TRAINING
OPERATIONS: Abekas training courses teach your operators how to get the
optimum performance from your Abekas equipment.
MAINTENANCE: Your own engineers can be trained to keep your Abekas
equipment in top condition.
CLASSES: Classes are held in our Training Facility in Redwood City, California.,
and Reading, Berkshire. Class sizes are intentionally small to ensure
individualized attention. Please contact the Training Department in Redwood
City or Reading for more information.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Abekas provides technical support through professional Field Service and
Product Support Engineers. In the U.S., dial (800) 777-9787. Outside the U.S.,
please contact your nearest Abekas office or Distributor and ask for service or
product support.
WARRANTY SERVICE
Whether your equipment is in or out of warranty, you can obtain parts by calling
either your local Sales and Service office or Customer Service in Redwood City or
Reading. Exchange programs are available for circuit boards, power supplies, and
other assemblies both in and out of warranty.
Please contact your local Sales and Service office for information about extended
warranty service and on-site spare parts.
