Brief Introduction of product
Our fully automatic electric pressure cooker is a kind of newly designed utensil , which
adopts the most advanced patent technology and combines the advantages of common
pressure cooker , electric cooker and stewing cooker, also makes up the disadvantages of the
common one. . Multi-functional Electric Pressure Cooker is the most ideal utensil of the
modern family , as it is novel-shaped, advancedly-structured , safe , full functional , easy to
operate , and can save time and electricity .
Compared with the other cookers, it has the following advantages :
1.The cooking speed is much quicker when it is compared with the electric cooker. It saves
about 20%of time and more than 25% of electricity when making the meal ; It saves about
40% of time and more than 50% of electricity when making the porridge and soup.
2.Compared with the common electric pressure cooker , it is safer and also has the 7 kinds of
Safety protection devices to avoid the danger of explosion and burning of food.
3.Compared with stewing cooker , it saves more time and it is the full functional cooking
expert , for it can adjust automatically according to personal preference.
4.Compared with micro-wave oven , it can keep the full food nutrition and will not evaporate
the moisture and no potential radiation .
Safety Installation
It has 7 kinds of safety devices
1.-Safety device for opening and closing-It will make sure it can’t be pressed when the lid
and body can’t match well and it can’t be opened when there is pressure inside it.
2.-Pressure control safety device-In the course of using, when the pressure is higher than
that you’ve set, the power will cut off automatically to make sure the pressure is stable and
Can be used in safety state.
3.-Pressure-limiting safety device-When the temperature and pressure controller don’t
work any more and exceed the biggest pressure, the pressure-limiting valve will exhaust
automatically.
4.-Anti-blockage It can prevent the food from clogging and make sure the air will be
Drained smoothly.
5.-Pressure relieving safety device-There is elastic structural support at the bottom of the
hot plate. When the above devices are out of work, and the pressure in the inner pot comes
up to the utmost, the inner pot will move automatically up and down to keep it away from the
gallbladder, then the air will be drained and pressure will be relieved around the lid to make
sure that there is no explosion of the cooker.
6.-Temperature-limiting safety device-When there is nothing in the inner pan in the course
of using and the temperature is higher than the setting temperature, the power will cut off
Automatically and also it can restore automatically.
7.-Over temperature safety device-When the inside temperature is too high, the power
will cut off automatically, but it can’t restore.

*Cleaning of exhaust valve: Lift up the exhaust valve ,
and clean it with water. Then place it back to the exhaust
valve holder. (see picture 21)

4.Every time after using, please dump away the water
stored in the water collecting box, and then clean it with
water , install back the box after wiping away the water
spot.
5.Don't immerge the whole body into the water for cleaning
6.Please don't use the metal wire or thick materials to wash
the inner pan in order to avoid the abrasion of nonstick coat
of the inner pan.
Points for attention in the course of using
1.When moving , don't touch the handle directly in order to avoid the drop-out of the lid. And
please lift up the two ears of the cooker
2. Please use our products in strict accordance with the stipulations stated in our manual . And
don't put the cooker near the flammable materials or in the wet place.
3. Please use it carefully and don't damage the gallbladder which can't be replaced by other
rubber ring , and also can not use the drag washer to increase the sealing performance .
4.It can only be used after making sure that the lid and body fold in a good position . Our
company will not take any responsibilities for any serious consequences resulting from this .
5.Please clean the anti-blockage cover regularly , and keep the exhaust valve and float valve
unimpeded.
6.Please don't open the lid by force before the float valve is down
7.Please don't put any weight on the exhaust valve which can't be substituted with any other
materials .
8.Don't use the wipe cloth to clog the margin between the lid and inner cover.
9.Please try to use wooden or plastic spoon in order to avoid abrasion in the inner pot . The inner
pot can't be put on the other kitchen range for heating and also it can't be replaced by other
vessels .
10.When the exhaust valve works , please keep your hand and face away from it And don't touch
the lid to prevent from scalding .
11.The cooker is not suitable for children and disables to use , and keep children away from it in
the course of using .
12.In case of any abnormal condition , please switch off the power immediately , and contact
with our exclusive maintenance point to solve the problem . Don't disassembly the cooker by
yourself, and can't use the other electronic components for replacement . We don't take any
responsibilities for the serious consequences resulting from this .
13.If the wire is out of service , please replace it with the special one or contact with the
exclusive maintenance point of our company .
14.The vapor pipe of the pressure controller must be checked regularly to make sure that it will
not blocked.

Cleaning of Gallbladder: Take hold of the support cover tightly and pull upside. After
finishing cleaning it, press the support cover to the supporting axle in the middle. And
check if the space between the gallbladder and the inside margin of the lid is even or not,
then it can be used next time. Please note that it can’t be put inversely. ( see picture 16.17)

3.The following parts should be included when cleaning: Gallbladder, Pressure-limiting
valve, anti-blockage cover, releasing pipe and float valve.

Operation Guide
1.Fasten upon the handle tightly and turn it clockwise ,then lift up the handle.( see picture 3.4)
2.Put the food inside , and the total amount of the food can't be up to 4/5 of the height of the
inner pan .The total amount of the food which is easy to swell (such as beans ) can't exceed 1/5
of the height of the inner pan . Don't use the inner pan to rinse the rice in order to avoid
abrasiveness of the inner pan.( see picture 5.6.7)
3.When Cooking , the quantity of the meal which the cooker (5L,6L) can accommodate is
10cups and 12cups respectively . and the proportion rate between the water and meal is 1:1
.When making the porridge , the proportion rate between the water and meal is 8:1 . And of
course you can adjust the proportion rate of the water and meal according to your
preference and cooking experiences.
4.Before putting the inner pan into the inner cover, please clean the bottom plate and the
heating plate .and make sure there is nothing on the surface. Make a few of rotations of
inner pan to make sure that it can match the heating plate very well.( see picture 8.9)

Users can adjust the time of pressure-keeping according to the food and personal cooking experiences.
please select the menu according to the food you want to cook.
a.Choosing the menu on the control panel, if you want to cook rice, pls press“rice”button. Then
the machine will strat to work.
7.Switch on the power,it will show“0000”
8.Set the parameter and start heating.
set the preset time, ( if you don’t want to preset the time in advance,
so this step is needless ),
press“timer ”button , and this button will be on light ,means add 0.5 hour each time. You can
repeat this setting by pressing this button. Longest time you can preset is 24 hours
(after presetting the time, then it begins heating).
b.If you want to choose “optional pressure time” ,please refer to the cooking
guide( see picture 12 ). Press“optional pressure time”button, then press this button again,
it will add the pressure-keeping time by 1 minute. Repeating press this button. (Prcssurc-
keeping time refers to the time it keeps when the food inside comes up to the working
pressure during heating)
If the function of timer is preset, and the timing light is on, so the LCD display decreases
the time by minute , and when it comes to“0”, the light is off ,and it begins to heat.
Please refer to“COOKINGGUIDE”for details. ( see Picture 12) The display shows“0000”
when it finishes the process of pressure keeping, and it rings 3 times. it will enter into
warm-keeping state when finish cooking.
You can cancel the functions you set by pressing the“Cancel warmth” button in the course of
cooking or function setting.
When the ptrssure comes up to the working pressure during heating, and entets into the pressure-
keeping procedures,
a. the LCD shows “P:00” ( “00”is the time which is set for keeping pressurc ), and time fo r
pressure-keeping reduces by minute.
b. If you choose “optional pressure time”button, the display will show“P:00” (“00”is the
time which is set for keeping pressure, if you set the time as 15 minutes, so the display
shows “P:15” ), and time for pressure-keeping reduces by minute.
You can cencel the function of keeping warm by pressing “Cancel warmth”, without the
state of working or function sett ng.
9.Open the lid and take out of the food.When the warm-keeping light is on, then you can take
out of the food. The ways as following:pressing“ Cancel warmth”and come out of warmin
state. Then please move the pressure limitation valve to the position of exhausting, until the
float valve is down

5. Close the lid. Before closing, please check the gallbladder has been already put inside of the
lid and also rotate slightly the gallbladder support cover with hand to make sure it is evenly put
on the lid. Then take hold of the handle and turn the lid anti-clockwise to close the lid until you
hear “click”
6. Put the exhaust valve on the full sealed position, and check if the float valve has been down or
not. (see picture 10.11)
Clean and Maintenance
2.Then take out the inner pan and lid , and firstly use the household detergent for cleaning, and
then use clean water , at last use the dry cloth to wipe out the water .

*When cooking the spoon meat (porridge , viscous pill), it should be cooled down naturally
until the float valve is down , then can release the air . Also the wet towel can be put on the
lid to accelerate the cooling .
*Users can adjust the time suitably in accordance with food ,personal preference and
cooking experience.
*When finish cooking the soup and porridge , the float valve is down and then it is ready to
be opened . The soup and porridge will be more delicious if you keep them heating up and
boiling for 3-5 minutes with the lid open .
