Before using the Stage Hero5 wireless earbuds, please charge both the case and earbuds.
We provide three pairs of rubber eartips (including the set installed on the earbuds), please
choose the best fit for you.
And earbuds burn-in will eliminate the inconsistency of sound on left and right, enhances
bass and treble. All you have to do is continuously play music through the earbuds and it's
recommended to play for at least 30 minutes.
There may be dust and wax on the earbuds after months of use, and causes 40% of the
issue of inconsistent sound, please clean the mesh cover and the eartips often to keep good
sound quality. Please let them air dry after cleaning.
Mono/Share mode: Either wireless earbud can receive sync transmission, share it with your
family or friends.

on the earbuds.

and turn on Bluetooth.
Connect Stage Hero5
Select “Stage Hero5”
and confirm.
Check your earbuds battery percentage
on your devices.
You will hear a voice prompt every 4 mins
when the earbuds battery is below 16%.

When the charging case is at low power or out of power, the earbuds will not
automatically power on/off, please power them on/off manually.
Earbuds will automatically power off after 10 minutes if your devices are not

HOW TO RESET THE EARBUDS
CHARGING
lf you can't get the two earbuds sync, please reset the earbuds to solve the issue.
Take the earbuds out of the charging case,
long press both earbuds for 4 seconds to
power off,release your fingers.
Turn on Bluetooth and reconnect it to your device.
Charging the Earbuds
Then continue to long press both
earbuds and hold for 8 seconds until
you hear the voice prompt 'TWS Cleared'.
Note: Please do not release your finger when you
hear the power-on voice prompt, continue to press
until 8 seconds.When you hear 'TWS Cleared',
which means reset successfully.

Q: ls there latency when watching video
from laptop or mobile phone?
Q: Why my earbuds don't power on/off
automatically?
A: (1) It depends not only on the earbuds, but
also the laptop, mobile phone, and the apps.
(2) With the latest Bluetooth 5.0 and high
sensitivity antenna, the latency is hardly
noticed on IOS devices, such as iPhone and iPad.
(3) For Android and Windows devices, the latency
may be noticed when using some apps,
but can hardly be noticed while watching
videos on YouTube.You can turn on game mode to
minimize the latency.
A: The earbuds would not power off automatically
when the case is at low power or out of power.
Please recharge the case. And you can long press
for four seconds to power on or power off the earbuds.

connect to the same device.
Q: Will Stage Hero5 earbuds turn off automatically?
A: Yes, earbuds will turn off automatically after 10
minutes if not connected to any device.

Q: Why does signal interruption occur in some
places, such as along railway, in airport?
Q: My earbuds don't charge, what can l do?
A: There're usually lots of cables underlying in the
places mentioned above, so are more likely to produce
electromagnetic interference and results in the signal
interruption. And if you are using a Bluetooth mouse
while connecting the earbuds to your PC, it may have
signal interference.
lf the earbuds cuts in and out frequently during
routine use, you may have a defective item.

COMO RESETAR OS FONES
CARREGANDO
Se você não conseguir sincronizar os dois fones, reset os fones para
resolver o problema.
Retire os fones do estojo, pressione
ambos os fones por 4 segundos para
desligar e solte os botões.
Ligue o Bluetooth e reconecte os fones no seu dispositivo.
Carregando os fones
Então, pressione novamente os fones
por 8 segundos até ouvir o comando
de voz 'TWS Cleared'.
Note: Não retire os dedos dos fones quando ouvir
o comando de voz “power-on”, continue
pressionando por até 8 segundos, então você
ouvirá o comando de voz 'TWS Cleared',

Q: Existe latência assistindo vídeos em um
notebook ou celular?
Q: Porque meus fones de ouvido não ligam/
desligam automaticamente?
A: (1) Isso depende não só dos fones, mas também
do notebook, celular e aplicativos.
(2) Com a última versão Bluetooth 5.0 e uma
antena de maior sensibilidade, a latência é
dificilmente percebida em iPhones e iPads.
(3) Em dispositivos Android e Windows, a latência
pode ser percebida no uso de alguns aplicativos,

assisti à vídeos no YouTube. Você pode ligar o Modo
Jogo para minimizar a latência.
