• In case of contact the chain saw with ground, stones, nails and other objects
immediately disconnect the chain saw from the power source and inspect chain and
guide bar.
• When operating make sure that oil from chain doesn’t get on the ground or in the
sewage drain. To avoid this put nonoperational chain saw on the shim which can
absorb oil.
To avoid kickback
ATTENTION! be alert against kickback when saw kicks up and back at
operator. Never cut with the tip of the bar.

5
• Do not touch trunks and limbs with the tip of the bar.
• Use working platform is possible.
• When operating always control tip of the guide bar.
• Do not operate a chain saw in a tree.
• Do not attempt a boring cut if you are not properly trained. A boring cut involves the
use of the nose of the guide bar and can result in kickback.
Rules for operation
• Before operation make sure there is enough light in the working area.
• When operating do not lean forward.
• Make sure you have a secure foothold.
• Never operate the chain saw standing on stairs.
• Never operate the chainsaw above the shoulder level.

how to use
1. Filling oil tank
Never operate the chain saw without chain oil or at an empty oil tank level, as this will
result in damage to the product. Never use exhaust oil for lubrication. To ll the oil
tank disconnect the tool from the power source. Thoroughly clean the area around the
oil tank.
Unscrew the cap and put it aside.
Pour about 200 ml of oil and screw on oil ller cap. You can check the oil level
through a special oil-level gauge. If the chain is stored for a long period of time drain
the oil. Drain oil before transporting the chain saw or chain removal.
2. Chain and bus assembly
ATTENTION! always wear safety goggles and gloves. Disconnect the tool
from the power source.
To perform assembly use the supplied wrench. Perform following actions:
• unscrew xing nut
• remove sprocket cover
• turn the adjusting screw to the left, till the boss reaches end of its travel
• install the saw chain in such a way so that cutting edges of the chain were facing
clockwise.
• the chain should stay on the bar and the boss of the chain tension should t into the
whole of the bar
• install the case and x it with screws. The saw chain is correctly tensioned when it
can be raised approx. 3-5 mm from the bar in the center nally tighten the xing nut
with a wrench.
ATTENTION! in case of chain whipping or getting out of the groove in the bar
adjust tension immediately.
ATTENTION! before connecting the saw to the mains make sure that the

7
switch returns to “Off” position after pressing and releasing. If it is not, do not connect
the saw to mains.
Chain brake is a protecting device which is activated after pressing the front guard.
Check chain brake operation before every operation.
3. Operation
Limbing
Make the rst cut 15 cm from a tree trunk on the lower part of the branch. To make
a cut use upper part of the guide surface. Do not cut too deeply, about 1/3 of the
diameter is enough.
Move 10 - 15 cm to the branch edge. Make the second cut. Continue cutting until the
branch is cut.
Make the third cut on the lower part of the branch as close to the trunk as possible.
Cutting depth must be about 1/3 of the branch diameter.
Make the fourth cut through the third cut. Cut from up to down towards the third cut.
This will make the cut branch fall.
Felling.
Make sure no bystanders are in the zone with radius of two lengths of the tree to be
cut. Prepare a path retreat away from felling direction. Keep rm footing. Remove all
foreign objects.
Stand to the side of the saw when cutting.
Before making a notch take into account the direction of the natural lean in order to
determine direction of its felling.
Make the rst horizontal cut. The depth of the cut should be about 1/3 of the log
diameter.
Make an upper cut at an angle about 45° to the rst one. Remove wedge cut from the
notch.
Make a cut on the opposite side of the tree 5 cm higher than the lower edge of the
notch.
Keep cut alignment to the lower edge of the notch.
When the cut reaches the axis, the tree will start to fell. Insert a wedge or a felling
lever in the cut well before the tree becomes unstable. Use only wedges made of
plastic, wood or aluminum. Never use wedges made of steel. This can cause kickback
and chain damage.
Maintenance anD inspection
ATTENTION! before maintenance switch off the saw, disconnect from the
power source, and x its position.
Do not forget to remove oil and chips after operation. To avoid overheating timely
clean the vent holes in motor case. In case of heavy choking disassemble the chain and
clean it separately. To do this put chain in a special cleaning solution for a couple of
hours and rinse with clean water.
Do not store chain saw outdoors at increased humidity. Check saw after each use.
Regularly check chain tension. When the chain is loosened it may cause serious
injury. In case of chain damage immediately replace it. Every time after operation

8
check motor frame and power cord possible damage. In case of damage contact an
authorized service center.
After operation check oil level in chain lubrication system.
Insufcient oil leads to chain, bar and motor damage.
ATTENTION! When using the chain saw follow these rules:
• continuous use of the power tool should not exceed 15 minutes;
• do not allow mechanical damage (strikes, falls etc.);
• protect the power tool from external sources of heat and chemically active
substances, as well as liquid and objects penetration;
• before disconnecting the tool from the power source turn off the On/Off switch;
• check the motor temperature, do not allow overheating;
• change the rotation direction only after switching off the tool and complete stop of
rotating parts.
Inobservance of these rules will make warranty void!
