Quick user guide
- Backlight, reset, escape

1- Press 2 seconds on and to switch on the watch
2- Press 2 seconds on selection ashes (NB: the date starts at 2016)
3- Adjust press on or
4- Validate press on
5- Repeat the same operation for month,day,hour,minute and enter in DST
6- DST Daylight Saving Time (+1 hour in Summer Time) press on or to enable or disable.
7- Validate press on and enter in GMT
8- Enter your Time Zone by pressing on or
9- Validate press on
10- Choose your unit preferences (24 hours, °C, meters, hpa) or (AM/PM, °F, feets, hpa)
11- Validate press on

1- Alarm: press on to switch to alarm mode
2- Press on or to eanable / disable the alarm
3- Press on to conrm
4- Press 2 sec on to adjust time alarm; selection ashes
5- Press on or to adjust hours, validate on repeat the same operation for the minutes
6- Stopwatch: press on 2 times to switch to stopwatch mode
7- Press on to start/stop the chronometer, press on 2 sec to lock the dial, press on 2 sec to unlock the dial
8- Press on to start the rst split (until 9 splits are available)
9- When the chronometer is stopped, you can control your splits time by pressing on or
10- Press 2 sec on to reset all the chronometer datas

Selection ashes
1- Countdown: press on 3 times to switch to count down mode
2- Press 2 sec on to enter in adjust mode ( selection ashes )
3- Press on or to adjust, validate on, repeat the same operation for the date, hour and minutes
4- Press on to activate the countdown
5- Press 2 sec on to lock the dial. To unlock, press 2 sec on
6- Pedometer: press on 4 times to switch to pedometer mode
7- Press on to start/stop the pedometer, press 2 sec on to reset the pedometer, press 2 sec on
to toggle the units from meter to feet, with or press on to conrm
8- Press 2 sec on to lock the dial. To unlock, press 2 sec on
9- Under the countdown mode, a press on active the backlight 6 sec

1- Altimeter: press on to switch to the altimeter mode
2- Press on to get the maximum elevation in memory
3- Press 2 sec on to change the matrix display (use and switch from the graph to units, graph or function name)
4- Barometer: press on to switch to barometer mode
5- Press 2 sec on to change the matrix display
6- Press on to switch to altitude change
7- Altitude change: press on to reset the altitude change memory
8- Press on to start/stop the altitude change counter (if you leave the mode, the counter still continues to be on)
9- Press 2 sec on will lock the display ( press 2 sec to unlock)
10- Press on active the backlight 6 sec

1- Temperature: press on to switch to temperature mode
2- Inclinometer: press on 2 times to switch to inclinometer (refer to the picture A)
3- Compass: press on 3 times to switch to compass
4- Press on to switch to calibrate compass
5- Press 3 sec on , keep the watch horizontally and make a 360° turn to calibrate the compass
6- Press on activate the backlight 6 sec

Changing strap, maintenance
1- Change the strap:
To change the strap, pull strongly to 6 hours and 12 hours to release the jaws . Remove the bracelet, then
insert the new bracelet. Make sure to insert the silicone in the jaws .
2-Cleaning:
Always clean your airn with soapy water. Do not use any solvent based products.
Never attempt to insert any tool whether in the holes of the watch back. Indeed, you may lose the
tightness and damage denitly your watch. Remove the eventual scratches from the glass by polishing
with an appropriate polish liquid.
3-Battery change:
NB : the battery icon on your watch works as follows:
Full battery , no icon
30% battery icon appears
low battery icon is ashing
Use the screwdriver provided in the kit to unscrew the 4 screws on the back of your watch. Remove the
watch back to gain access to the battery.
Remove the battery and swap it with a new one ..
Lubricate the black o'ring seal with silicone grease ideally without overstated .
Replace the back, then screw without forcing to protect the threads .
4-Underwater:
Never press the ABCD buttons in immersion. This may damage the water resistance of your watch .
