce qui engendre un moment de
torsion plus élevé sans serrage plus fort de la vis.
En cas de raccords à vis rouillés, utilisez avant l’application
de la clé à chocs un produit adéquat permettant de dissoudre
la rouille. Si le raccord à vis ne cède pas après un choc de 3
à 5 secondes, utilisez une plus grande clé à choc.
Ne dépassez pas la limite de puissance de la clé à chocs,
vous risquez de réduire considérablement la durée de vie de
l’appareil.
NOTE : Le moment de torsion de serrage sur le raccord à vis
dépend directement de la solidité de la vis, des tours de
l’appareil, de la condition des clés à douilles utilisées et de la
durée d’utilisation de la clé à chocs pour le vissage en
question. Utilisez l’assemblage le plus direct et le plus facile

Entretien et stockage
ATTENTION: Respectez les modes d’emploi relatifs à
cet appareil. Les travaux d’entretien non mentionnés
dans la notice doivent être confiés à un service agréé.
Graissage
1. Débranchez la clé à chocs de l’arrivée d’air.
2. Ajoutez 4-6 gouttes d’huile pneumatique Wolpertech, n°
de commande 04006 ou une huile adéquate dans
l’entrée d’air, tout en appuyant sur l‘interrupteur de mise
en marche.
3. A présent, rebranchez l’appareil à l’arrivée d’air et
laissez-le tourner environ 30 secondes pour évacuer
l’huile en excès.
Ce procédé de graissage contribue à réduire l’humidité, les
poussières et les impuretés se déposant avec le temps dans
chaque compresseur et réduisant sa puissance. La meilleure
protection est l’utilisation d’un réservoir d’huile intégré.
Tous les trois mois ou en cas d’utilisation occasionnelle de la
clé à chocs, démontez le tuyau d’air et versez dans l’entrée
d’air une plus grande quantité d’huile pneumatique.
Rebranchez ensuite le tuyau pneumatique et laissez la clé à
chocs tourner environ 30 secondes pour nettoyer le moteur
du compresseur. Après le nettoyage, respectez les consignes
de graissage.

Bezpečnostní pokyny specifické pro přístroj
Před uvedením pneumatického přístroje do provozu si
velmi pečlivěpřečtěte všechny instrukce. Všechny osoby
zabývající se obsluhou musí být kompletněinformovány o
bezpečnostních předpisech při používání pneumatických
přístrojů.
Veškerý servis a opravy smí provádět jen autorizovaní
odborníci.
Pro rázové utahováky se smí používat výhradnějen
silové nástrčné ořechy. Nikdy nepoužívejte jiné druhy
nástrčných ořechů.
Nikdy nepoužívejte silové nástrčné ořechy
s opotřebeným nebo vytlučeným hnacím čtyřhranem.
Před každým použitím zkontrolujte, zda nejsou hnací čtyřhran
na silové nástrčné ořechy a prodloužení nebo vřeteno
rázového utahováku opotřebené nebo nevykazují vlasovou
trhlinu. Ujistěte se, že je silový nástrčný ořech před použitím
bezpečněpřipevněn na hnacím čtyřhranu přístroje.
Dbejte na to, abyste používali kompresor s dostatečným
množstvím dodaného vzduchu (viz technické údaje).
Před každým použitím zkontrolujte, zda je správně
nastavena regulace výkonu. Špatné nastavení může vést
k prasknutí či odtržení šroubového spoje, jakož i
k nekontrolovatelným pohybům přístroje.
Před uvedením do provozu se ujistěte, zda se přepínací
ventil pro pravý a levý chod nachází ve správné poloze.
Přístroj neuvádějte do provozu dříve, než budou silové
nástrčné ořechy pevněa správněusazeny na hlavěšroubu
nebo matici.
Pneumatickou hadici a všechny přípojky kontrolujte
pravidelněz hlediska opotřebení.
Přístroj noste za rukojeťa ne za hadici. Vaše ruka se
v tomto případěnesmí nacházet ani v blízkosti provozního
tlačítka.
Nepokoušejte se přístroj držet nebo vést za rotující silové
nástrčné ořechy.

Přístroj není uzemněn a izolován proti elektřině.V žádném
případěho nepoužívejte tam, kde existuje možnost kontaktu s
elektřinou.
Zabraňte tomu, aby se rotující součástka přístroje dostala do
blízkosti nebo do kontaktu s volnými kusy oděvu, kravatami,
vlasy, čisticími hadry apod.
Zajistěte dostatečný prostor pro pohyb dozadu při
povolování šroubových spojů, aby se obsluhující ruka
nemohla zaklínit, protože se nástroj během povolování
pohybuje podle délky závitu s rázovým utahovákem dozadu.
Používejte jen prodloužení, adaptéry a klouby, jež jsou
výslovněpovoleny pro použití s rázovými utahováky.
Vykazuje-li přístroj při používání známky nepravidelné funkce
a výkonu, je třeba jej ihned přestat používat a přístroj podrobit
údržběnebo opravě.
Přístroj odpojte od přívodu vzduchu, pokud se
nepoužívá. NIKDY nevyměňujte části příslušenství a
neprovádějte ŽÁDNOU údržbu, dokud je přístroj spojen
s přívodem vzduchu.
Hadice a spojky nepoškoďte tím, že budete přístroj nosit za
hadici, nebo hadici tím, že ji budete odpojovat od přívodu
vzduchu taháním. Zabraňte tomu, aby se hadice dostala do
kontaktu s nadměrnými teplotami, olejem a ostrými hranami.
Hadici je třeba vyměnit, je-li poškozená nebo opotřebená.
Tlak vzduchu při provozu přístroje NESMÍ být vyšší než 6
bar. Použijte regulátor tlaku, který sníží tlak vzduchu na 6 bar.
Zajistěte, aby rychlost otáčení částí příslušenství odpovídala
rychlosti otáčení rázového utahováku nebo byla vyšší.

Záruka se vztahuje výhradněna vady, způsobené vadou
materiálu nebo výrobní vadou.
Při reklamaci vady v záruční doběje třeba přiložit originální
doklad o koupi s datem prodeje.
Do záruky nespadá neodborné použití jako např. přetížení
přístroje, násilné použití, poškození zásahem cizí osoby nebo
cizího předmětu. Nedodržení návodu k použití a montáži a
normální opotřebení rovněž nespadá do záruky.
Chování v případěnouze
Kvůli případné nehoděmusí být na pracovišti vždy po ruce
lékárnička první pomoci dle DIN 13164. Materiál, který si z
lékárničky vezmete, je třeba ihned doplnit.
Pokud požadujete pomoc, uveďte tyto údaje:

Zaveďte úrazu odpovídající potřebnou první pomoc a vyzvěte
co možná nejrychleji kvalifikovanou lékařskou pomoc.

Každé jiné použití je považováno za použití v rozporu s
určením. Za následné škody či úrazy výrobce neručí. Dbejte
prosím na to, že tento přístroj není v souladu s určením
konstruován pro průmyslové použití.
Likvidace
Pokyny pro likvidaci vyplývají z piktogramůumístěných na
přístroji resp. obalu. Popis jednotlivých významůnajdete v
kapitole „Označení“.
Likvidace přepravního obalu
Obal chrání přístroj před poškozením při přepravě.
Obalové materiály jsou zvoleny zpravidla podle jejich šetrnosti
vůči životnímu prostředí a způsobu likvidace a lze je proto
recyklovat.
Vrácení obalu do oběhu materiálu šetří suroviny a snižuje
náklady na likvidaci odpadů. Části obalu (např. fólie,
styropor®) mohou být nebezpečné pro děti. Existuje riziko
udušení! Části obalu uschovejte mimo dosah dětí a co
nejrychleji zlikvidujte.
Požadavky na obsluhu
Obsluha si musí před použitím přístroje pozorněpřečíst
návod k obsluze a pochopit jej.
Kvalifikace
Kroměpodrobného poučení odborníkem není pro používání
přístroje nutná žádná speciální kvalifikace.
Minimální věk
Na přístroji smí pracovat jen osoby, jež dosáhly 16 let.
Výjimku představuje využití mladistvých, pokud se toto děje
během profesního vzdělávání za účelem dosažení dovednosti
pod dohledem školitele.
Školení
Používání přístroje vyžaduje pouze odpovídající poučení
odborníkem resp. návodem k obsluze. Speciální školení není
nutné.
Skladování
Rázový utahovák uložte na suchém, vyvýšeném nebo
uzamčeném místě, mimo dosah dětí.
Před spuštěním
•Podle obr. 3 namontujte na rázový utahovák olejový
rozprašovač(součást dodávky).
•Povolte boční šroub na olejovém rozprašovači a tento
naplňte pneumatickým olejem Wolpertech, obj. č.
04006, nebo podobným olejem.
•Utáhněte boční šroub na olejovém rozprašovači.
•Tlakový vzduch je veden olejovým rozprašovačem a
tím trvale smícháván s olejem.
Bezpečnostní pokyny pro obsluhu
•Přístroj použijte až poté, co jste si pozorněpřečetli
návod k obsluze.
•Dodržujte všechny v návodu uvedené bezpečnostní
pokyny.
•Chovejte se zodpovědněvůči ostatním osobám.
•Používejte vždy správný pracovní oděv.
•Zajistěte si rovněž dobrou stabilitu.
•Hadici pro přívod vzduchu odpojte vždy, když chcete
na přístroj namontovat nástrčné ořechy nebo
nástavce či je z něj odmontovat.
Obsluha
Bezpečnostní upozornění!
Noste ochranné brýle! Noste chrániče uší!
Před každodenním provozem vypusťte prosím z nádrže
kompresoru vždy vodu a ze vzduchové hadice vyfoukejte
kondenzát.
Nyní spusťte Váš kompresor. Maximální provozní tlak
vzduchu činí 6 bar.
Výkon (točivý moment) rázových utahovákůza primárních
pracovních podmínek se určí především pomocí tří faktorů:
a) použitý provozní tlak
b) doba trvání pracovního kroku na šroubovém spoji.
Normální pracovní doba pro jeden šroubový spoj činí
v průměru 3-5 sekund.
c) nastavení přepínací páky, ve vztahu k šroubovému spoji
v poměru k doběpříklepu.
Díky použití šroubůa materiálůnejrůznější tvrdosti dochází
ke zvýšenému tření, což způsobuje vyšší točivý moment, aniž
by byl šroub pevněji utažen.
U zarezlých šroubových spojůpoužijte před použitím
rázového utahováku příslušný prostředek rozpouštějící rez.
Pokud šroubové spoje po 3- až 5-sekundové doběpříklepu
přesto nepovolí, je třeba použít o stupeňvětší rázový
utahovák.
Rázový utahovák nepřetěžujte přes uvedenou hranici výkonu,
neboťto drasticky zkracuje životnost přístroje.
POZNÁMKA: Utahovací točivý moment na šroubovém spoji
přímo souvisí s pevností šroubu, otáčkami přístroje, kondicí
použitých silových nástrčných klíčů a dobou použití rázového
utahováku při daném
případu šroubování. Použijte nejpřímější a nejjednodušší
spojení mezi přístrojem a silovým nástrčným ořechem. Každé
spojení a prodloužení navíc absorbuje a snižuje výkon.

Údržba a ošetřování
POZOR: Dodržujte návody k údržběpro tento
přístroj. Nezmíněné údržbové práce musí provést
autorizovaný servis.
Mazání
1. Rázový utahovák odpojte od přívodu vzduchu.
2. Přidejte 4-6 kapek pneumatického oleje Wolpertech,
obj. č. 04006 či odpovídající olej do vstupu vzduchu,
zatímco je stisknut spouštěč.
3. Nyní spojte přístroj opět s přívodem vzduchu a nechte
cca 30 sekund běžet, aby vytekl přebytečný olej
Tento mazací proces přispívá k tomu, že se redukuje vlhkost,
prach a nečistoty, jež se při používání ukládají časem
v každém kompresoru a snižují tak jeho výkon. Nejlepší
ochranu proti tomu nabízí použití integrované olejové nádrže.
Každé tři měsíce nebo pokud je rázový utahovák v provozu
jen občas, musíte odmontovat vzduchovou hadici a do vstupu
vzduchu nalít větší množství pneumatického oleje. Poté
vzduchovou hadici opět připojte a rázový utahovák nechte
cca 30 sekund běžet, aby se vyčistil motor kompresoru. Po
čištění dodržujte pokyny pro mazání.
