
SETUP
• Prior to each use, visual inspection (See Pg.2 ) shall be made to the device by checking for abnormal
conditions, such as cracked welds, damaged, loose or missing parts.
• Consult the vehicle owner’s manual to determine the location of support points.
• Be sure to set the vehicle in park with the emergency brake on and wheels securely chocked.
• Be sure that the vehicle and the jack stands are on a hard, level surface.
ASSEMBLY
• Insert extension column into base collar.
OPERATION
Supporting a Load
• Properly chock the vehicle wheels.
• Lift the extension column up to desired position, insert support rod through the column adjustment holes. Ensure the
support rod is properly and fully engaged in the column holes and securely rested on the collar.
• Slowly and carefully lower the vehicle onto the saddle. Be sure the load is centered on the saddle.
• Ensure vehicle is secure and stable before working on, around or under.
Lowering Load
• Using a suitable jack, lift vehicle clear of stands.
• Disengage support pin from the extension column holes and carefully lower the column down to the lowest position.
Place support pin into holder.
• Remove stands. Follow procedures of jack operation to lower vehicle.
MAINTENANCE
Inspect each stand before use. Ensure all parts move freely. If rust appears, sand away the rust area and
cover with appropriate utility paint.
