Open and Close the Unit
To open the front door use the door opener, which you put in nr. 1: Hole for door
opening. Press until a click sounds.
When closing, make sure that the electric cable is in right place. There is a sliding made
for it in the bottom of the door.

Precautions
Make sure to unplug the electric cable before usage.
Wait for 15 minutes after turn off before you open the ventilation unit.
It is possible that the element and the Heat charger is still warm after
usage.

換気ユニットの開閉

正面ドアを開けるには、№1にある穴に付属のドアオープナーをいれ、クリック音がした後、静かに
開けてください。
ドアを閉じるときは、電源ケーブルが適切な場所にあるのを確認し、ドアの下部穴に合わせて閉め
てください。

Manual Settings
Adjust the Ventilation Capacity
Adjust the ventilation capacity by using control nr. 3, on page 8. The graduation above
the control is suited for the room in which the Comfort 20/30 is installed. The minimum
value of the graduation can supply air up to 16 m3/h. The maximum value supply air up
to 32 m3/h.
If you have trouble with radon or suffer from allergy, you should contact a
ventilation expert for advise about the air change.
By means of the remote control (accessory) ventilation adjust-
ments can be made.
Adjust the temperature
The temperature is set by means of a thermometer. Place the
thermometer anywhere in the room. Regulate the temperature on
the Ventilator by using control nr. 4, on page 8. The minimum
value of the graduation can supply temperature up to 16 m3/h. The
maximum value supply temperature up to 32 m3/h.
Tune it during a day or two until the right temperature has been
achieved. The system will automatically keep these settings.
Not: In a 20 m2 room, the unit can’t manage to keep 20oC alone.
The temperature settings can also be made by means of the remote control
(accessory).
LEDS
On the upper front of the ventilator there is a communication window with leds that is lit
as an indicator of actions activated by the remote control:
A green light indicate that the heating element is on.
A green ashing light indicates communication with remote control.
A red light ashes while updating a setting of the unit.

8ページの№3のとおりにつまみを調節することで、エアースターが設置される部屋に合わせて換気
量を調整できます。コントロールの上の目盛りは、卒業の最小16m3/h、最大32m3/hの換気量を
供給できます。
ラドンやアレルギーの問題を抱える場合は、換気量や、換気方法についてお
近くの専門医師にご相談ください。

オプションのリモコンによって、換気調整の操作をすることができます。
温度の調節

温度は温度計によって設定されます。部屋のどこかに温度計を置いてくだ
さい。8ページの№4のとおりにつまみを調節することによって、温度を調
節してください。目盛りの供給温度最小値は16m3/hで、最大は32m3/hで
す。1〜2日間、適切な温度になるまでつまみを調整してください。

20m2部屋のでは、ユニットは20℃を単独で保つことができません。

オプションのリモコンによって、温度調整の設定をすることができます。
LEDランプ

ユニット本体上部にリモコンによって操作された時、LEDランプが点灯して起動する動作確認用の
黒いコミュニケーションウインドウがあります。

・青信号は、700Wヒーターがオンであることを示します。
・緑色の点滅はリモコンとのコミュニケーションを示します。
・赤信号は換気ユニットの設定を登録している間、点滅します。

The Air Star Comfort 20/30 can be installed in two different ways, into- or against the
wall. The result of the air change is the same, regardless of which way it is installed.
Installation against the wall is the easiest way. Into the wall is preferable in
environments with higher aesthetic demands. On page 11 there is a drawing of the
Outer Case. Its outer dimension is 290 x 340 cm, add 10-15 mm for insulation before
installation into the wall.
Placement of the ventilation unit
The placement of the ventilation unit is important and must be planned. Observe the
following steps before installion of the ventilation unit.
Make sure there is nothing but the wall on the outside of the house, where the
exhaust will be.
Locate electric cables in the wall.
Do not place the ventilation unit behind furnitures or other things that might reduce
the air supply.
The distance between the ceiling and the top of the outer case must be at least 10
cm.
The distance between walls and the side of the outer case should be at least
10 cm.
The distance between the oor and the bottom of the outer case should be at least
20 cm.
The ventilation unit is preferably placed under or beside a window.
Make sure the electric cable is long enough for the ventilation unit to be removed
from the Outer Case.
In a bathroom or a cellar the ventilation unit should be placed close to the ceiling.


エアースターは、壁の中か、壁に接してかの2つの異なった方法で施工できます。換気量はど
の方法で施工しても同じになります。
壁に接して施工する方法は、最も簡単な施工方法です。壁は、高い美意識を伴う環境を必要
とした方が好ましいです。11ページには、外ケースの図面があります。外側の寸法は
290×340cmで、施工の前に絶縁のために10-15mmを壁から離して下さい。

換気ユニットの設置

換気ユニットの位置は重要であり、よく計画されなくてはなりません。換気ユニットの設置する
前に以下のことを確認下さい。

・排気される位置の家の外部に壁しかないことを確認にしてください。
・設置予定近くに電源コンセントがあることを確認してください。
・給排気の妨げにならないよう、ユニット背面に家具や、他の物を置かないでください。
・マウントボックス上部から天井までの距離は少なくとも10cm以上離して下さい。
・マウントボックス側面から壁までの距離は少なくとも10cm以上離して下さい。
・マウントボックス下部から床までの距離は少なくとも20cm以上離して下さい。
・換気ユニットは窓の下又は、窓の横に設置されるのが理想です。
・電気ケーブルが確実にマウントボックスから換気ボックスをを取り外すことができるくらいの
長さになるようにしてください。
・洗面所や、地下室に、換気ユニットを設置する場合は、天井の近くに設置して下さい。

The aggregate must not be located immediately bellow a socket outlet

where the ventilation is reduced through the whole room.
Use breathing proof protection when installing the ventilator into a
concrete wall.
Not more than three ventilation units should be connected to a 10A
fuse. It is not recommended to connect other devices to the fuse.

Worksequence for Installation Against the Wall
Use the drillmachine to make four holes in the back of the Outer Case.
Place the Outer Case against the wall and draw marks with help from the four holes.
Also mark the duct meant for the Spiro tube.
Add 10 mm around the duct sovthat the insulation ts. around the marking for the
Spiro tube before the hole is cut.
Cut the tube hole by using the drillmachine and the tiger saw.
Place the Spiro tube surrounded with inusltion in the hole. Make sure that the Spiro
tube is xed in its position. The black bushing on the Spiro tube shall be inside the
Ventilator.
Use plugs and screws suitable for the wall, to attach the Outer case. Make sure to use
washers between the screws and the case.
Fix the unit so that the Spiro ts to the black adapter on the Ventilators backside.
Connect the door cable and close the door. As soon as you connect the electric cable
the ventilation unit starts.

Worksequence for Installation Into the Wall
The ventilation unit installs horizontaly. Mark the measures on the wall. The
case’s dimensions are: width 290 mm, height 340 mm. Add 10-15 mm for insulation.
Drill one hole in each corner with drill diameter 12-15 mm. Displace if needed.
Make the cut with the Tiger saw. Deepen the hollowed-out wall regarding the
wall construction. The Outer Case is 205 mm deep. Maximum depth of the hollow-out
is recommended to 180 mm.
Important! At least 30 mm of insulation must be placed between the outer wall and the
backside of the ventilation unit.
Separate the Ventilator from its outer case. Do not forget to disconnect the door cable
from the Ventilator. Then push the Outer Case into the hole.
Mark the place for the duct on the remaining wall with a little help from the Outer
Case.
Drill and saw the duct for the Spiro tube.
Remove the outer case from the wall.

部屋全体に換気がいきわたるよう、換気ユニットの吹き出し付近に妨げになるような物を置かな
いでください。
換気ユニットをコンクリートの壁に設置するときには防塵用のマスクを使用してください。
3台以上、本換気ユニットを使用する場合、10Aヒューズに接続しないでください。また、他の機
器を同じヒューズに接続することは避けてください。
壁に接して施工する際の手順

１．穴あけドリルを使用して、マウントボックスの後部の4つの穴を開けてください。
２．マウントボックスを壁際に置いた後、4つの穴の位置を頼りに穴の位置をマークしてください。ま
た、スパイラル管の穴の位置も同様にマークして下さい。
３．スパイラル管の穴を開ける前に、断熱材のスペース分として、10mm加えた穴の線を追加し、マーク
して下さい。
４．穴あけドリルや、ノコギリを利用して穴を開けます。
５．断熱材と一緒にスパイラル管を穴に入れます。正しい位置でスパイラル管を固定して下さい。ファン
本体背面の黒いアダプターにスパイラル管を差し込みます。
６．壁にコンクリートプラグとビスを使用して、マウントボックスを取り付けます。ネジとケースの間に
は、必ずワッシャーを使用してください。
７．スパイラル管とファン本体背面の黒いアダプターが合うように、ユニットを調節してください。
８．電源ケーブルを接続してください、そして、ドアを閉じてください。あなたが電気ケーブルを接続
するとすぐに、換気ユニットは始動します。
壁の中へ施工する際の手順

１．換気ユニットは水平に据え付けされます。壁に寸法をマークしてください。ケースの寸法は以下の
通りです。幅290mm、高さ340mm。余分幅のために10〜15mmを加えてください。
２．各四つ角にドリル穴を開けます。ドリル直径12-15mm程度。必要なら取り替えます。
３．のこぎりで四角く、カットして下さい。壁構造に関してデコボコしている壁を整えてください。マウ
ントボックスは深さ205mmです。排気用ダクトの最大深度は180mmを推薦します。
４．重要!外側の壁と換気ユニットの背面の間には少なくとも30mmの断熱材を詰めなくてはなりませ
ん。
５．マウントボックスとファンボックスを取り外してください。換気ユニットからドアケーブルを外すの
を忘れないでください。そして、開口部分にマウントボックスを押し込んでください。
６．マウントボックスのダクト穴を利用し、うまく排気ダクトの開口部をマークして下さい。
７．スパイラル管の穴をよく見ながら開けます。
８．壁からマウントボックスを外します。

Precautions
Make sure the Ventilator is not electrically connected before
cleaning.
Inside the ventilator there is an element that can be warm after
usage. Wait about 15 minutes after turn-off before you start the
cleaning.
Use a breathing protection cover against dirt and dust.
The ventilator shall not be washed with water.

Warning
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
 itsserviceagentorsimilarlyqualiedpersonsinordertoavoidhazard.

Insulate against the outer wall.
Place the Spiro tube surrounded with inusltion in the hole. Make sure that the Spiro tube is
xed in its position. The black bushing on the Spiro tube shall be inside the Ventilator.
Put the outer case into the hole once again and x it horizontaly an verticaly by using small
wooden wedges. Drill holes in the bottom of the outer case on places suitable for the wall
construction.
Mount the Outer Case steady to the wall with screws and washes.
Put insulation from the outside between the Spiro tube and the wall.
While still being outside, mount a ventilation cover over the hole.
Back indoors,mount the borders (accessory) around the ventilation unit.
After cleaning inside the Outer Case, put the Ventilator back in place. Connect the door
cable to the Ventilator and also connect the electric cable.
Comfort 20/30 ventilation system is now installed and ready to use. Go to Manual Settings
on page 5 to set the system correctly.

Open the Ventilator
When opening the Ventilator the recommendation is to grab on top of the inner door
and pull. There is a joint in the bottom, that keeps the Ventilator intact. When closing the
inner door, lift it and press it to its original position.
９．壁の奥に断熱材を押しこみます。
１０．穴に断熱材を巻き付けたスパイラル管を入れ、正しい位置までスパイラル管を押しこみ、位置を
決めて下さい。
１１．もう一度マウントボックスを開口部に戻してください。そして、水平になるよう、小さい木製の
くさびを使用したりして、それに固定してください。壁の構造に合わせて、マウントボックスの下部
の穴をあけてください。
１２．ねじとワッシャーを使って壁にしっかりとマウントボックスを固定して下さい。
１３．外側から、マウントボックスの隙間や、スパイラル管の隙間に断熱材を埋めて下さい。
１４．外にいる間に、ダクト穴に外カバーや、外フードを取り付けて下さい。
１５．屋内に戻って、換気ユニット周囲の境界を(アクセサリー等で)整えてください。
１６．マウントボックス内を掃除した後に、ファンボックスを中に戻してください。ドアケーブルを
換気ユニットに接続してください。そして、最後に電源ケーブルを接続してください。
１７．エアースターはこれで設置されて、使用できる準備が整いました。正しく製品を設定するには5
ページのマニュアル設定に行ってください。

注意点

エアースターを掃除する前に電源ケーブルが差し込まれていないか必ず確認してくださ
い。
ヒーターを使用している場合は、内部が熱くなっていますので、掃除を始めるときは、電
源を切ってから15分待って始めて下さい。
ごみやチリが多くなる場合には、保護カバーを使用してください。
水で本体を洗わないでください。
換気ユニットの開け閉め

換気ユニットの推奨する開けかたは、内側のドア上部をつかみ、ドアオープナーを差し込み手前に
引きます。ヒンジ部が下部にあって、それは換気ユニットを支えます。ドアを閉じるときは、ドア
を少し持ち上げ、元の位置まで押してください。
警告

電源コードが破損している場合、非常に危険ですので、使用を停止し、プラグの抜いて、工事店、
代理店にご相談ください。

Remove & Replace the Ventilator
Open the Comfort 20/30 front door according to the description on page 4. Disconnect the door cable
(10). Then grab the Ventilator on its upper part and gently pull. Make sure the Outer Case and the
Spiro tube does not displace.
Cleaning the Ventilator
Open the Comfort 20/30 front door according to the description on page 4. Disconnect the door cable.
Open the ventilator’s inner door and remove the heat exchanger. Use a vacuum-cleaner inside the
Ventilator, the inner door and the heat exchanger.
For more thoroughly cleaning remove the Ventilator from the Outer Case, put it on a table and clean
inside it wit a vacuum-cleaner.
Filter Exchange
There are two lters inside the Ventilator that are easily exchanged. One of them, the dust lter, is
visible directly after opening the door. This lter is attached by a velcro, covering the exiting air hole
and protects the machinery from dust. For spring and summer a pollen lter is redommended to
put inside the heat exchanger.
The standard lter which lters the outside air is placed inside the Heat charger. The Heat charger can
be opened for lter exchange. Filter exchange should be done at least twice per year.
Standard lter BG/160-65, cleanable 3-6 times.
Dust lter EG/150-65, not cleanable.
Pollen lter EF/300-45, not cleanable.

さい。次に、ファンボックスをつかみ、上に持ち上げて静かに引っ張って下さい。マウントボックスとスパイ
ラル管が引っ張られないよう注意して下さい。
換気ユニットの掃除

4ページにおける記述に従って、エアースターの手前のドアを開けてください。次に、電源ケーブルを外してく
ださい。ファンボックスの手前のドアを下げ開けてください、そして、熱交換素子を外してください。ファン
ボックス、内側のドア、および熱交換素子の中を電気掃除機で掃除してください。
より徹底的に掃除するには、マウントボックスからファンボックスを取り外して、テーブルに置き、電気掃除機
で内部を掃除して下さい。
フィルター交換

換気ユニットで、簡単に交換できるフィルターは2か所あります。一つは、ほこり用フィルターで、ドアを開け
た直後に、手前に見えるフィルターがこれです。このフィルターは、排気される空気取り入れ部を覆っていて、
マジックテープによって取り付けられて、ほこりから機械を保護します。
もうひとつのフィルターとして、外気を取り入れる標準フィルターは、熱交換素子内にあります。春や夏にかけ
て、花粉フィルター（オプション）を、熱交換素子内に入れることで、効果が出ます。
熱交換素子は、フィルター交換のために開け閉めできるようになっています。フィルター掃除／交換は、少なく
とも年2回は行うようにして下さい。

