IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Read and save these important safety instructions before using
this fan, when using electrical fans, basic safety precautions
should always be followed including the following:
WARNING: To reduce the risk of re or electrical shock, do not use this
product with any solid-state speed control device. To reduce the risk of re
or electric shock and injury to persons, do not use in an open window.
•Use this Air Cooler only as described in this manual. Other uses are not
recommended and may cause re or electric shock.
•This product is intended for HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY and not for
commercial, industrial or outside use. To protect against electrical shock,
do not place fan in an open window, immerse unit, plug or cord in water,
or spray with liquids.
•Unplug the Air Cooler from the outlet when not in use, when moving the
Air Cooler from one location to another and/or before cleaning.
•Do not operate the Air Cooler in the presence of explosive and/or
ammable fumes.
•Do not place the Air Cooler or any parts near an open ame, cooking or
other heating fan.
•Avoid contact with moving Air Cooler parts.
•To disconnect the Air Cooler from the electrical power supply, grip the
plug and pull it from the wall, never yank it from the cord.

and not for commercial, industrial or outside use.

•The use of attachments is not recommended and may cause hazards.
•Always use on a dry, level surface.
•Do not operate if the Air Cooler housing is removed or damaged.
•Do not operate any Air Cooler with a damaged cord or plug.
•Discard Air Cooler or return to an authorized service facility for
examination and/or repair.
•Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cord with throw rugs,
runners, or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or fans.
•Arrange cord away from trafc area and where it will not be tripped over.
•The Air Cooler is not to be used by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction.
•Children being supervised are not to play with the Air Cooler.
•This Air Cooler can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the Air Cooler in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved.
•Children shall not play with the Air Cooler.
•Cleaning and user maintenance should not be done by children
without supervision.

Only use the device for cooling the air in interior spaces while adhering to
and following the technical data. Intended use comprises cooling the air in:
• living spaces
• ofces
• computer rooms
• call centres
• Do not place the device on wet or ooded ground.
• Do not place any objects, e.g. clothing, on the device.
• Do not use the device outdoors.
• Any unauthorised modications, alterations or structural changes to
the device are forbidden.
• Any operation other than as described in this manual is prohibited.
Non-observance renders all claims for liability and guarantee null
and void.
People who use this device must:
• Be aware of the dangers that occur when working with electric
devices in damp areas.
• Have read and understood the operating manual, especially the
Operating Instructions.

Instruction to add water/ice.
Method:
Open the cover of water tank, add water or ice. Please be careful not to
exceed the maximum water level. The machine is equipped with two ice
blocks. You are able to freeze the ice blocks then insert them into water tank.

ON/OFF:
• Press this button in standby mode to turn it on.
• You are now able to select a function.
• Once you have completed using the Air Cooler, pressing this
button will turn off the Air Cooler and return it to standby mode.
Air ow:
• Press this button to set the air ow of the Air Cooler. The setting
sequence is as follows:

Mode:
• Press this button to set the wind mode.
• Press to enter the natural mode for the rst time; twice to enter the
sleep mode; The setting sequence is as follows:
Natural mode:
• It imitates the effect of natural wind, which can be divided into
strong natural wind, moderate natural wind and weak natural wind,
with the setting of wind button.
Sleep mode:
1. When set to strong sleeping wind, the Air Cooler runs for half an
hour according to strong natural wind, then turns to moderate
natural wind, and then turns to weak natural wind after half an hour
until the end of the preset time or until it is turned off.
2. When the Air Cooler is set as a moderate sleep wind, it runs for half
an hour according to the moderate natural wind and turns into a
weak natural wind until the end of the preset time or until it is
turned off.
3. When set as the weak sleep wind, the Air Cooler operates
according to the weak natural wind until the end of the preset time
or until it is turned off.
Timer Reservation:
• Press this button in standby mode to set the boot-up time. The setting
sequence is as follows:
• When the reservation setting is successful, the reservation light starts
to icker, and other functions (except timing function) can be set
after boot-up.

Timer:
• Press this button in startup state to set the timer for shutdown the
Air Cooler.
Wind:
• Press this button to turn on the air swing, press again to close.
Humid:
• When the water level in the water tank is not lower than the lowest
water level, the humidifying function can be activated by pressing
this button.
• The humidifying lamp is on and then the humidifying function can be
closed by pressing this button again.
• When using humidifying function in summer, ice box can be placed
in the water tank (it is recommended to freeze for more than 4 hours
to ensure the best cooling effect), which can achieve a certain
refrigeration effect and make the Air Cooler.
• When the water level is below the lowest water level, the water
shortage lamp lights up, the pump stops working, closes the
humidication function, and adds water to the tank.

INSTALLATION METHOD OF REMOTE CONTROLLER BATTERY
1. The battery cover can be removed by gently pulling it down.
2. Put the battery into the battery box. (Note the positive and
negative direction of the battery)
3. Put the battery cover into the original outlet and fasten
it completely.
Notes for remote control:
1. Remote control must be facing the receiver.
2. The range of the remote control is within 5 meters facing the
receiver. If the remote control does not face the receiver,
the range of the remote control will be reduced.
3. Do not put anything between the receiver and the remote control.
4. Please keep the remote control safe and avoid damage.
5. When you do not intend to use the remote for extended period,
please remove the battery to ensure a longer life of the remote
and battery.

CLEANING INSTRUCTION
Cleaning method for water tank/screen cloth:
1. Pull the plug out of the main electrical supply and pour out the
water. Open the water tank cover and wipe the water tank with a
damp cloth. If it is not clean, brush it with a soft brush to remove
any build up. To prevent any leaks, ensure the plug is rmly
in place.
2. Pull out the screen cloth of humidifying curtain from the rear
housing, then take out the humidifying curtain, and put them into
the water a few times. If they are not clean, brush them with a soft
brush, then install them in the opposite order.
Note:
1. Please turn off the power and unplug the power plug before lling
and cleaning the water tank.
2. If the screen cloth is not washed for a long time, it may cause bad
conditions such as lower air ow and increased noise.
3. Reminder: clean the screen cloth each month.

The Manufacturer hereby provides a warranty to the original purchaser of this product (‘the
consumer’) that this product will be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
which under normal, personal, family or household use (commercial use expressly excluded)
manifest themselves within the 2 year from the date of purchase.
EXCLUSIONS
• The warranty does not include and will not be construed to cover products damaged as a
result of disaster, misuse, commercial use, not in accordance within the written instructions
included with the product, abuse and/or any non-authorised modication of the product,
incorrect installation of the product or normal wear and tear.
• Remote Controls do not fall under warranty.
• Insect infestation of the electrical or motor makes the claim invalid.
• Broken Glass or Customer abuse do not fall under the warranty.
WAIVER
The warranty and the obligations of the Manufacturer provided herein are in lieu of, and the
consumer, waives all other warranties, guarantees, conditions or liabilities, express or implied,
arising by law or otherwise, including without limitation, any obligation of the manufacturer in
respect of any injury, loss or damage (direct, indirect or consequential) arising out of the use of,
or inability to use this product and whether or not occasioned by the manufacturer’s negligence
or any act or omission on its part.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Any claim in terms of the warranty must be supported by a proof of purchase. If such proof
is not available, then not withstanding anything to the contrary herein, the service agent’s
prevailing charges for services/repairs and/or spares will be payable by the Consumer upon
collection of the repaired product. The Consumer should call the Pick n Pay CUSTOMER
CARE number on 0860 30 30 30 (only in South Africa). Customers residing outside South
Africa can return the product back to a Pick n Pay store. During the warranty period the
product may only be serviced and/or repaired by the Manufacturer’s duly authorised agent(s).

REPAIRS PROCEDURE
Should you experience any faults on your Aim product, please adhere to the following
procedure to have the fault rectied speedily and professionally.
You can return the product to the store.
Call the Pick n Pay CUSTOMER CARE number on 0860 30 30 30 (only in South Africa) to
report the fault and make arrangements for the next steps.
Note: Should you live in an outlying area or outside South Africa, it may be necessary to
return the product to the store nearest to you.
COST OF REPAIRS
UNDER WARRANTY
Any items still under warranty will be repaired free of charge, as long as it complies with the
terms and conditions of the warranty (refer to “warranties” section in this manual). Any items
that need to be repaired that are NOT covered in the warranty will be for the consumer’s
expense. A quote for the repair/replacement of these items will be provided to the consumer
for approval prior to repairs being conducted.
OUT OF WARRANTY
Any items that need to be repaired once the warranty has expired will be for the consumer’s
expense including call out fees. A quote for the repair/replacement of these items will be
provided to the consumer for approval prior to repairs being conducted.
