IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please read these instructions carefully before using the product and keep the user’s manual for later
reference.
2. This product should be operated from the type of power indicated on the marking label. If you are not
sure of the type of power available, consult your dealer or local power company.
3. Unplug this product from the wall outlet before cleaning. Clean the product with a damp soft cloth. Do
not use liquid or aerosol cleaners as it may cause permanent damage to the screen.
4. Slots and openings in the cabinet and the back or bottom are provided for ventilation; to ensure reliable
operation of the product and to protect it from overheating, these openings must not be blocked or
covered. The openings should never be placed near or over a radiator or heat register, or in a built-in
installation unless proper ventilation is provided.
5. Do not place this product on an unstable cart, stand, or table. The product may fall and cause serious
damage to the product.
6. Do not use this product near water.
7. Do not allow anything to rest on the power cord. Do not locate this product where persons will walk
on the cord.
8. Never push objects of any kind into this product through cabinet slots as they may touch dangerous
voltage points or short out parts that could result in a risk of fire or electric shock. Never spill liquid of
any kind on the product.
9. Do not attempt to service this product yourself, as opening or removing covers may expose you to
dangerous voltage points or other risks and will void the warranty. Refer all servicing to qualified
service personnel.
10. Unplug this product from the wall outlet and refer servicing to qualified service personnel under the
following conditions:
a. When the power cord or plug is damaged or frayed.
b. If liquid has been spilled into the product.
c. If the product has been exposed to rain or water.
d. If the product does not operate normally when the operating instructions are followed. Adjust only
those controls that are covered by the operating instructions since improper adjustment of other
controls may result in damage and will often require extensive work by a qualified technician to
restore the product to normal operation.
e. If the product has been dropped or the cabinet has been damaged.
f. If the product exhibits a distinct change in performance, indicating a need for service.

1-1. About the product
This product is an integrated LED tablet designed for direct drawing on screen interface with your computer.
1-2. System Requirements
l Operation System (Windows 2000 /XP/vista/7/8/10)

2-1. Power & Signal connections (Figure-1)
1. Power:
Be sure both of your computer and the Tablet monitor are power off.
2. Power cable connection:
Connect the power cord to the AC outlet, and connect the power with the tablet monitor through the
AC/DC (12V) adapter.
3. Signal cable connection:
Plug one end of the HDMI signal cable to the HDMI port at the rear of the PC system and the other
end to the HDMI IN port of monitor..
4. Plug the tablet’s USB cable to USB port of the monitor and connect it to the PC.
2-2. Tablet Software Installation
1. After connecting all cables of the monitor, turn on the monitor and your computer. Allow the operating
system to fully load.
2. Place the CD into the CD-ROM to install the tablet driver and other software. (About software
installation procedure please see the content of CD)
3. After the driver installation is completed, make sure you can use your cordless pen on the tablet
display to move the cursor.

Click on the tablet icon at the bottom right of the tool bar^to enter the tablet screen (The tablet icon appears
when the cable is plugged in.)

The monitor OSD control keys are located on the back/left Rear side of the panel. They are shown in the
figure below and described in the following paragraphs.
1. “Power”: Push power switch to turn power ON or OFF.
2. "Cancel”: Push cancel switch to cancel the menu windows.
3. “+” ：When OSD + (menu) appears, it becomes the right or up moving function key.
4. “-” ：When OSD - (menu) appears, it becomes the left or down moving function key.
5. "Menu“： When OSD M (menu) is off, the key is the hot key to access OSD M (menu). When OSD M
(menu) appears, it becomes the confirm key for each item.

If your tablet monitor fails to operate correctly, consult the following table for possible solution before calling
for repairs:

appear
l Check to make sure the signal cable is firmly seated in the socket
l Check that the Power is ON at the computer
l Check that the brightness or contrast control is at the appropriate
position, not at the minimum.
The screen is not
synchronized
l Check to make sure the signal cable is firmly seated in the socket.
l Make sure the signal timings of the computer system are within the
specification of the monitor.
The position of the
screen is not in the
center
l Adjust the H-position, and V-position, or Perform the Auto adjustment.
The screen is not
synchronized
l Push”Auto” key to do "Auto adjustment.
l Moving all of objects, which emit a magnetic field such as motor or
transformer, away from the monitor. Check if the specific voltage is
applied.
l Checks if the signal timing of the computer system is meet the
specification of monitor.
The screen is not
synchronized
l Please check if the tablet icon appears on right-bottom position of the
screen. If YES, Change the battery.
l If not, re-plug in the USB cable or restart the computer.
l If the above steps are failure, re-install the tablet driver or remove
possible conflict software in your PC.
The cursor moves
incorrectly
l Re-plug in the USB cable or restart the computer.
6. Trouble shooting

If your tablet monitor fails to operate correctly, consult the following table for possible solution before calling
for repairs:
1. No scene picture.
a. Check the power and weather the signal line is connected.
b. Check if the switch for the display is on.
c. Adjust the brightness and contrast.
2. Screen color abnormal or not synchronous.
a. Check the signal line is connected to the LED display card completely.
b. Check if the specification in the display resolution.
3. The picture is not at the center of the screen
Use the function OSD “Level adjustment” and “Vertical adjustment” to adjust the scene location.
4. The screen is jitter or fluctuation
a. To do an au to m a t i c a d j u s t m en t.
b. If automatic adjustment is invalid, please check if there is magnetic things effect.
c. Check if the settled resolution is correct.
5. The cursor is not moving with the stylus movement.
a. Please check if the handwriting panel icon is appeared in the lower side of the screen, if appears,
maybe the pen battery is dead, please change another battery.
b. If the handwriting panel is not appeared, that means the driver is not operated, please remove
the USB cable from the computer or restart the computer.
c. After the solutions above, if the icon is not appeared, then please reinstall the driver or unloaded
the handwriting software from the computer.
6. The cursor is moving without control.
Remove the USB cable from the computer or restart the computer.
