your motherboard manual for

2.3 Installing the DVD drive
Remove the desired DVD drive panel
from the front and insert the DVD
drive into this position, until the front
of the drive unit is ush with the front
of the case.
Then push the pre-installed screw in
to the point where it can be screwed
into the drive itself.

side.
Push the opening mechanism to the
left to release the lever.
Pull the drive plug-in module out of
the case.
Fix the 2.5“ or 3.5“ SATA drive in place
with the screws supplied. When doing
so ensure that the sockets are facing
rearwards and that these are in the
correct position.

8
The cabling for all hard drives is only
performed once. Behind the HDD
plug-in modules you will nd several
boards that you should connect in
advance.
On the INTERCEPTORPRO you will
nd two more HDD plug-in modules
at the top of the case.

dex nger and gently press the release
mechanism together.
You can now pull out the plug-in
module.

9

Insert the drive with the connections
facing rearwards. Please ensure that
the drive sits in the four xing points.
Now close the plug-in slot carefully
and replace the cover with care.

10
2.6 Installing the power supply unit
If you are using a power supply from
the XO series that makes use of Direct
Airow Technology, we recommend
that you install the power supply with
fans pointing upwards.
For power supplies with 120 or
135mm fans we recommend an instal-
lation with fans pointing downwards.
Please do not forget to clean the dust
lter regularly.
You can run the electricity cables to
the rear of the motherboard bracket
and x them there. Using rubber
bound cabling ensures perfect order
in the case.
Install the power supply unit in the
lower part of the case. In doing so you
have a free choice of where to place
the fan.

11
2.7 Installing the fan in the side panel
You can now remove this completely,
giving you open access to the screw
holes. It is possible to install either
two 120/140mm fans or one 230mm
fan with screws.
The side fan should be installed as
follows: Remove the three highlighted
screws and gently push the plastic cap
rearwards.

You can clean the lter in the side
panel with ease. Take hold of the desi-
gnated point and pull the lter out in
the direction of the rear of the case.

12
2.9 Removing the top of the case
Then carefully pull the top panel
towards the rear of the case.
To install the fan/radiator with ease
you can remove the top of the case
in just a few steps. Remove the two
thumb screws as illustrated.
2.10 INTERCEPTORPRO: Switching the Back Panels
To change these, please remove the
designated screws. Then simply repla-
ce the existing panel with the one of
your choice.
The INTERCEPTORPRO can be adap-
ted to suit your needs. You can choose
from three dierent panels for the
upper section.

13

and x it in place with four screws. The
case oers you the chance to install an
independent single slot graphics card.
The ITX panel and the holding bay
are installed during manufacture. To
simplify the installation we recom-
mend removing the top of the case
(point 2.9). Next, insert the ATX panel
provided with your motherboard.
2.12 INTERCEPTORPRO: Water Cooling Installation
It is possible to operate both a
triple or quad radiator in the
INTERCEPTORPRO.
You can install this in the upper part
of the case together with the 120mm
fans.
