Before First Use
Installation
• Unpack the appliance but keep all packaging materials until you have made
sure your new Table Top Dishwasher is undamaged and in good working order.
Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young children, so
ensure all packaging materials are out of their reach.
• We recommend that two people handle the dishwasher during installation.
• NOTE: It is advised the dishwasher is installed by a qualied technician.
• When selecting a position for your freestanding dishwasher you should make
sure the installation surface is at and rm, and the room is well ventilated.
Avoid locating your dishwasher near a heat source, eg. cooker, boiler or
radiator. Extreme cold ambient temperatures may also cause the appliance
not to perform properly. This dishwasher is not designed for use in a garage or
outdoors.
• Do not cover the dishwasher. When installing, ensure that free space is left at
the sides.
• The installation position of the dishwasher should be near the existing inlet,
drain hoses and power cord.
• Position the appliance in the desired location. Ensure there is sufcient
clearance on each side of the unit to allow slight sideways movement for
servicing when required. Good levelling is essential for correct closure and
sealing of the door. When the unit is correctly levelled, the door should not
catch the inner liner on either side of the cabinet.
• One side of the cabinet sink should be chosen to facilitate the connection of
drain hoses of the dishwasher.
• The dishwasher is equipped with water supply and drain hoses that can be
positioned to the right or the left to facilitate proper installation.
• The appliance door should not be left in the open position since this could
present a tripping hazard.
• Do not overload the dishwasher. Please refer to page 15 ‘loading the
dishwasher’ for advice regarding the maximum number of each type of place
setting that can be washed.

Installation
Instructions
• Do not connect the unit to the mains socket before installation. Ensure you are
not installing the unit right in front of the mains socket. This is to avoid potential
damage to the back of the unit.
• After installing the appliance, ensure that the mains plug is easily accessible.
• The electrical connection conditions must correspond with the specications
on the rating plate of the dishwasher. Do not use extension cables.
• Position the unit next to a water tap and a drain.
• Level the unit if needed.
• Ensure the water inlet and drain hoses are not kinked or squashed. The unit
must not stand on the electrical supply cable.
• Make sure your plumbing is suitable for use with the dishwasher. If in doubt
contact a qualied plumber. This unit MUST BE connected to COLD WATER
MAINS using the new water inlet hose. OLD HOSE SETS MUST NOT
BE RE-USED. The water pressure from the water mains needs to be at a
minimum of 0.04 MPa and a maximum of 1.00 MPa.
• Connect one end of the safety water supply hose to your dishwasher, and
then connect the other end of the hose to your water mains. Please ensure
the black rubber seal is in place.
• You may use a Y-adaptor (not included) for an additional water feed for
another appliance, for example a washing machine. This is only applicable for
cold water mains. A Y-adaptor is available from most DIY stores.
• After connecting the hose, turn on your water mains and check for leaks.
• Connect the dishwasher to a suitable mains socket.

9
Instructions
• Do not bend your drain hose.
• Secure the water drain hose to the waste pipe to avoid it coming off during the
washing process.
• The waste pipe must only be connected to the foul drains and not the surface
water drainage system.
• The water drain hose should be placed lower than 10cm from the table top
and must not be extended, otherwise the unit may not be able to expel the
waste water properly. Do not lift the drain hose higher than 10 cm from the
table top, otherwise the unit may not be able to expel the waste water properly.
• You may use the U-shaped drain hose holder to secure your drain hose and
to avoid bending it.
• Please close the tap after use.

• Wooden cutlery and crockery or items with wooden parts may discolour and
fade. The glue used in these items is not dishwasher-proof and wooden
handles may come loose after being washed in a dishwasher.
• Craft items, antiques, valuable vases and decorative glassware are also not
suitable for dishwashers.
• Plastic items (e.g. tupperware) which are not heat resistant may melt or loose
shape due to the high temperature in the dishwasher.
• Copper, brass, tin and aluminium items may discolour or become matt.
• Clouding may occur on glasses and delicate glassware after frequent
washing. Do not wash delicate glassware or glassware containing crystal, in a
dishwasher. Wash delicate glassware by hand instead.
• Silver and aluminium parts have a tendency to discolour during washing.
Residues like egg white, egg yolk and mustard often cause discolouring and
staining on silver. Therefore, please clean the residues from silver immediately
after use.

11
Adding Detergent or Detergent Tablet
Only use detergents specically designed for use in dishwashers. To be more
environmentally friendly, please use no more than the correct amount of detergent.
Fill the detergent dispenser with detergent power or tablet. See the detergent
manufacturers instructions for the correct amount to use. If using tablets read the
manufacturers recommendations on the tablet packaging in order to determine
where the table should be placed (e.g. cutlery basket, detergent compartment etc).
• Keep detergents and bleaches out of the reach of children.
• Irritating to eyes.
• Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately
with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
• If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.
• Dishwasher detergent is corrosive!
• Take care to keep it out of reach of children.
• Please follow the steps below to ll the detergent dispenser. The dispenser
must be relled before the start of each wash cycle. Your dishwasher uses
less detergent and rinse aid than a conventional dishwasher. As a rule, only
one tablespoon of detergent is needed for a normal wash load.
• Heavily soiled items will require more detergent.
• Always add the detergent just before starting the dishwasher, to insure it
dissolves correctly.

Adding Rinse Aid
Rinse aid helps to ensure water does not cling and leave marks on crockery during
the drying phase and helps crockery dry faster after it has been washed. Only pour
rinse aid that is for domestic dishwashers into the reservoir. This model is designed
to use liquid rinse aids only. Please follow the steps below to pour the rinse aid into
the storage reservoir.
The rinse aid dispenser is located inside the door next to the detergent dispenser.
To ll the dispenser, open the cap and pour the rinse aid into the dispenser until the
level indicator turns completely black.
The volume of the rinse aid is approx. 110ml. Rinse aid is dispensed automatically.
• Turn the cap to the left to ‘open’ as indicated.
• When the cap open marking is aligned, you may lift the cap up.
• Pour the rinse aid in until the level is full and close the cap.
• Be careful not to overll the reservoir. Wipe up any spills.
• NOTE: If the water hardness in your area is soft, you may not need rinse
aid as it may cause white lm to develop on your dishes.
• If you decide to use a detergent tablet, you do not need to add rinse aid into
the rinse aid reservoir.
• Rinse aid rell warning indicator LED will illuminate when the reservoir is
running out of rinse aid and requires relling.
• Alternatively, you can judge the amount of rinse aid by checking the rinse
aid indicator next to the reservoirs cap.
• You should never let the rinse aid get below 1/4 full.
• The rinse aid dispenser has six settings. Always
start with the dispenser set on “4”. If spots and poor
drying are problems, increase the amount of rinse aid
dispensed by removing the dispenser lid and rotating
the dial to “5”. If the dishes still are not drying properly
or are spotted, adjust the dial to the next higher
number until your dishes are spot-free.
• The recommended setting is “4”.

Adding Salt
If the water in your area is hard, deposits will form on your dishes and utensils. This
appliance contains a salt reservoir for you to reduce the hardness of the water.
Please follow the steps below to pour the salt into the salt reservoir and it must be
set to correspond to the water hardness level in your area.
• Always use salt intended for use with dishwasher. All other types of salt not
specically designed for use in a dishwasher, especially table salt, will damage
the water softener. Damage caused by the use of unsuitable salt will result in
the manufacturers warranty being void.
• Only ll with salt just before starting one of the complete washing programs.
This will prevent any grains of salt or salty water, remaining at the bottom of the
machine for any period of time, which may cause corrosion.
• Remove the basket and then unscrew and remove the cap from the salt
container.
• Fill the reservoir with approximately 1L of water (rst use only).
• Place the funnel provided over the salt reservoir.
• Pour in approximately 1kg of dishwasher salt depending on the brand used.
• Clean any excess salt from around the reservoir opening and then screw the
cap on again rmly.
• Run the ‘Rapid’ wash program immediately (without any crockery in the
dishwasher) to remove any traces of salt from the compartment.
• NOTE: The salt rell warning indicator will illuminate when the reservoir is
running out of salt and requires relling.
• The salt rell warning indicator will cease to illuminate within a few days,
depending on how quickly the salt dissolves.
• If you decide to use a detergent tablet, you may not need to add salt, this
depends upon the water hardness in your area and the type of tablet being
used. Check with your water supplier and the detergent tablet manufacturer’s
instructions.

Operation
Starting a wash cycle
• Ensure the unit is connected to the mains power and the water supply is fully
opened (water pressure between 0.04MPa and 1.00MPa).
• Open the door. Pull out the dishwasher basket, load the dishes and push the
basket back.
• Pour in the detergent or place the detergent tablet in the detergent
compartment and close rmly afterwards.
• Close the dishwasher door. Ensure the door is closed correctly. Do not slam the

• Press the ON/OFF button.
• Select the wash cycle program based on the loading and soil requirements.
• Please refer to the section Wash Cycle Table.
• The program indicator will light up for the selected program.
• Press the Start/Reset button, the washing cycle will begin shortly and the
program indicator will ash.
• NOTE: If you open the dishwasher’s door during the washing cycle and then
close it, the dishwasher will continue the current washing programme after
10 seconds. However, if the door is not closed correctly after 1 minute, the
dishwasher will beep at 1 minute intervals.
• NOTE: At the end of a program, the dishwasher will beep.
• To save energy, remember to switch the dishwasher off using the ON/OFF
button. The dishwasher will continue to use electricity until it is switched off with
the ON/OFF button.
• Allowing dishes to cool down before unloading is important as dishes tend
to break and chip more easily when they are hot. Therefore, if you open the
dishwasher door fully after switching off, it will allow the dishes to cool down
much faster.
Changing a Program
To change the program if the washing cycle has already started, follow the steps
below.
• Open the door slightly to avoid water spillage before opening the door fully.
Check if the unit has dispensed the detergent or detergent tablet. This will
depend on how long the washing cycle was running for.
• If the detergent dispenser lid is opened, we suggest you to allow the wash cycle
to complete.
• If the detergent dispenser lid is still closed, press the ON/OFF button to pause
the washing. You can then close the dishwasher door and press the ON/OFF
button again. Then, press the required new program button and conrm the
selection by pressing the Start/Reset button. The unit will start the new washing

Cleaning after use
External care
Internal care
The door and the door seal
• Clean the door seals regularly with a soft damp cloth to remove food deposits.
• When the dishwasher is being loaded, food and drink residues may drip onto
the sides of the dishwasher door. These surfaces are outside the wash cabinet
and are not accessed by water from the spray arms. Any deposits should be
wiped off before the door is closed.
The control panel
• Clean the door seals regular If cleaning is required, the control panel should be
wiped with a soft damp cloth ONLY.
• To avoid penetration of water into the door lock and electrical components, do
not use a spray cleaner of any kind.
• Never use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on the outer surfaces because
they may scratch the nish.
• Some paper towels may also scratch or leave marks on the surface.
Filtering system
The ltering system in the base of the dishwasher retains coarse debris from the
washing cycle. The collected coarse debris may cause the lters to clog. Check the
condition of the lters regularly and clean them if necessary under running water.
Follow the steps below to clean the lters in the dishwasher:
1. Ensure the dishwasher is switched off.
2. Unscrew the coarse and ne lter and gently lift the lters out.
3. Unscrew the ne lter and gently lift with care.
4. Gently slide and lift the main lter out.
5. Rinse all the lters under running water, and then ret all lters in the reverse
order.
6. Gently ret the main lter back with care.
7. Gently screw the course and ne lter back in position, in a clockwise direction.
8. Do not over tighten the lters. Put the lters back in the lter cylinder in
sequence securely, otherwise coarse debris could get into the system and
cause a blockage.
9. NEVER use the dishwasher without the lters in place. Improper replacement
of the lters may reduce the performance level of the appliance and damage
dishes and utensils.
Instructions

19
The lter system consists of a coarse
lter, a at (Main lter) and a micro
lter (ne lter).
MAIN FILTER (A)
Food and soil particles trapped by this
lter are broken down by a special jet
on the spray arm and washed down to
drain.
FINE FILTER (B)
This lter holds soil and food residue
in the sump area and prevents it from
being deposited on the dishes during
wash cycle.
COARSE FILTER (C)
Larger items, such as pieces of bone
or glass, that could block the drain are
trapped in the coarse lter. To remove
the items caught by the lter, gently
squeeze the tap on the top of this lter
and lift out.
Step 1: twist the lter assembly (A, B
and C), then lift it all up.
Step 2: Lift B and C up from A.
Step 3: A, B, C parts overview.

Spray Arms
Frost Precaution
Particles of food can get stuck in the spray arm jets and bearings. The spray arms
should therefore be checked and cleaned regularly.
The spray arms can be easily removed for periodic cleaning of the nozzles, to
prevent possible clogging:
• Ensure the dishwasher is switched off.
• Grasp the middle of the spray arm, pull it upwards to remove it.
• Wash them under running water and carefully replace them in their seats
checking that their rotary movement is in no way restricted.
• Return them carefully to their seat. After reassembly, check that the spray arms
turn freely and that they have been installed correctly.
Avoid placing the dishwasher in a location where the temperature can get
below 0°C. If your appliance is left in an unheated place over the winter, you are
advised to:
1. Disconnect the unit from the water inlet.
2. Turn on the unit. Select any washing cycle and let it run for 1 minute only. This
drains out all the excessive water that remains in the unit.
3. Disconnect from the mains socket.
4. Empty the dishwasher.
5. Close the dishwasher’s door.
6. Disconnect the unit from the water drain. Use a suitable receptacle to catch any
residual water in the pipes.
Should you encounter any difculties with the above steps, please ask a service
technician for assistance.
