LIGHTNING — For added protection for this product
duringalightningstorm,orwhenitisleftunattended
and unused for long periods of time, unplug it from
the wall outlet and disconnect the antenna or cable
system. This will prevent damage to the product
due to lightning and power-line surges.
POWER LINES —An outside antenna system should
notbelocatedinthevicinityofoverheadpowerlines
or other electric light or power circuits, or where it
can fall into such power lines or circuits. When
installingan outside antennasystem, extreme care
should be taken to keep from touching such power
linesorcircuits ascontactwiththem mightbefatal.
OVERLOADING — Do not overload wall outlets,
extensioncords,orintegralconveniencereceptacles
as this can result in a risk of fire or electric shock.
OBJECTAND LIQUID ENTRY - Neverpush objectsof

ELECTRICAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

I. Read Instructions - All the safety and operat-
ing instructions should be read before the CD
Player is operated. The safety and operating
instructions should be saved for future
reference.
2. Heed Warnings - All warnings on the CD
Player and in the operating instructions
should be adhered to.
3. Water and Moisture - The player should not
be used near water - for example, near a
bath tub, kitchen sink, laundry tub, in a wet
basement or near a swimming pool, etc.
4. Ventilation - The CD Player should be situated
so that its location or position does not inter-
fere with its proper ventilation. For example,
the CD player should not be situated on
a bed, sofa, rug, or similar surface that may
block the ventilation openings; or, placed in
a built-in installation, such as a bookcase
or cabinet that may impede the flow of
air through the ventilation openings.
5. Heat - The CD player should be situated
away from heat sources such as radiators,
heat registers, stoves, or other appliances
(including amplifiers) that produce heat.
6. Power Sources - The CD player should be
connected to a power supply only of the
type described in the operating instructions
or as marked on the CD Player.
7. Servicing - The user should not attempt
to service the CD Player beyond that
described in the operating instructions. All
other servicing should be referred to quali-
fied service personnel. The Player should be
servicedbyqualifiedservicepersonnelwhen:
A. The power-supply cord or the plug has

VOLTAGE SELECTOR switch on the rear
panel (using a flat head screw driver).
• Do not force the VOLTAGE SELECTOR
switch as this may cause damage

INTRODUCTION
UNPACKING
Every CK 1000Mp3 has been thoroughly tested and has been shipped in perfect operating condition.
Carefully check the shipping carton for damage that may have occurred during shipping. If the carton
appears to be damaged, carefully inspect your CD player for any damage and be sure all equipment
necessary to operate the CD player has arrived intact. In the event damage has been found or parts
are missing, please contact our toll free customer support number for further instructions. Please do

(a) FADER “Q” START CONTROL: Set up your CK 1000Mp3 as described in the set-up section of this manual. After
 
 
the way to the left (player one is playing, player two is in cue or pause mode), and you move the fader at least 20%
to the right, player two (2) will begin to play. When the crossfader is to the right, and you move it 20% to the left,
player one (1) will begin to play. You can create great effects similar to scratching with this feature. After storing cue
points on each side of the CD player, different songs may quickly be recalled by moving the mixer crossfader back
and forth. New cue points can be easily selected on the CK 1000Mp3 player (see setting cue points page 19). “Q”
Start control is easy to use and mastering this feature will help you create amazing effects with your music.
(b) RELAY (FLIP-FLOP): Connect your CK 1000Mp3 player as described in the set-up section of this manual. This
feature will start the next player once one (1) player has ended. For example, if player one (1) is playing a disc and
it ends, player two (2) will instantly begin to play. You may set RELAY to play track to track or disc to disc. For
more information on this feature, see RELAY (FLIP-FLOP™) on page 27.
(c) SLEEP MODE: The CK 1000Mp3's laser and pick-up assembly will power down after 15 minutes of inactivity
(when in pause or cue mode). This will lengthen the life of your motor drive and laser. To initialize the player, just
press the cue or play buttons.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND CONTROLS CD PLAYER
A. TOP UNIT CONTROLS (FIGURE 3)
1. EJECT FUNCTION - Pressing this will eject
the CD. The eject function will only when the unit
is in cue or pause mode, this is to prevent acci-
dentally ejecting the disc when in play mode.
2. FOLDER BUTTON - This button is used to
toggle between folders and tracks. Press this
button to show the folder that is playing in the
LCD. This button is really only for Mp3 discs.
3. SGL/CTN - This function allows you to choose
between single track play or continuous track
play (all tracks in order). This function also oper-
ates in FLIP-FLOP mode.
4. TIME BUTTON - The TIME button will switch
the time value described in the TIME METER
between ELAPSED PLAYING TIME, TRACK
REMAINING TIME, and TOTAL REMAINING
TIME.
5. PITCH SLIDER - This slider is used to adjust
the playback pitch percentage. The slider is a
set adjustment and will remain set until the pitch
slider is moved or the pitch function has been
turned off. This adjustment can be made with or
without a disc in the drive. The pitch adjustment
will remain even if a disc has been removed and
will reflect on any other disc loaded into the play-
er. That is to say, if you set a +2% pitch on one
disc, remove that disc and load another, that disc
too will have a +2% pitch. The amount of pitch
being applied will be displayed in the LCD (21).
6. PITCH ON/OFF BUTTON - This button is used
to turn the PITCH SLIDER (5) function on and off.
The pitch percentage can be changed between
4%, 8%, and 16%. 4% will allow the least
amount of pitch manipulation and 16% will allow
the most amount of pitch manipulation. To adjust
to the different values please see page 22.

7. PITCH PERCENTAGE SELECTOR - Press
this button to choose any pitch range percent-
ages of 4%, 8%, and 16%. See page 22 for more
details.
8. BOP BUTTON - During play mode, pressing
the BOP button will instantly return play to the
last set cue point without interruption of music.
Use this function to create a stutter effect.
9. (-) PITCH BEND BUTTON - The (-) pitch
bend function creates a momentary “Slow Down”

playing. This will allow you to match the beats

source. Remember, this is a momentary function.
When you remove your finger from the pitch but-
 PITCH
SLIDER'S (5) pitch value. Holding down this
button will give a maximum of -16% pitch. Use
this function to slow to another playing music
source. Be sure to notice that this function is a
momentary pitch adjustment, for a more precise
adjustment use the PITCH SLIDER (5) to match

(+) PITCH BEND BUTTON - The (+) pitch
bend function creates a momentary “BUMP” in
        
playing. This will allow you to match the beats
       
source. Remember, this is a momentary function.
When you remove your finger from this button,
 PITCH
SLIDER'S (5) selected pitch. Holding down this
button will give a maximum of +16% pitch.
10. RELOOP BUTTON - If a SEAMLESS LOOP
has been made (see setting a SEAMLESS LOOP
on page 20), but the CD Player is not actively in
SEAMLESS LOOP mode (a loop is not playing),
pressing the RELOOP BUTTON will instantly
reactivate the SEAMLESS LOOP mode. To exit
the loop, press the OUT BUTTON (13). LOOP
and RELOOP will appear in the LCD DISPLAY
(21) when the RELOOP function is available.
11. TEMPO LOCK FUNCTION - This button
activates the TEMPO LOCK function. This func-
tion allows you to use the PITCH SLIDER to
speed up or slow down playback speed without
altering the tonal pitch of the track. When this
function is not engaged the original tonal pitch
of the track will be altered giving you the "chip-
munk" effect when a track is played at a high rate
of speed, or the "James Earl Jones" effect when
a track is slowed to much.
12. JOG WHEEL/EFFECTS PLATTER - This
wheel has two functions;
A. The jog wheel will act as a frame search con-
trol when the CD is in pause or cue mode,
allowing you to set a cue point.
B. The wheel also works as a pitch bend during
playback. Turning the wheel clockwise will
increase the pitch percentage up to 100%,
and turning the wheel in the counter-clock-
wise direction will decrease the pitch per-
centage down to -100%. The pitch bend will
be determined on how long you turn the jog
wheel continuously.
13. OUT BUTTON - This button is used to set
the ending point of a loop. A loop is started by
pressing the IN button (14), and pressing the
OUT BUTTON to set the loop ending point. The
loop will continue to play until the OUT BUTTON
is pressed once again.
14. SEAMLESS LOOP IN BUTTON - “CUE ON
THE FLY” - This function allows you to set a
CUE POINT (see CUE POINT page 19) without
music interruption (“on the fly”). This button also
sets the starting point of a seamless loop (see
SEAMLESS LOOP).
15. PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON - Each press of the
  causes the operation to
change from play to pause or from pause to play.
While in play mode the play LED will glow, and
while in pause mode the play LED will flash.
16. SCRATCH BUTTON - This button is used to
activate and deactivate the Scratch effect. .
17. CUE - Pressing the CUE button during play-
back immediately pauses playback and returns
the track to the last set cue point (see setting a
CUE POINT, page 19). The CUE BUTTON LED
will glow when the unit is in cue mode The LED
will also flash every time a new CUE POINT

is set. The CUE button can be held down to
momentarily play the CD. When you release the
CUE button it instantly returns to the CUE POINT.
You can also tap the CUE button to create a BOP
EFFECT (for definition of BOP EFFECT, see page
25).
18. TAP/BPM BUTTON - This button is used to
override and manually set a tracks BPM. Occa-
sionally the built-in BPM meter may not function
as desired. This button allows you to override
the internal beat clock and manually set a tracks
BPMs. To manually set the BPMs; tap this button
a few times to a tracks heavy down beat, the
unit will automatically calculate your tapping and
translate it into a tracks BPM. The BPM readout
is then displayed in the LCD (21). To return to the
automatic BPM counter, press and hold down the
button for at least 2 seconds and then release.
19. SEARCH BUTTONS -
This search button allows you to quick-
ly scan backwards through a track.

ly scan forwards through a track.
20. TRACK SELECT BUTTONS -
This button is used to select a track.
Tapping this button will forward skip to the next
track, holding down this button will rapidly for-
ward skip through the tracks.
+10 TRACK SKIP - This button allows you to
skip ahead by 10 tracks. Example: if you are
at Track #1, pressing this button will skip you to
Track #11, press the button again, it will skip to
Track #21. If there are not that many tracks, it will
go back to Track #1.
This button is used to select a track.
Tapping this button will back skip on track, hold-
ing down this button will rapidly BACK SKIP
through the tracks.
21. LCD DISPLAY - This high quality LCD display
indicates all the functions, as they are occurring.
This display is viewable at several comfortable
angles (see page 8). The display ICONS will be
explained in the section D.

22.SOURCE SELECTOR SWITCH - These
switches are used to select the input source
assigned to each channel. Each channel may only
be assigned one input source at a time.
23. AUX INPUT - This Aux input is for the use of
a Mp3 player. Input volume will be controlled by
the channel two fader.
24. CHANNEL GAIN CONTROL - This adjustment
is used to adjust an audio source signal input gain
for a channel. Never use the gain control to adjust
output volume. Setting the gain level properly will
ensure a clean output signal. To properly set the
gain level controls:
1. Be sure the MASTER VOLUME CON-
TROL (33) is set to level 4.
2. Set the CHANNEL FADER (27) to level
8.
3. Begin playback on an audio source
connected to the channel you are
adjusting.
4. Use the Gain Control (24) to adjust an
average output volume of +4 dB.
5. Repeat this step for all channels.
25. CHANNEL EQUALIZER - All of the channels
include a three-band signal EQ. These controls
       

CHANNEL TREBLE CONTROL - This knob
is used to adjust the treble levels of a channel
allowing for a maximum treble gain of +12dB or
maximum decrease of -30dB. Turning the knob
in a counter-clockwise direction will decrease the
amount of treble applied to a channel signal,
turning the knob in a clockwise direction will
increase the amount of treble applied to a chan-
nel signal.
CHANNEL MIDRANGE CONTROL - This
knob is used to adjust the midrange levels of a
channel allowing for a maximum midrange gain
of +12dB or maximum decrease of -30dB. Turn-
ing the knob in a counter-clockwise direction will
decrease the amount of midrange applied to a
channel signal, turning the knob in a clockwise
direction will increase the amount of midrange

applied to a channel signal.
CHANNEL BASS CONTROL - This knob is
used to adjust the low frequency levels of a chan-
nel allowing for a maximum bass gain of +12dB
or maximum signal decrease of -30dB. Turning
the knob in a counter-clockwise direction will
decrease the amount of bass applied to a chan-
nel signal, turning the knob in a clockwise direc-
tion will increase the amount of bass applied to a
channel signal.
26. MASTER VOLUME LEVEL INDICATORS -
The dual MASTER LEVEL LED indicators are used
to detail the master output level. The meters will
detail the output level of both the left and right
channels.
27. CHANNEL FADER - These faders are used to
control the output signal of any source assigned
to its particular channel.
28. RELAY BUTTON - This button activates the
FLIP-FLOP™ function.
29. Q-START ON/OFF SWITCH - With this func-
tion you can use the crossfader to start and stop
-
vates the fader “Q” start feature. When the fader
“Q” start feature is activated sliding the CROSS-
FADER (30) from left to right will play or cue the
CD player connected.
Example: Be sure the Fader “Q” Start
feature is activated on both channels.
Slide the crossfader to the channel one
position (full left) and begin playback on
CD drive one. Slide the crossfader to the
channel position (far right). This will im-
mediately trigger the play function on CD
drive two and return CD drive one to cue
mode. To return to normal fader operation
 
to the OFF position.
30. REPLACEABLE CROSSFADER - This fader
is used to blend the output signals of channels
one and two together. When the fader is in the full
left position (channel 1), the output signal of chan-
nel one will be controlled by the master volume
level. The same fundamentals will apply for chan-
nel two. Sliding the fader from one position to
another will vary the output signals of channels
one and two respectively. When the crossfader
is set in the center position, the output signals of
both the channels one and channels two will be
even.
31. CUE MIX - This knob is used send a chan-
nels incoming signal to the headphones. Turn
the knob counter-clockwise to monitor Channel
1, and clockwise to monitor Channel 2. The cue
level is adjusted by the CUE LEVEL VOLUME
KNOB (32). Be sure the cue level is set to mini-
mum before putting a pair of headphones on.
32. CUE LEVEL VOLUME KNOB - This knob is
used to adjusts the headphone volume output
level. Turn the knob in a clockwise direction to
increase the headphone volume.
33. MASTER VOLUME CONTROL - This rotary
knob is used to control the master output level
(volume). To avoid distorted output try to main-
tain an average output signal level +4 dB. Be sure
this volume control is always set to zero before
turning the unit on.
34. MICROPHONE VOLUME - This knob is used
to regulate the microphone output volume. Turn-
ing the knob in a clockwise direction will increase
the volume level.

B. FRONT PANEL (FIGURE 4)
34. TRANSPORT TRAY 1 - This tray is used
to load and unload a compact disc. The tray
is opened and closed by pressing the 
CLOSE BUTTON (1). Never attempt to force the
transport tray open or closed when the power is
turned off.
35. HEADPHONE JACK - This jack is used to
connect your headphones to the mixer allowing
you to monitor the cue source. Use headphones
only rated at 8 ohms to 32 ohms. Most DJ head-
phones are rated at 16 ohm, these are highly
recommended. Always be sure the CUE LEVEL
VOLUME (32) is set to minimum before you put
the headphones on.
36. TRANSPORT TRAY 2 - This tray is used
to load and unload a compact disc. The tray
is opened and closed by pressing the 
CLOSE BUTTON (1). Never attempt to force the
transport tray open or closed when the power is
turned off.
C. REAR PANEL (FIGURE 5)
37. BALANCED XLR MASTER OUTPUTS
JACKS - The Master Output includes a pair of
XLR Balanced jacks as well as a pair of RCA
UNBALANCED JACKS (40). The 3-pin XLR jacks
send a high current balanced output signal.
These jacks should be used when you will be
driving an amp or other audio equipment with a
balanced input, or whenever you will be running
a signal line greater than 15 feet. Always, use
these jacks whenever possible.
38.DIGITAL OUT - Use this connection to create
near perfect copies of your disc to a Mini disc,
CD-R, or any other digital recording device.
39. REC OUT - This is a low current unbalanced
output source designed for various tape and CD
recorders. The Record Out (REC OUT) level is
dictated by the CHANNEL FADER LEVEL (27), it

40. RCA MASTER OUTPUTS - The Master
Output includes a pair XLR BALANCED JACKS
(37) as well as a pair of RCA Unbalanced Jacks.
The RCA jacks send a low current unbalanced
output signal. These jacks should only be used
for shorter cable runs to signal processors or
looping to another mixer. For cable runs greater
than 15 feet use the XLR BALANCED JACKS
(37).
41. LINE 1 INPUT JACKS - DO NOT CONNECT
TURNTABLES TO THESE JACKS! CD players,
Tape Decks and other line level instruments may
be connected to these jacks. The red colored
RCA jack represents the right channel input and
the white represents the left channel input. Input
volume will be controlled by channel one fader.
The channel SOURCE SELECTOR SWITCH (22)
must be in the "Line 1" position, to monitor any
source connected to these jacks.
42. LINE 2 INPUT JACKS - DO NOT CONNECT
TURNTABLES TO THESE JACKS! CD players,
Tape Decks and other line level instruments may
be connected to these jacks. The red colored
RCA jack represents the right channel input and
the white represents the left channel input. Input
volume will be controlled by channel two fader.
The channel SOURCE SELECTOR SWITCH (22)
must be in the "Line 2" position, to monitor any
source connected to these jacks.
43. MICROPHONE - This combo jack will accept

plug. The volume output level for this micro-
phone will be controlled by the MIC VOLUME
CONTROL KNOB (34). Note: We recommend
that you use a 500-600ohm microphone for
the best sound quality.
44. POWER BUTTON - This button is used to

47. PLAY/PAUSE INDICATOR - Either the play or
pause indicator will glow depending which mode
you are in.
48.CUE INDICATOR - This indicator will glow
when the unit is in CUE mode and will flash every
time a new CUE POINT is set.
49.SINGLE INDICATOR - This indicates that the
CD drive is in single play mode, the track will
play once and return to CUE mode. If the single
indicator is not on the unit is in continuous mode.
In continuous mode the drive will play all the
remaining tracks on the disc until you stop play
or power is interrupted.
50.MP3 INDICATOR - This will indicate that a Mp3
disc is loaded in the drive.
51.TIME BAR INDICATOR - This bar gives a
visual approximation of a track's or disc's time
This bar will begin to flash when a track is end-
ing. The flashing bar is great reminder, that time
is running out to get that next track ready to go.
52. LOOP - This icon will flash when you are in
loop mode. This icon will glow when a loop has
been created but is not actively playing.
53. RELOOP INDICATOR - Appears when LOOP
is engaged or ready to be engaged.
54. PITCH INDICATOR - Indicator will light up
when the Pitch is activated.
55. PITCH/BPM METER - This meter will dis-
play the pitch percentage applied by the PITCH
SLIDER (5).
56. CHARACTER DISPLAY -This will display the
name of the track and album when a Mp3 disc is
loaded.
57. TIME METERS - These indicators will detail
the current Minutes, Seconds, and Frames. The
meter will display either the elapse, total, or
remaining time of a track or the entire disc.
The display time will depend on the selected
time function. The selected time function will
be displayed above the TIME METER as either
REMAINING TRACK TIME OR ELAPSED TRACK
NAME.
58.TOTAL/REMAIN INDICATOR - When TOTAL
is indicated in the LCD DISPLAY (21) the time
described in the LCD (21) will define the total disc
remaining time. When REMAIN is indicated in the
LCD DISPLAY (21) the time described in the LCD
will define the current track's remaining time.
59. AUTO BPM - This will indicate that the AUTO
BPM counter is active. Press and hold the TAP/
BPM BUTTON (18) for 1 sec. to turn the Auto BPM
function on and off.
60. AUTO CUE - This will indicate if the Auto Cue
is on or off. Press and hold the SGL/CTN (3) for 1
sec. to turn the Auto Cue function on and off.
61.FOLDER/TRACK INDICATOR - This indicator
shows you if you are looking at the track number
or the folder number..
62.TRACK/FOLDER DISPLAY - This indicator
describes which track or folder is currently cued
or is playing.

1. LOADING/EJECTING DISCS
The CK 1000Mp3 can only play 3 inch and regular 5 inch CDs. When loading a CD into the player always hold
the disc by it edge). Load the disc label side up and never touch the signal surface (the glossy side). To remove
a disc from the player press the EJECT BUTTON (1), see Figure 7.
CAUTION:
• NEVER attempt to load any other objects besides 3" and 5" CDs.
•NEVER attempt to load more than one disc at a time. Doing so may result in sever damage to your unit.
•DO NOT force the transport tray open or close when the power is off, this may damage the drive system.
2. SELECTING TRACKS
Select a desired track by using the TRACK BUTTONS (20). Tapping the TRACK BUTTONS (20) once will select
either the next higher or lower track. You may hold down the TRACK BUTTONS (20) to change tracks con-
tinuously at a faster speed. If you are using the TRACK BUTTONS (20) to select a new track during playback
(a track is already in play mode) the new track you selected will immediately begin playback as soon as the
search operation is completed.

3. STARTING PLAYBACK - Figure 10
Load an audio CD as described on page 17 (LOADING/EJECTING DISCS).
Pressing the PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON (15) with an audio CD loaded will imme-
diately start playback. The PLAY (47) indicator will glow as soon as playback
begins. The point at which playback starts (cue point) will automatically be
stored in the memory as the cue point. The unit will return to this cue point (the
point at which playback started) when the CUE BUTTON (17) is pressed.
4. AUTO CUE
This function will automatically set a cue point to the first audio source when a
CD is loaded. The first set cue point will always be the beginning of track 1. If
a new track is selected before the PLAY BUTTON (15) is pressed, a new CUE
POINT will be set to reflect the new starting point.
5. STOPPING PLAYBACK - Figures 10 & 11
Stopping playback will not stop the drive mechanism, but merely pause or cue
the track, this functions allows the unit to begin play instantly. The drive mecha-
nism will only stop if a disc is ejected or the unit has gone in to sleep mode.
There are two ways to stop (pause) playback:
1) Press the PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON (15) during playback. This will pause play-
back at the exact same point the PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON (15) was pressed.
2) Press the CUE BUTTON (17) during playback. This will pause playback and
return the track to the last set cue point.
6. PAUSING - Figure 10
This function pauses playback at the exact same point the PLAY/PAUSE
BUTTON (15) was pressed. Pressing the PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON (15) will switch
between play and pause modes. When the unit is in pause mode the PAUSE
INDICATOR (47) in the LCD DISPLAY (21) will glow. The PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON
(15) LED will also begin to flash repeatedly.
7. FRAME SEARCH
This feature allows you to scroll through a track frame by frame, allowing you
to find and set a starting cue or loop point. To use the scroll function you must
first be in Pause Mode or Cue Mode. Once you are in Pause or Cue mode, turn
the JOG WHEEL (12) to scroll through the track (Figure 12). Turning the wheel in
a clockwise direction will advance the frame search and turning the wheel in a
counter-clockwise direction rewinds the frame search. When you use the JOG
WHEEL (12) the monitor (headphone level) function allows you to here what you
are scrolling through. Once you reach your desired starting point you can set a
cue (starting) point by pressing the PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON (15) as in Figure 10.
Pressing the CUE BUTTON (17) as in Figure 11 will now return you to the point
you just set.

1) You may press the IN BUTTON (14) on the fly (while the disc is playing). This
will set a CUE Point without music interruption. Pressing the CUE BUTTON
(17) will now return you to the same point that you pressed the IN BUTTON
(14).
2) You may also use the JOG WHEEL (12) to set a cue point. While a disc is
in PAUSE or CUE mode, use the JOG WHEEL (12) to scroll through a track
and find your desired starting point. Once you have found your desired CUE
point press the PLAY BUTTON (15) to set your cue point. Pressing the CUE
BUTTON (17) will now return you to this exact point.
8. SETTING A CUE POINT
A cue point is the exact point playback will begin when the PLAY/PAUSE button (15) is pressed. You may set
your cue points anywhere on a disc or in a track. There are two (2) ways to set and create a CUE point as
detailed in figures 13 and 14.
3) You may also use the SEARCH BUTTONS to set a cue point. While
a disc is in PAUSE or CUE mode, use the SEARCH BUTTONS to scan
through a track to find your desired starting point. Once you have
found your desired position press the PLAY BUTTON to set your cue
point. Pressing the CUE BUTTON will now return you to this exact
point.

9. CREATING AND PLAYING A SEAMLESS LOOP
A seamless loop is a sound loop that plays continuously without sound interruption. You can use this loop to
create dramatic effect in your mixing. This loop has no time limit and you could actually loop the entire length
of disc. You create a seamless loop between two continuous points of a disc.
2) Press the IN BUTTON (14). This will set the starting point of the
SEAMLESS LOOP. The IN BUTTON (14) LED will light.
1) Press PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON (15) to activate playback
mode
3) Press the OUT BUTTON (13) to set the ending point for your LOOP
(Figure 17). The IN BUTTON (14) and OUT BUTTON (13) LEDs will
immediately begin to flash, indicating the SEAMLES LOOP mode
has been activated.
LCD LOOP INDICATORS - During a aeamless loop, the LOOP INDICA-
TOR (52) and RELOOP INDICATOR (53) will turn on in the LCD DISPLAY
(21) indicating a loop is active.
EXITING A LOOP - To exit a SEAMLESS LOOP, press the OUT
BUTTON (13). The IN BUTTON (14) and OUT BUTTON (13) LEDs will
remain lit,. Music playback will resume normal play. The IN BUTTON
(14) and OUT BUTTON (13) LEDs will remain lit to remind you that a
loop is in memory.
