Method of use
Operating steps
Turn on: open the charging bin, and the headset automatically turns on.
Pair: open device "Bluetooth" and open charging bin, and then click Aura ANCbuds to
connect.
It spends about 3 to 5 seconds from turning on the headset to pair at the first use.
It only needs to open the charging bin and then the headset will automatically connect with
the device (please ensure the device Bluetooth has been turned on) for next time of use.
Charging mode
Connect the attached charging cable to the charging bin and the USB port of the charging
device for charging.
After-sale service
The after-sales service of the headset is provided in strict accordance with local laws and
regulations. In Europe, it implements a two-year free warranty policy, while in other
countries, it implements a one-year free warranty policy. Man made damages (such as
man-made drop damage, scratch, water inlet, etc.) are not included in the scope of free
warranty and replacement. The specific warranty and non-warranty conditions are as
follows:
The consumershall provide valid evidence such as purchase invoices or purchase records
on e-commerce platforms to prove that the product is within the warranty period.

Non-warranty regulations
A. Beyond the warranty period;
B. Any failure to use, maintain or repair the product in accordance with the requirements of
the user manual, resulting in damage and dirty appearance;
C. Any damage caused by the disassembly by non-Vifa authorized repairers;
D Any water inlet, scratches, accidental drop or other accidents not caused by Vifa.
Q&A
1. Headset Bluetooth cannot be searched after device connection
1) Put the headset into the charging bin and close the cover for 5 seconds, open the
upper cover, long press the function key of the charging bin for 3 seconds,and the
white light flashes quickly.
2) Refresh or restart Bluetooth device
2. Headset is disconnected or silent
1) Put the headset back into the charging bin and the close the cover, and open the
upper cover after 5 seconds to try to connect.
2) Operate according to the solution to class 1 problems.
3. iPhone
The maximum volume of iPhone users' headset is low (please reduce the
volume of the mobile phone before operation)
1) iPhone
Set - sound and touch -headset safety - reduce the high volume, turn off "Reduce
maximum volume", and then increase the iPhone volume.
4. The headset cannot be charged
1) Check whether the charging bin is powered.
2) Check whether there is any foreign matters in the headset placement area of the
charging bin.
3) The rated input of the charging bin is 5V-300mA. Please do not use any
high-power adapter to charge the charging bin.
Warm tips: the volume shall not be too high in daily use, otherwise it is easy to damage your hearing. Please develop a
good listening habit. Take off your headset every hour to let your ears relax and rest.

This table is prepared according to SJ/T 11364.
It means that the content of the toxic and hazardous substance in all the homogeneous
materials of the component is below the limit requirements specified in GB/T 26572.
: It means that the content of the hazardous substance in a homogeneous material of the
component exceeds the limit requirements specified in GB/T 26572.
Note: the product adopts the environmental protection design concept to effectively control
the hazardous substances. "X" indicates that the hazardous substances can not be
replaced due to the limitation of technical development level.
Environmental friendly service life
Identification refers to the period (ten years) during which the harmful substances in
electronic and electrical products will not leak or mutate under normal use conditions, and
the user's use of the electronic and electrical products will not cause serious pollution to the
environment or serious damage to people and property.
Notes
1. Please do not put the product in any place with high temperature, humidity, strong acid,
etc., so as to avoid failure.
2. If the product is not used for a long time, please pay attention to charging the charging
bin in time to avoid any affect on the battery service life.
3. Improper battery replacement may lead to an explosion risk. It can only be replaced by
the same type of battery.
