HOW TO TURN ON VIDEO RECORDING:
1. To START Video Recording, press the Camera ICON Button on the Right side (hold button three [3] seconds) to
immediately start recording both Audio and Video.
2. To STOP Camera Recording, TAP the Camera ICON Button.
3. To Index or Mark an Important Video, TAP the [] ICON Button on the Right side of the Camera while you are
recording. This will insert a star on the thumbnail of that video for quickly locating it among all your videos.
HOW TO TAKE STILL PHOTOS:
1. TAP Camera ICON Button on the Right to immediately take a still photo, you will hear it even take the photo.
HOW TO RECORD ONLY AUDIO:
1. TAP Audio ICON Button to recording.
HOW TO REVIEW ALL MEDIA RECORDINGS:
1. Press the [ OK ] menu Button, select media type to review by using those same Buttons to navigate Left, Center,
and Right. Press the [ OK ] Button, then choose the file you would like to Watch, Display, or Hear.
NOTE: To escape all menus, TAP RED Power Button to back out of each menu option.
HOW TO TURN ON THE INFRARED:
Back out of all Menus option until you get the default video screen, press and HOLD the [OK] Menu Button on the Back of
the to turn ON the Infrared laser.
If you hold down the [“|”]Button on the Top Left of the Camera, you will activate the Generation 4 Infrared light in case
you need to take color Photos or Video at night. Hold Down the same Button again to turn OFF this light.
TAP the [OK ] Button once to turn off the Infrared.
HOW TO POWER OFF THE UNIT:
1. Hold Down the [RED] Power Button for three (3) seconds to turn OFF the unit.

DAY-TO-DAY MENU OPTIONS:
1. Press the [RED] Power Button to turn the unit ON.
2. Press the [ M] menu Button to see all the menus appear. Set the Resolution to 1280 X 720 30P 16:9 for HD
Quality. [Recommended]
NOTE: This option will also optimize the storage space on your camera.
3. Burst Off: Body Cam will take a Burst of Still photos.
4. Pre-Record: ON, Camera is always recording.
5. CarDV Mode: ON Used primarily for incidents that happen outside a vehicle or through the windshield that means
that it will NOT focus on the windshield, it will focus on the activity on the other side of the windshield.
Used primarily for Narcotics Officers or Detective.
6. Split Time: 45 Minutes [Recommended]
NOTE: This split up the recordings into 45 minute blocks to make it more manageable to select media time ranges.
7. Infrared: Manual [Recommended] the Camera will decide when there is not enough light, go into Generation 4
Military Grade Infrared. This becomes important if you are walking in from light to a dark building or room, the
Body Cam will take care switching from Day to Night Vision (Infrared).
8. Motion Detection: OFF [Recommended]
9. LCD Brightness: High [Recommended]
NOTE: Some Officers prefer to set this feature to Low at night because it is less glaring.
10. Key Tone: OFF This will avoid any Beeps while using your Body Cam
