The exchange method of a Traverse(Optical-pickup)
A bridge attachment screw is removed and
a bridge is removed.
ﾌﾞﾘｯｼﾞ 取り 付 けﾈｼﾞ を 外しﾌﾞﾘｯｼﾞを外 し ます 。
It pulls out before a disk tray and a traverse
attachment screw is removed.
At this time,It warns against losing the washer
of a screw.
ﾃﾞｨｽｸﾄﾚｲ を前に 引き出し､ﾄﾗﾊﾞｰｽ取付ﾈｼﾞ を外します
この時､ﾈｼﾞのﾜｯｼｬ類を紛失しないように注意します。
The circle mark portion of the following figure
of Connector on the back of a traverse is made
to short-circuit with solder.
Next, the flat cable shown in is removed.
ﾄﾗﾊﾞｰｽ裏面 の､ｺﾈｸﾀの下図の 枠部分をﾊﾝﾀﾞｼｮｰﾄ
させ ま す｡次に に 示すﾌﾗｯﾄｹｰﾌﾞﾙ を外し ます｡
The flat cable of 6P connector of spindle motor Ass'y
on the back is removed.
裏面のｽﾋﾟﾝﾄﾞﾙﾓｰﾀAss'yの6Pｺﾈｸﾀのﾌﾗｯﾄｹｰﾌﾞﾙを外します。
The flat cable shown in the left figure is
connected to the new traverse. And please
make a style of a flat cable in the ↓ mark
direction. Next, in figure shown Solder short-circuit
of circle mark portion is removed.
新らしいﾄﾗﾊﾞｰｽに左図 に示すﾌﾗｯﾄｹｰﾌﾞﾙを接続 します｡
ﾌﾗｯﾄｹｰﾌﾞﾙは 印 方向に膨らませるよ うにして 下さい｡
次に左図 の 印部分の、ﾊﾝﾀﾞｼｮｰﾄを 除去しま す。

ﾗﾊﾞｰｽﾍﾟｰｻ
(250-0065-04) A new traverse is attached in the reverse order
of the removed procedure.
ﾄﾗﾊﾞｰｽを外した逆 の順序で取付 けます。
Flat Cable/ﾌﾗｯﾄｹｰﾌﾞﾙ(674-0005-30)
The removed rubber spacer is
attached to a new traverse.
新ﾄﾗﾊﾞｰｽに､外したﾗﾊﾞｰｽﾍﾟｰｻを
取付けま す｡
