Clues:
In the GPS Tracker the 9 year SIM card is already inserted and activated,
usually Amgotrack is switched on and delivered ready for operation.
All you need to do is download the Easytracking24 app from the store to your
smartphone and enter the ID number and password of the device in the app.
The ID No. and password can be found on the back of the case.
Mileage of the fully charged battery: The standby time with one battery charge is 6-
8 months with 1-2 GPS positions/day in "Mode5" mode
(see below). Battery life is reduced with a higher number of transmitted positions per
day.
For the correct operation of the GPS module, the device should be located
outdoors or in a vehicle, indoors there is often no connection to the GPS satellites
possible.

Switching the AMGoTrack on and off
The tracker can be in 2 versions. It will include the ON / OFF switch and charging socket
that are in the same state or on the bottom of the device.
To switch the AMGoTrack on between you please use the on / off switch in the direction
of the point. Afterwards you have to press the GPS button. Both LEDs should light up.
When delivered, the device should already be seen (when using a 9-year SIM card).

Charging the AMGoTrack battery
To charge the device, simply plug a mini USB charging cable into the charging socket
provided. Please also note the differences in the versions here. In one version the
charging socket is located in the upper part of the housing, in the other it is located on
the underside in the lower part of the housing. With this version, the GPS tracker should
be turned "upside down" when charging to avoid damage to the charging socket.
The charging process starts automatically after the device is connected.
The charging time when the battery is completely empty can take up to 18 hours.
Please switch the tracker OFF and ON again after charging so that the current battery
level is displayed.
The current battery level is displayed on the platform after the tracker has sent a new
position.

Use the access data from the back of the tracker (ID and password), which are included in the
delivery:

To create geofence for your GPS
To create geofence, you must be on your device.
Then press this button
You will be asked if you want to edit or delete if you already have Geofence. If not, you should
see a screen with geofence that allows you to click anywhere on the map to move the circle
You can choose when the tracker enters your zone and/or when it leaves it. You can drag
the selector to increase the radius and define a name for the geofence.
Changing the default programming
Note:
Our 9-year long-term sim is a pure data sim without SMS and call function.
To make the use of the GPS tracker as easy and convenient as possible, all necessary
settings have already been made. AMGoTrack thus sends a position report every 3
minutes as long as the vehicle is in motion.
The position is shown as a red dot in the blue marked, driven route in the app.

If AMGoTrack is to send a position at shorter intervals, the settings must be changed.
Please note, the more positions are sent per day, the earlier the 9 year credit on the SIM
may be used up and must be replenished.
Position monitoring on the website in the PC
You can log on to the website: http://easytracking24.online with the access data
that you find on the back of your device. The username is usually the last 6 digits of
the IMEI number of the device and the password is 123456 by default.
(see back of the tracker).
Please use only the above mentioned web portal.
Error message when logging in to the web portal
Attention:
It may happen that you get such an error message when logging in via the web
interface:
{"msg":"unknown error", "code":10998, "data":{}}
This means that you are using a router that uses an IPv6 address, here these
messages can occur when you call the web portal. You should make this call
over a port where IPv4 addresses are used or use your phone as a hotspot and
call over it, there are IPv4 addresses in use.
Alternatively you can also use the APP Easytracking24, which makes live
tracking on your smartphone much easier.
Under the input field you can set the language of the page, by default it is set to English.
If you check the box "Save settings on this computer", the language will be used for
future visits.
If you have logged in on the page, you will see the navigation bar on the left side

GeoFence, Smart Live Tracking, speed alert
Note: Alarm messages can only be displayed in the online portal if a pure data SIM card
is used (e.g. AMG SIM). If a SIM card with call/SMS function and monthly data volume is
used, alarm SMS are also sent from AMGoTrack if all necessary settings have been made.

Now please click on "add" with the mouse for a new geofence.
Here you can now create a geofence of your choice with the commands "circle" or
"polygon" in the upper right corner. To save it, please enter a name, select how you
want to be alerted and save the geofence. The option "Send alarm by SMS" is not
supported here.
If you want to change an existing geofence, select it and walk on the name or mark it
and press the button "Edit".
When leaving or entering the geofence you will receive a push message on your
phone if you have installed the APP easytracking24.

Questions and answers (FAQ)
Question: I have charged the device but it still shows a low battery?
Answer: Please switch the device off and on again so that it shows the current battery level.
When the next GPS position is sent to the platform, you can see the new battery
level.
Question: Why is sometimes not the current position where I parked my vehicle, but
a few hundred meters in front of it.
Answer:This is due to the position interval, which is set to 3 min at the factory and the
active time of 10 minutes after the tracker has been moved. In this case, the
tracker switched off before it could send a new position at the arrival location.
This occurs occasionally. To remedy this, the position interval can be set to 2
minutes or the active time can be extended to 15 minutes.
Please contact AMG so that this setting can be made using the server.
Question: Can the 9-year SIM from AMG be used in any other device?
Answer: No, this SIM is linked to the purchased device and cannot be used in any other
device. If you have replaced the device (repair / exchange), the SIM must be
activated for the new device. Please contact AMG.
Question:Which app can I use to monitor the long-term tracker?
Answer:You can access the GPS portal from any internet-enabled device
http://easytracking24.online
We recommend using the app: easytracking24
which you can download from the store.
Our AMGoTrack long-term tracker with 9-year data SIM can be used all over
Europe, without a power connection, without your own SIM card and thus without
additional SIM card costs.
Question: Why is a speed displayed when the vehicle is not moving?
Answer: The tracker receives different satellites, this changes constantly, and depending on
the position of the satellite used in relation to the GPS tracker, the speeds are
derived from the previous and the next position calculation. This can be 5 m more
or less, from which the system deduces that the tracker has moved and shows e.g.
2 km / h even though the vehicle is stationary.

Question: Why are different heights displayed?
Answer: This also depends on the position of the satellites used for the calculation, if there
are 5 or more satellites, if the altitude is determined more precisely, if there are
only 3, it is much more difficult to determine the altitude. Since the satellites
change constantly, the tracker tries to display an average of the different
calculations, and this value is subject to the normal fluctuations.
Question: Why is the position on the map displayed like a zigzag pattern?
Answer:When the vehicle is at a standstill, several position reports from one location can
cause the position on the map to be displayed as a zigzag pattern due to slight
changes in the satellite connections. This is normal and can be ignored.
