Getting Started
Remote Control
There are two buttons on the remote control, press the video button to start
and stop video recording. Press the picture button to take pictures.
Pairing the remote control:
Set "Remote Pair" in the menu to On, hold down both buttons on the remote.
A blue light will flash, keep holding the buttons for three seconds. On the camera,
back out of the menu. The remote works at a distance of about three feet.
Setting up the App and WiFi
On the Apple or Google App store, search for iSmartDV
In the Camera’s Menu, turn WiFi ON
In your phone’s settings connect to the Camera’s WiFi Networks just as you would
connect to any WiFi Network. The Camera’s network is called “rtwao-evb”. The
password is 12345678 (this can be changed in the camera menu under wifi password”
Once connected, open the ismartDV App and it will connect to your camera for live
video.
Connect to a TV
Connect the Camera to a television with the HDMI cord. Your viewfinder will
automatically appear on the TV
Playback on Computer
Connect your camera to your computer with the USB cord. The Camera will
appear as a removable drive that you can browse to see and play your video files.

Controls
Power button:Hold down to turn on and off, press briefly to switch between video,
photo, and playback modes.
Menu button:Press briefly to open MENU, hold down to close MENU
Ok button:Stars and stop record while in video mode. Take picture while in photo
mode and start or pause playback while in playback mode.
Charging the Battery
Connect your xSport-500w to Ac power with the USB power adapter or connect it to
your PC with the USB cable. While charging, the LED indicator will turn RED.

Recording
Press the OK button to start Recording, press it again to stop
Loop recording (refer to menu setting)
Press ok button to start recording under standby mode, DVR will segment
automatically and store the recorded files when the video recorded up to the
time you set. When card is full, DVR will overwrite the first footage by time
sequence and continue recording.

Press the OK button to snap a photo.
Playback Mode

Use the Select Button to move through the playback Menu. Press the OK button to
select a file and play.

Menu Setting
While in standby mode, Press the MENU button to access the options Menu.
Use the POWER button to move the cursor up and the OK button to move it down.
Use the MENU button to make a selection. Once you have selected and option,
use the POWER button to change the selection and the MENU button to exit back
to the menu. Hold down the MENU button for several seconds to leave the menu.
Video Menu:
Movie Size: Change the resolution and frame rate of your video recordings.
Chose from 1920 x1080 at 30 frames per second
1280 x 720 at 30 frames per second or
1280 x 720P at 60 frames per second
Video quality: super fine / fine / normal
This adjusts how sharp the image records at
Seamless : OFF / 1 minute / 3 minutes / 5 minutes
You can set your camera to record continuously on a loop in
segments of 1, 3 or 5 minutes. Setting this to OFF will shut off
loop recording.
White Balance: Auto / Daylight / Cloudy / Tungsten / Fluor
Select the correct white balance for you lighting
Exposure: -2.0 -1.0 +0.0 +1.0 +2.0
Change the exposure setting based on your lighting
Motion detect: OFF / ON
The camera can automatically record based on motion
Date stamp: Off / Date / Date & Time
You can record with no time stamp, just the date, or with both
the date and time

Photo menu:
Resolution: VGA/2M/3M / 6M/8M/10M
Select the Megapixel resolution of your photos.
White Balance:Auto / Daylight / Cloudy / Tungsten / Fluor
Select the correct white balance for you lighting
Exposure: -2.0 -1.0 +0.0 +1.0 +2.0
Change the exposure setting based on your lighting
Photo Burst: off / 10fps/20fps/30fps
Your camera can take a burst of photos in a second. Select from 10,
20 or 30 per second.
System menu:
Sounds: Beep (on / off) / Volume (0/1/2/3) Voice Rec (on / off)
Power Save: Off / 1 min / 3 min / 5 min

Limited Warranty from Zetronix Corp.,
Zetronix Corporation (“Zetronix”) warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
PRODUCT: Zetronix will repair this product with new or refurbished parts, free of charge, for a period of one (1) year
from the date of original purchase in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship. REPAIRS: Zetronix will repair
or replace defective parts used in the repair or replacement of this product with new or refurbished parts, free of
charge, for a period equal to the remainder of the original limited warranty period on the original product, or for 60 days
after the date of the repair or replacement, whichever is longer. This warranty is extended only to the original
purchaser. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice, which is evidence that the unit is within
the warranty period, must be presented to obtain warranty service. To obtain warranty service, you must take this
product, or deliver the product freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree
of protection, to Zetronix Corporation. See below for additional information. This warranty only covers failures due to
defects in materials and workmanship, which occur during normal use. The warranty does not cover damages which
occurred in shipment, cosmetic damage, damage that is attributable to acts of God, failures which are caused by
products not supplied by the warrantor, or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling,
faulty installation, misapplication, improper installation, operation or maintenance, alteration, modification, introduction
of sand, humidity or liquids, line power surge, improper voltage supply, lightning damage, or subjecting the product to
operating/environmental conditions in excess of the maximum values or below the minimum values set forth in the
applicable specifications, or products serviced by anyone other than Zetronix. This warranty is invalid if the
factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product. This warranty does not cover products
sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS. This warranty excludes consumable parts such as batteries and power supplies.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS LISTED ABOVE. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS
PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. MYVU SHALL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY
BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND TITLE, ARE LIMITED TO THE
APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.

SELLER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE OF ANY KIND,
INCLUDING FOR LOST PROFITS, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES, WITH RESPECT TO THE SELECTION, QUALITY, CONDITION, MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY,
FITNESS, OPERATION, PERFORMANCE, OR THE USE,
MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCTS EVEN IF SELLER OR BUYER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY THEREOF. THE PRICE STATED HEREIN WAS ARRIVED AT IN CONSIDERATION FOR LIMITING
SELLERS WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on
how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
