WARNING
1. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer or its
service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
2. To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the unit, cord
or plug in water or other liquid.
3. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
4. When the appliance is not in use and before cleaning, unplug the appliance
from the outlet.
5. Keep electrical appliances out of reach from Children or infirm persons. Do
not let them use the appliances without supervision.
6. Once the fan is assembled, the rotor blade guard shall not be taken off
anymore.
- Prior cleaning, unplug the fan.
- The rotor guard shall not be dissembled/opened to clean the rotor blades.
- Wipe the fan enclosure and rotor blade guard with a slightly damp cloth.
RULES FOR SAFE OPERATION
1. Never insert fingers, pencils, or any other object through the grille when fan
is running.
2. Disconnect fan when moving from one location to another.
3. Be sure fan is on a stable surface when operating to avoid overturning.
4. DO NOT place the fan in a window sill, rain may create electrical hazard.
5. This product is for household use only.

Installation Instructions:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure that the power cord is inserted into the flute properly and
that the main fan body does NOT touch the power cord. Failing to do this might produce a
creaky noise when the fan is functioning.

Effective Range of Remote Control is within 5 m distance and 30-degree deflection in
the front of the fan.

OPERATION
Switching On
•Set the appliance on a dry, level and sturdy surface.
•Plug the appliance to the mains.
On/Off, Speed Selection
•To turn the fan ON, press ON/OFF button.
•To change the speed of the fan, press the SPEED button.
•Continue to press the button until you reach the desired speed. To turn the fan OFF,
press the ON/OFF button.
Oscillation
•For the fan to oscillate, press the Oscillation button once. The fan will start oscillating
within a rotating angle of 60o
•To stop the oscillation, press the Oscillation button again. The fan will stop oscillating.
Timer function
•Press TIMER button to start the timer mode. It can count down from a minimum of half
an hour to a maximum of 7.5 hours after which the fan will turn off automatically. The
timer can only be set in 30 minute intervals.
•Continue to press TIMER button to the desired time. Once the timer counts down to
zero, the fan will automatically turn off.
Air Flow Selection Modes
Press the MODE button until the desired mode is reached.
•Normal Mode sets a constant air flow at the currently selected speed.
•Natural Mode offers a unique natural breeze setting. Enjoy the breeze as the fan
cycles randomly through all fan speed settings, simulating the natural breezes found
outdoors.
•Taper Mode: Under Taper mode there are three operational speeds available:
Low speed: The fan runs at Low Speed in the Normal Mode continuously.
Middle speed: The fan runs for 30 minutes at Medium Speed in the Normal
Mode, then switches to run at Low Speed in the Normal Mode continuously.
High speed: The fan runs for 30 minutes at High Speed in the Normal Mode,
then switches to run at Medium Speed for 30 minutes in the Normal Mode after
which it switches to run at Low Speed in the Normal Mode continuously.

Button Operation Tone
By default, the fan will produce an audible beep whenever a button is pressed on the fan
control panel or remote. If needed, this beep tone can be switched off by holding the TIMER
and MODE buttons down together for 3 seconds on the Control Panel only and NOT on the
remote.
Note: If the power supply is disconnected, the fan will revert to the default mode with audible
beep on.
Note for the Remote Control
•The remote control will work at a distance of up to roughly 5 metres and at an angle of 30
degrees from the control panel
•Avoid placing the fan in direct sunlight as this may affect the operation of the remote control
•Remove the remote-control batteries before disposal of the product
Battery replacement
•Remove the battery cover on the back of the remote control
•Replace with 2 pieces of UM-4 AAA / R03 batteries
•Carefully reseat and close the battery cover
Note on Battery
•To prevent the risk of leakage or explosions, never apply heat, dismantle or attempt to
recharge the batteries. When the unit is not going to be used for a long time period, remove
the remote control batteries to avoid battery leakage.
•If the battery has leaked, throw it away. Thoroughly clean the battery compartment using a
dry cloth.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
The fan requires little maintenance. Do not try to fix it by yourself. Refer it to qualified service
personnel if service is needed.
1. Before cleaning and assembling, fan must be unplugged.
2. To ensure adequate air circulation to the motor, keep vents at the rear of the motor free
of dust. Do not disassemble the fan to remove dust.
3. Wipe the exterior parts with a soft cloth soaked in a mild detergent.
4. Do not use any abrasive detergent or solvents to avoid scratching the surface.
5. Do not use any of the following as a cleaner: gasoline, thinner, bending.
6. Do not allow water or any other liquid into the motor housing or interior parts.
7. When not in use, store the fan (preferably in its original box) in a cool, clean and dry
location.

CLEANING
1. Be sure to unplug from the electrical supply source before cleaning.
2. Plastic parts should be cleaned with a soft cloth moisten with mild soap. Thoroughly
remove soap film with dry cloth.

• This item must not be disposed of with the household waste.
• Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your Local Authority for
recycling advice. The crossed out wheeling bin symbol is to emphasize that when
the item is disposed, it must be separately collected for recycling the materials
they contain in the interest of environment and human health.
