The provided network cable ends allow the WMHS-LCD-HD2M (MASTER)
and the WMHS-LCD-HD2S (SLAVE) frames to be no more
than 1.8m (72in) apart. Before connecting frames with part WM-ACC-LCP,
ensure the switch position from WMHS-LCD-HD2M (MASTER) has been determined.
This will confirm position of WMHS-LCD-HD2S (SLAVE).
If WMHS-LCD-HD2M (MASTER) and the WMHS-LCD-HD2S (SLAVE) frames must be positioned further apart than the
provided network cable ends will reach. Please provide a CAT5 male/male network cable to compensate
for distance between frames.
MUST DO SPECIAL NOTES:
Connecting of WMHS-LCD-HD2M (MASTER)----WMHS-LCD-HD2S (SLAVE)---SYSTEM with --- ERROR MESSAGE
1. Before making any cable connections to or from the control boxes please ensure that the power is disconnected from both
MASTER and SLAVE boxes.
2. Ensure ‘MASTER-SLAVE’ connector cable “CBL” is plugged into communication ports on both boxes.
3. Must plug “ALL” Legs to ALL motor ports on both control boxes.
4. Ensure SWITCH is only plugged into WMHS-LCD-HD2M (MASTER) - control box --(will not work if plugged into WMHS-LCD-HD2S
(SLAVE) unit)
5. The power cords to both control boxes must both be plugged to power supply for unit to function without ERROR (i.e. into a power
bar that has a switch)
Also Please STRAP or SECURE with CLIPS both Plugs from Power cables to Power -Bar
-- will ensure power-supply for both controls will always be ON or OFF at the same time--.
(Both boxes will always have power to them at the same time with no accidental disconnect of any one box, as this will trigger an
ERROR and demand a SYSTEM reset when Power is finally reconnected to both controls.)
ERRORCODE:
FLASHING “” E (93)”” will show when steps 1 to 5 are not followed properly, then followed by Flashing “”00””.
This is calling for a RESET -(DOWN MOVEMENT OF DESK ONLY) will be allowed after Steps 1-5 have been addressed.
“NOTE before addressing the problem disconnect the POWER to Both Control Boxes.”
