AfterUnpackingYour Cooler
Find thebestlocation toinstall yourcoolerneara115 volt,15 amp outlet.
Makesurethereis properairventilation.
ProperAirCirculation
To assureyourcoolerworks atthemaximumefficiencyit was designed
forand does notoverheat, you should install it in alocation wherethereis properair
circulation and electricalconnections.
Thefollowingarerecommended clearances around thecooler:
Top................2"(50mm)
Sides..............2"(50mm)
Back...............4"(100mm)
Leveling YourCooler
Yourcoolerhas four(4) levelinglegs which arelocated in thecorners of
yourcooler. Afterproperlyplacingyourcoolerin its final position,
you can levelyourcooler.
Levelinglegs can beadjusted byturningthemclockwise to loweryour
coolerorbyturningthemcounterclockwiseto raise yourcooler.
InstallLimitations
Donotinstall yourcoolerin anylocation notproperlyinsulated orheated
e.g.garageetc.
Select asuitablelocation forthecooleron ahard even surfaceaway
fromdirect sunlightorheatsourcee.g.radiators,baseboard heaters,cooking
appliances etc.Anyfloorunevenness should becorrected with thelevelinglegs.
This cooleris designed tooperateatapproximately37degrees Fahrenheit,in a
roomthathas an ambienttemperatureof approximately76 degrees Farenheit.The
temperaturemayfluctuateduetoambienttemperate of theroomwhereit is
located.

1.Removethetop hingecoverusingaflathead screwdriver. Gentlylift fromthe
rearof thehingeand slideforward.
2.Loosen thetop hingescrews usingaphillips head screwdriver.
3.Adjustthedoororputaspacerin between and then tighten thescrews.
4.Replacethetop hingecoverbyslidingthehingecoverfromfrontand press
gentlyon therearof thehingecoverto lockin place.
ReversingtheDoorHinge
(Optional: ToChangeDirectionDoor Opens)
1.Removethetop hingecoverusingaflathead screwdriver. Gentlylift fromthe
rearof thehingeand slideforward.(see Fig: 1)
2.UsingaPhillips Head Screwdriver,loosen and removethescrews holdingthe
top hingein place.(see Fig:2)
3.Removethetop hingeand carefullylift off thedoor.
4. Removethescrews holeplugand holepad fromtheopposite sideusingaflat
head screw driverand inserttheplugand pad in thescrew hole openings of the
justremovedscrews.
5.Loosen thescrews holdingthelowerhingebracket and removethehinge.
6.Removethescrews fromthebottomof thefront-left cornerplate.

7.Align theholes in thelowerhingebrackettothecorrespondingholes in
theoppositesideof thecabinetbottom. Insertand tighten thescrews.(see Fig.3)

8.Align thebottomholeon theleftsideof thedoorwith thepin of the
lowerhingeand slideinto place.
9.Align thepin of thetop hingewith top holeon theleft sideof thedoor
and push intoplace.Replacethescrews in theupperhingebracket but
donottighten all theway.
10.Makesurethedoorcloses easilybutforms a tightseal.Adjustthedoor
as needed.Onceyou aresatisfied with thedooralignment, completely
tighten theupperdoorhingescrews.
11.Replacethetop hingecoverbyslidingthehingecoverfromfrontand
press gentlyon therearof thehingecoverto lock.
12.Ifthedoordoes notclose properly,refertothesection titled "Door
Alignment".

Yourcoolerwill automaticallymaintain thetemperaturelevel you select.The
temperaturecontroldialhas 7settings.Thethermostatis divided into 7levels
with atemperaturesettingin between each one.Atfirst, set thedial to HIGHfor
3hours beforeadjustingthetemperatureto yourneeds.

Toadjust,remove or replace a full-widthslide-outshelf: (see fig.#4)
1.Removethetape,gentlytilt theshelfup and slideforward until theshelf has been
completelyremoved.
2.Toreplacetheshelf,gentlyslidetheshelf back.

AutoDefrost
The coolerhas an autodefrostfeaturethatactivates dailyto maintain
continuous performance.Duringtheautodefroststage,theinsidetemperature
will slightlyincrease and resumecoolingagain afterthe30 minute defrost cycle.
WaterCollectionPan
The watercollection pan is located in therearof unit; to collect moisturebuild
up fromcondensation insideof thecooler. Theamountof wateris usually
minimaland will generallyevaporatenaturally. Should wateraccumulate, you may
simplyremovethepan and pourthewaterout.
