Installation
Precautions
The aggregate must not be located immediately bellow a socket outlet
In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater
Do not place the ventilator behind furnitures or in any other place
where the ventilation is reduced through the whole room.
Use breathing proof protection when installing the ventilator into a
concrete wall.
Not more than three ventilation units should be connected to a 10A
fuse. It is not recommended to connect other devices to the fuse.

Worksequence for Installation Against the Wall
Use the drillmachine to make four holes in the back of the Outer Case.
Place the Outer Case against the wall and draw marks with help from the four holes.
Also mark the duct meant for the Spiro tube.
Add 10 mm around the duct sovthat the insulation ts. around the marking for the
Spiro tube before the hole is cut.
Cut the tube hole by using the drillmachine and the tiger saw.
Place the Spiro tube surrounded with inusltion in the hole. Make sure that the Spiro
tube is xed in its position. The black bushing on the Spiro tube shall be inside the
Ventilator.
Use plugs and screws suitable for the wall, to attach the Outer case. Make sure to use
washers between the screws and the case.
Fix the unit so that the Spiro ts to the black adapter on the Ventilators backside.
Connect the door cable and close the door. As soon as you connect the electric cable
the ventilation unit starts.

Worksequence for Installation Into the Wall
The ventilation unit installs horizontaly. Mark the measures on the wall. The
case’s dimensions are: width 290 mm, height 340 mm. Add 10-15 mm for insulation.
Drill one hole in each corner with drill diameter 12-15 mm. Displace if needed.
Make the cut with the Tiger saw. Deepen the hollowed-out wall regarding the
wall construction. The Outer Case is 205 mm deep. Maximum depth of the hollow-out
is recommended to 180 mm.
Important! At least 30 mm of insulation must be placed between the outer wall and the
backside of the ventilation unit.
Separate the Ventilator from its outer case. Do not forget to disconnect the door cable
from the Ventilator. Then push the Outer Case into the hole.
Mark the place for the duct on the remaining wall with a little help from the Outer
Case.
Drill and saw the duct for the Spiro tube.
Remove the outer case from the wall.

ヒーターのオーバーヒートを避けるため、ユニット本体、またはヒーターを何かで覆わないでく
ださい。
部屋全体に換気がいきわたるよう、換気ユニットの吹き出し付近に妨げになるような物を置かな
いでください。
換気ユニットをコンクリートの壁に設置するときには防塵用のマスクを使用してください。
3台以上、本換気ユニットを使用する場合、10Aヒューズに接続しないでください。また、他の機
器を同じヒューズに接続することは避けてください。
壁に接して施工する際の手順
１．穴あけドリルを使用して、マウントボックスの後部の4つの穴を開けてください。
２．マウントボックスを壁際に置いた後、4つの穴の位置を頼りに穴の位置をマークしてください。ま
た、スパイラル管の穴の位置も同様にマークして下さい。
３．スパイラル管の穴を開ける前に、断熱材のスペース分として、10mm加えた穴の線を追加し、マーク
して下さい。
４．穴あけドリルや、ノコギリを利用して穴を開けます。
５．断熱材と一緒にスパイラル管を穴に入れます。正しい位置でスパイラル管を固定して下さい。ファン
本体背面の黒いアダプターにスパイラル管を差し込みます。
６．壁にコンクリートプラグとビスを使用して、マウントボックスを取り付けます。ネジとケースの間に
は、必ずワッシャーを使用してください。
７．スパイラル管とファン本体背面の黒いアダプターが合うように、ユニットを調節してください。
８．電源ケーブルを接続してください、そして、ドアを閉じてください。あなたが電気ケーブルを接続
するとすぐに、換気ユニットは始動します。
壁の中へ施工する際の手順
１．換気ユニットは水平に据え付けされます。壁に寸法をマークしてください。ケースの寸法は以下の
通りです。幅290mm、高さ340mm。余分幅のために10〜15mmを加えてください。
２．各四つ角にドリル穴を開けます。ドリル直径12-15mm程度。必要なら取り替えます。
３．のこぎりで四角く、カットして下さい。壁構造に関してデコボコしている壁を整えてください。マウ
ントボックスは深さ205mmです。排気用ダクトの最大深度は180mmを推薦します。
４．重要!外側の壁と換気ユニットの背面の間には少なくとも30mmの断熱材を詰めなくてはなりませ
ん。
５．マウントボックスとファンボックスを取り外してください。換気ユニットからドアケーブルを外すの
を忘れないでください。そして、開口部分にマウントボックスを押し込んでください。
６．マウントボックスのダクト穴を利用し、うまく排気ダクトの開口部をマークして下さい。
７．スパイラル管の穴をよく見ながら開けます。
８．壁からマウントボックスを外します。
