1. AVVERTENZE E RACCOMANDAZIONI GENERALI
Montaggio e installazione della slitta R01 devono essere eseguiti da un rivenditore autorizzato ATK RACE® dotato
della maschera di foratura originale dedicata alla installazione di questo accessorio ( COD. R01 ). Si sconsiglia
fortemente il montaggio fai-da-te: nel caso in cui si desideri installare la slitta sul proprio sci senza rivolgersi ad un
AUTHORIZED DEALER di ATK RACE, si consiglia di scaricare e stampare la dima cartacea dalla pagina web
dell’accessorio interessato al montaggio, e di seguire tutte le istruzioni ad essa associate.
Nel caso di un settaggio fai-da-te della posizione della talloniera sulla slitta di regolazione, è molto importante
attenersi alle istruzioni di seguito riportate.
L’ applicazione di una eccessiva coppia di serraggio alle viti può provocare un bloccaggio delle stesse, e una futura
difficoltà nell’ estrarle dalla loro sede.
Per tutte le operazioni di settaggio si raccomanda di utilizzare il cacciavite originale ATK RACE® (COD. SD01), munito
di inserto originale TX 20 ( TORX 20 ), e di verificare con chiave dinamometrica la effettiva e corretta coppia di
serraggio delle viti.
Prima di procedere al settaggio della talloniera sulla slitta, verificare che non siano presenti detriti, sporco o ghiaccio
all’ interno dell’ impronta delle viti: in tal caso pulire l’ impronta prima di qualsiasi operazione, onde evitare di
danneggiare le viti.
2. COME REGOLARE LA POSIZIONE DELLA TALLONIERA SULLA SLITTA DI REGOLAZIONE
Allentare leggermente ( ca. 1 giro ) le 4 viti di staffaggio della talloniera sulla slitta di regolazione.
Portare la talloniera a fine corsa verso la coda dello sci.
Agganciare lo scarpone al puntale dell’ attacco.
Abbassare il tacco scarpone ed inserire le spine di aggancio della talloniera nell’ inserto posteriore dello scarpone
( traslando in avanti la talloniera ) e frapporre lo spessimetro tra la talloniera e il tacco dello scarpone come illustrato
di seguito, annullando ogni luce presente tra scarpone e talloniera.
Mantenendo la talloniera nella posizione ricercata senza forzare, serrare delicatamente le due viti posteriori di
staffaggio; estrarre poi lo spessimetro e sganciare lo scarpone dal puntale.
Serrare ora le 4 viti di staffaggio della talloniera alla coppia di 5 N/m.
Agganciare integralmente lo scarpone all’ attacco, e verificare che la distanza tra inserto posteriore dello scarpone e
la talloniera sia esattamente della sezione dello spessimetro.

1. GENERAL WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Installation and setting of the R01 adjustment plate, must be performed by an ATK RACE® AUTHORIZED DEALER®,
equipped with the ORIGINAL DRILLING JIG developed for the installation of this accessory ( COD. R01). Self-made
installation is not recommended: in that case, download and print the drilling template of the accessory directly at
the accessory webpage and follow all the attached instructions and recommendations.
In the case of self-made setting of the heel part on the adjustment plate, it is very important to follow the
instructions listed below.
An excessive tightening torque of the screws, may cause a locking of the same, and future difficulties in removing
them from their seats.
For all the setting operations we recommend to use the original ATK RACE® screwdriver (COD. SD01), equipped with
the original insert TX 20 (TORX 20), and to check with dynamometric wrench the proper and effective tightening
torque of the screws.
Before setting the heel part on the adjustment plate, verify the absence of debris, dirt or ice inside the footprint of
the screws: if present, clean the footprint before any further operation, in order to avoid any damage to the screws.
2. HOW TO SET THE HEEL PART POSITIONING ON THE ADJUSTMENT PLATE
Slightly loosen ( ca. 1 turn ) the 4 clamping screws of the heel part on the adjustment plate.
Translate the heel part to the bottom of the adjustment range toward the ski-tail.
Hang the boot to the toe part of the binding.
Lower the heel of the boot and insert the coupling pins of the heel part into the back insert of the boot (by shifting
forward the heel part) and interpose the 4 mm plastic spacer between the heel part and the heel of the boot as
shown below, deleting each light between the boot and the heel part.
Keeping the heel part in the reached position without forcing, tighten gently the two rear clamping screws; then
remove the spacer and release the boot from the toe part.
Tighten now the 4 clamping screws of the heel to the torque of 5 N / m.
Reinstall the boot, even hooking the heel part, and verify that the distance between the lower rear insert of the boot
and the heel part is just the section of the thickness gauge.
