Configurethedetector
Thedetectorisreadytouseassoonasitisinstalled.Thedefaultliveviewwillshowtheradar
coverageandanydetectedmovement,andyoucanadddetectionzonesandactionrulesrightaway.
Tomakeiteasiertoseewhereobjectsaremoving,youcanuploadareferencemap,foreamplea
groundplanoranaerialphoto,thatshowstheareacoveredbytheradardetector.
Imagerequirements:
•Supportedleformatsarejpegandpng.
•Useanimagewiththesameproportions(16:9)orresolution(19201080)asthelive
view.Iftheimageissmalleritwillbescaledtotthewindow.Iftheproportionsare
wrong,theimagewillnotlltheentirevideostream.
•Croptheimagetotthecoverageoftheradarascloselyaspossiblebeforeuploadingit.
•Theorientationisnotimportant,sincetheradarcoverageshapewillbemovedtoadapt
totheimageduringcalibration.
Afteruploadingthereferencemapyouneedtocalibratetheradarsothattheactualradarcoverage
tstheposition,directionandscaleofthereferencemap.
Therearetwomethodsforcalibratingthereferencemap:

•Calibrationusingpins:Thecalibrationisperformedinthewebinterfacebydropping
pinsinknowlocationsinthereferencemapandsettingthedistancebetweenthepins.
Whencalibratingusingpins,youneedtoselectthemountingpositionoftheradar
moduleinsidethedetector.
•Calibrationusingtracks:Thecalibrationmethodrequiresapersontomoveinfrontof
theradar.
Youcandothisyourselfwhileaccessingthewebinterfacefromamobiledevice,orhave
someoneelsemoveandfollowyourinstructions.
Whenmovingaroundinthedifferentsteps,movetoplacesthatareeasytondin
thereferencemap.
Howtocongurethedetector
1.Touploadareferencemap,gotoSettings>Radar>Referencemap.SelectBrowseto
ndanimagele,andselectUploadtoplacetheimageintheliveview.
2.Tocalibratethereferencemap,gotoSettings>Radar>Referencemapcalibration.
SelectStartcalibrationandfollowtheinstructions.
Howtoinstallmultipledetectors
