SEVEN (7) YEAR WARRANTY
ABBAKA will repair or replace any part of your
productthathasafactorydefectinworkmanship
ormaterial. Productmust be returned to pointof
purchase,withBillofSale,withinseven(7)years
ofpurchase. Iffactoryreturnisrequired,as
determinedbydistributor/dealer,thewarrantee
assumesallcosttoandfrom factory.
The Following Warranties Do Not Apply:
A. To damages from shipping, either concealed
orvisible; B.To damagesresultingfrom improper
wiringorinstallation.
C. To damages or failure caused byActs of God,
orresultingfromimproperconsumerprocedures
suchas 1)improper maintenance, 2) misuse,
abuse,abnormal use, or accidentand 3)incor-
rect electricalvoltageorcurrent;
D. To removal of or any alteration to theABBAKA
label,controlnumberor dateofmanufacture;
E.To any other warranty, expressed, implied or
written,andtoanyconsequentialorincidental
damages,lossofproperty, revenues, or profit or
costsofremoval,orreinstallation,foranybreach
ofwarranty.
Warranty Validation
Theend user must keepa copy of theBill of Sale
toverify purchase date. Valid proof of thedate of
installationmayalso serve as a verificationof
commencementofwarrantyperiod.
ABBAKA RETURN POLICY
Claims for damages or shortages must be reported
withinten(10) days of receiptofproducts(s). For
anyproduct(s)receiveddamagedbythe forwarding
agent,THEFOLLOWINGINSTRUCTIONSMUST
BE FOLLOWED:
1) For products delivered by UPS: a) Concealed
Damages: Keep all cartons and fillers. Call UPS for
an inspection and notifyABBAKAimmediately.
b) Visible Damages: Save all cartons and fillers and
filecomplaintdirectlywithUPS.
2)For product deliveredvia a common carrier, file
damagedgoodsclaim directly with thefreightcom-
pany.
3)Shortages: Signonlyforthetotalnumberof
pieces received and call ABBAKA immediately.
FOR FACTORY RETURN
PRODUCT(S)RETURNEDWITHOUTAUTHORIZA-
TION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ABBAKA WILL
NOTACCEPTTHERETURNOF ANY SPECIAL,
NON-STOCK,OBSOLETEOR UNSALABLE
PRODUCT(S). ABBAKAMAY,ATITS OPTION,
ACCEPT RETURN OF SALABLE PRODUCT(S)
SUBJECTTOA 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE.
1)Noproduct(s)willbeacceptedwithouta Return
GoodsAuthorization(RGA)number. The number
can be obtained by calling ABBAKA at 800-548-
3932. Please have Bill of Sale or proof of date of
installationavailable.
2)RGAmustbeclearly marked on outside of carton
ordeliverywillberefused. All product(s) must be
returnedfreightprepaid.
3)Product(s) will be repaired/replaced and shipped
backto buyer; no creditwillbe issued.
4)Anyoutofwarrantyproductwillbeevaluatedand
buyerwill be notified of cost; repair cost willbe
chargedtocustomer;buyerwill be responsible for
returnfreightorproductmay be returnedwithout
action,tothebuyer,freight collect. No credit will be
issued.
