HOW TO CHANGE AN AUSSIE TRAVELLER DOOR HANDLE
Step 1 Open the door
Step 2 Separate the outer door, note the current position of inner handle

Step 3 Remove the two screws from the inner handle
Step 4 Remove outer handle ONLY

Step 5 Replace the outer handle, making sure the inner handle is returned to original position
Step 6 Replace the two screws through the inner handle. Note the position of the inner handle.

IF HANDLE SPRING/S ARE BROKEN - Remove outer handle as per above instructions. Then:
Step 1 Remove the top of plate retaining pins (drill, grind or chisel out)
Step 2 Remove the top plate. Note the intact springs in the photo

Step 3 Remove the springs
Step 4 Replace the outer handle and use as per normal until a replacement handle is obtained.

HOW TO REMOVE INNER HANDLE IF REPLACING
Step 1 Press the silver actuator below the centre tongue to engage tongue. Tongue will be out.
Step 2 Engage the top & bottom lock tongues using door handle, tongues will be out.

Step 3 Turn the lock barrel internal snib (or key) to lock the door
Step 4 Remove the barrel retaining screw

Step 6 Remove the two handle screws. Take note of the position of the inner handle
