GENERAL INFORMATION
• The TCW2043SDD consists of 2 separate units : a refrigerator and a freezer.
• Before using the TCW2043SDD, read these operating instructions carefully, including all the
information on operating safety, use and maintenance.
• Keep these operating instructions ready at hand and leave them with the unit, so that all users can
find out about the functions and safety regulations.
• Ensure that there is sufficient room around the unit for air circulation. Please refer to the
installation information regarding this point.
• The refrigerator as well as the freezer compartment has a bank of waterpacks filled with water and
distributed inside the cabinet. During operation the waterpacks freeze and act as cold storage for
protection of the vaccines as well as the icepacks stored in the TCW2043SDD during periods without
energy supply (night time).
SAFETY
• The unit must only be used by adults. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
• All installation work and adjustments to the unit must only be carried out by qualified personal.
Work performed by persons with insufficient technical knowledge may adversely affect the
performance of the unit or cause physical injury or damage to the equipment.
• All servicing and repairs must only be carried out by a qualified customer service engineer. Only
genuine spare parts must be used.
• Ensure that the connecting cable is not squeezed or bent when the unit is being installed or moved.
• Before cleaning or carrying out maintenance work, always switch the unit off and disconnect from
power supply.
WARNING : The unit's cooling system contains flammable refrigerant. Due to this fact, the
following information is particularly important.
• Do not damage the cooling system! Both the unit and the products stored inside can be severely
damaged if this cooling system starts to leak. Make sure, therefore, that no sharp or pointed objects
come into contact with the cooling system.
• No electrical equipment may be operated inside the appliance.
• The refrigerant in the appliance is an environment-friendly. Before disposing of the appliance, the
refrigeration circuit should be opened outside so that the refrigerant can escape.
Attention: The refrigerant is flammable!
TRANSPORT
• Check whether the unit has been delivered undamaged. f you find that damage has occurred in
transit, immediately contact the delivery service or relevant sales outlet, submitting the delivery
note or proof of purchase. Do not operate a unit that has been damaged in transit! f you are unsure,
contact your sales outlet and ask them.
• The unit must be transported in an upright position only (maximum inclination 45°).
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
• Make your contribution to saving the environment. Bear in mind that orderly and proper disposal is
required. Packaging materials and devices are always recyclable and should be taken for recycling.
• Before scrapping an old unit, remove the lids so that children cannot lock themselves inside while
playing.
• When disposing of the unit, make sure that it does not get too hot, as combustible gas would cause
the insulating foam to froth up.

INSTALLATION
• The TCW2043SDD must be set up in a dry well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight or locating it
close to a heat source. The place must be protected against bearing rain and dust.
• Ensure that the unit is steady and perfectly straight and does not touch any of the units next to it.
• A good air circulation especially around the
compressor is essential for trouble-free
operation. Keep the ventilation openings of the
compressor cover always free from any
obstructions. Make sure that a minimum
distance is provided between the TCW2043SDD
and any wall or other device located next to it.
• Two spacers are included with the
TCW2043SDD. These must be attached to the
rear of the unit as shown in the figure, before
positioning the unit against the wall.
• Do not locate the unit below a ceiling fan or
right next to air-conditioning equipment.
• To ensure proper function, the device must be
standing horizontally. Use a water level to
check and to correct if necessary.
• The TCW2043SDD is equipped with bearing
rolls. Once it is in its final position, the feet
must be unscrewed to immobilise it and stop it
rolling away. Screw the feet with the provided
key until the rolls do not touch the floor
anymore.
• Make sure that during operation the drainage
plugs are closed properly.
CLEANING / DISINFECTING
• Clean or disinfect the unit inside and outside before using it. Use only gentle cleaning agents. Never
use aggressive or caustic cleaning agents, scouring powder, steel wool, abrasive sponges or
chemical solvents. When cleaning, make sure that no fluids of any kind run into the ventilation
housing.
• For disinfecting, we recommend all the surface disinfecting agents commonly used by the customer,
provided they are recommended by the German Association for Hygiene and Microbiology (DGHM) or
other national organisations. For disinfecting small areas, we recommend using a concentrated
alcoholic agent.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
• The TCW2043SDD is intended to be connected to a double B medical systems Solar generator
system.
• Each unit (refrigerator and freezer) is designed to work with a minimum solar radiation reference
period of 3.5 kWh/m2/day according to WHO-specification.
• Each generator must provide a voltage range of 12V to 20V DC with a minimum power of 320W at
STC.
• Before connecting the TCW2043SDD and switching it on for the first time, allow it to stand for 30
minutes.
CONNECT NG TO THE B MED CAL SYSTEMS SOLAR GENERATOR SYSTEM
• For installation of the solar power generator refer to the nstallation instructions.
• Connect the TCW2043SDD to the generators with the provided plug system.

OPERATION
TEMPERATURE-D SPLAY
• The TCW2043SDD and its control panel is composed of 2 separate units : the refrigerator part on the
left side, and the freezer part on the right side of the control panel.
• n normal use, the display shows the inside temperature of the appliance. This temperature is
displayed in °C with one decimal place.
• During times without solar energy supply or in case of power failure the display is switched off. The
inside temperature can be checked by pressing the “TMP” button.
TEMPERATURE-SETPO NTS
• The temperature setpoints of the refrigerator- and the freezer unit are preset at the factory at
following values: +5°C for the refrigerator, -25°C for the freezer.
• These temperature setpoints cannot be changed by the user.
• Press the SET-key to view the actual temperature setpoint.
STORAGE OF VACC NES N THE REFR GERATOR
IMPORTANT :
When using the TCW2043SDD refrigerator, it is of utmost importance that the icelining
waterpacks are in place. Make sure that all waterpacks are in place before starting the
TCW2043SDD in refrigerator mode. Never remove the waterpacks from the unit.
Special care should be taken to preserve the vaccines that get damaged by freezing. Never store
them touching the side surfaces in the cabinet of a TCW2043SDD. It is advisable to preserve the
vaccines in the provided baskets.
For storing vaccines :
• Keep the packets containing the vaccines in
neat rows.
• Different vaccines should be kept separately to
facilitate easy identification.
• Keep about 2 cm space between rows for
circulation of air.
• Do not load vaccines higher than the indicated
maximum level.

FREEZER COMPARTMENT
IMPORTANT :
The freezing capacity of the freezer compartment is highly dependent on the intensity and
duration of solar radiation, the ambient temperature and the usage of the refrigerator
compartment. For optimum performance it is of utmost importance to follow the steps described
below.
• Switch on the freezer unit uand allow it to run for one week until the icelining waterpacks are
completely frozen v.
• After one week you can insert 4 icepacks into the freezing area of the compartment w. Use the
provided separation part to press the icepacks against the sidewalls of the freezer compartment.
These 4 icepacks will freeze within 24 hours x.
• After these 24 hours take the frozen icepacks and put them into the storage area of the freezer
compartment y. nsert 4 new unfrozen icepacks into the freezing area w.
US NG THE TCW2043SDD
• nstall the TCW2043SDD as detailed under “ nstallation”.
• Shift the ON/OFF-switch to position “ ”. The temperature display lights up to show that the unit is
ready for operation.
• After switching on, the compressor only starts after a delay of 3 minutes. This also applies, if the
equipment is switched off and on again.
• Close the lid and allow the unit to run. The
temperature inside the cabinet is indicated on
the display. Observe the temperature from time
to time.
• nitially the temperature inside the
TCW2043SDD will be observed to be similar to
or slightly below the room temperature. t will
decrease slowly and remain steady after
several days.
• n order to assure a complete freezing of the
icelining waterpacks it is advisable to start
loading the TCW2043SDD with the vaccines
after 1 week of operation.
• When the temperature inside is observed to be steady for several hours within the required range,
only then the vaccines to be preserved should be transferred to the TCW2043SDD.
• The vaccines are advised to be kept in the baskets provided.
• After storing the vaccines keep the lid properly closed and locked.
• When fresh vaccines are stored in the TCW2043SDD, the cabinet temperature may go up initially but
should fall and come to the required range after few hours.
• The cabinet temperature may vary depending upon various factors, such as,
• the ambient temperature
• the intensity and duration of solar radiation
• amount of vaccine preserved in the TCW2043SDD
• frequency of lid opening
• circulation of air around the TCW2043SDD

CONDENSATION WATER
• The moisture in the air, which enters the cabinet
due to lid opening is attracted by the cold
surfaces inside. The moisture will condensate on
these cold surfaces. The condensation water is
collected at the bottom of the inner cabinet and
must be evacuated on a regular basis (at least
once a week) using the drainage plugs on the
front side of the cabinet.
• Open the drainage plug at the bottom front side
of the cabinet for the refrigerator or at the right
corner for the freezer compartment. Keep a
suitable container under the drain hose to collect
the water.
• Close the drainage plug after all water is
evacuated.
LOGGER CONNECTION
• 2 cables for logger connection are available at the
back of the unit.
• The cable with 3 pin M8 connector must be used
to power the optional/integrated logger.
• The 4 pin M8 connector comes from the inside
temperature sensor and must be connected to
the optional/integrated logger on connection
marked by a blue square.
• Please refer to the logger user manual for further
information.
CLEANING
IMPORTANT :
Before cleaning the TCW2043SDD, the vaccines preserved in it will have to be removed and stored
temporarily in other working refrigerator. If a second refrigerator is not available, the vaccines
will have to be preserved in Cold-Box or Vaccine carrier.
• Switch off the desired unit. The second unit may continue working.
Refrigerator unit :
• Prepare the temporary storage and transfer the vaccines and preserve them properly with care.
• Gently remove the cabinet frame and the complete inner liner by holding it on its two opposite sides
and lifting it uniformly.
• Clean all parts inside and outside the cabinet, the lid and the lid gaskets with warm water and mild
detergent. Allow the cleaned parts to dry completely.
• Examine the waterpacks for any leakage. A defective waterpack will have to be replaced.
• After the evaporator surface is free of condensation water, put back carefully the inner liner into its
position.
• Replace the cabinet frame.

Freezer unit :
• Take the frozen ice packs out. Keep them wrapped together with a thick blanket or similar insulating
material. This will keep the coldness of the icepacks during cleaning of the unit.
• Clean all parts inside and outside the cabinet, the lid and the lid gaskets with warm water and mild
detergent. Allow the cleaned parts to dry completely.
• Examine the waterpacks for any leakage. A defective waterpack will have to be replaced.
• Close the lid and switch on the unit.
• Allow it to run and observe the cabinet temperature on the thermometer.
• Put back the vaccines into the refrigerator, only when it has attained safe recom mended
temperature range for storage of the vaccines.
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
DA LY
• Evacuate the condensation water as described before.
• Take temperature readings and note down the temperature and the time of reading. Keep the
temperature records systematically. t is suggested that minimum 2 readings should be taken (in the
morning and afternoon) preferably at the same hours of each day.
WEEKLY
• f it is observed that quantity of condensation water is increased :
• Examine the gaskets on the lid, if they sit properly. Any gap between the cabinet and gaskets will
allow outside air to go in and form condensation. n such cases the hinges should be adjusted
or the gaskets should be changed.
• Restrict and reduce frequency of opening the TCW2043SDD. Open only when absolutely
necessary.
MONTHLY
• Clean the unit from any dust :
• Switch off the TCW2043SDD and disconnect it from power supply.
• Clean the condenser on the back side of the unit with a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner.
• Clean the lid seal.

TRO BLE SHOOTING
IMPORTANT :
If a TCW2043SDD is found to be not working at all or not working properly see that the vaccine
temperature is within the recommended limits. Do not open the lid unless very essential.
For any abnormal sound, smoke, smell etc. in the TCW2043SDD disconnect the unit from power
supply and notify refrigerator technician.
The electronic displays an error message :
F1/ F2 : Probe failure. The unit will continue to work in “ON/OFF-mode” to keep the temperature in the
desired range - notify Refrigerator Technician.
E1 : Voltage protection cut-out. The voltage is outside the cut-out setting - check power supply.
E3 : Compressor start error. The compressor cannot start. Keep the unit switched on. This problem
might occur if the solar generator doesn’t deliver enough power (cloudy day, shadow on solar
panels, bad positioning of solar panels etc.). Check the actuals situation of the panels, and if the
problem persists after necessary corrections, notify Refrigerator Technician.
E4 : Minimum compressor speed error. Keep the unit switched on. This problem might occur if the
solar generator doesn’t deliver enough power (cloudy day, shadow on solar panels, bad
positioning of solar panels etc.). Check the actuals situation of the panels, and if the problem
persists after necessary corrections, notify Refrigerator Technician.
E5 : Thermal cut-out of electronic unit. The ambient temperature is too high, the electronic unit will
run too hot. Switch the unit off. f after one hour the problem still persists, notify Refrigerator
Technician.
HIGH : The measured temperature is high than +40°C.
LOW : The measured temperature is lower than -40°C.

INFORMACIÓN GENERAL
• El TCW2043SDD está compuesto de 2 unidades separadas: un refrigerador y un congelador.
• Antes de utilizar el TCW2043SDD, lea las instrucciones de operación atentamente, incluyendo toda
la información sobre de seguridad durante la operación, la utilización y el mantenimiento.
• Tenga estas instrucciones de operación al alcance de la mano y guárdelas con la unidad, de manera
que todos los usuarios conozcan las funciones y las regulaciones de seguridad.
• Asegure que hay suficiente espacio alrededor de la unidad para la circulación de aire. Véase la
información de instalación al respecto.
• El refrigerador, así como el compartimiento congelador tiene un revestimiento de paquetes de agua
llenos con agua y distribuidos en todos los lados y el fondo del gabinete. Durante la operación, los
paquetes de agua se congelan y funcionan como un “Banco de Frío” para protección de las vacunas
almacenadas el el TCW2043SDD, durante periodos sin suministro de energía eléctrica (durante la
noche).
SEG RIDAD
• Todos los trabajos de instalación y de configuración para la unidad solamente pueden ser
realizados por personal cualificado. Trabajos realizados por personas con insuficientes
conocimientos técnicos pueden afectar el rendimiento de la unidad o causar lesiones físicas o
daños al equipo.
• La unidad solamente puede ser utilizada por adultos. No deje que niños jueguen con las unidades o
toquen los botones
• Todos los trabajos de servicio y de reparación solamente pueden ser realizados por un ingeniero de
servicio cualificado. Utilizar solamente piezas de recambio originales.
• Asegure que el cable de conexión no está pinchado o doblado al instalar o desplazar la unidad.
• Antes de limpiar o realizar trabajos de mantenimiento hay que desconectar la unidad siempre, al
igual que la alimentación eléctrica. Hay que tirar siempre al enchufe, y nunca al cable. Cuando en
enchufe no está accesible hay que desconectar el fusible del circuito.
ADVERTENCIA: El sistema de refrigeración contiene refrigerante inflamable. Debido a este hecho, la
siguiente información es particularmente importante.
• No dañe el sistema de refrigeración! El aparato y los productos almacenados en el mismo pueden
sufrir daños considerables si este sistema presenta fugas. Por ello, cuide que el sistema de
refrigeración no sufra daños por objetos punzantes.
• En el interior de los aparatos no se pueden encender aparatos eléctricos.
• Los aparatos contienen refrigerante ecológico. Antes de eliminar el aparato es necesario abrir el
circuito de refrigerante al aire libre para que pueda escapar el refrigerante.
Precaución: ¡el refrigerante es inflamable!
TRANSPORTE
• Controle si la unidad ha sido suministrada sin daños. Al observar daños ocasionados durante el
transporte, contacte inmediatamente con el departamento de servicio o la tienda competente,
presentando la nota de suministro o la prueba de compra. ¡No se puede utilizar una unidad que ha
sido dañada durante el transporte! Si no está seguro, contacte con su tienda y pida información.
• La unidad solamente puede ser transportada en posición recta (inclinación máxima 45°).
PROTECCIÓN DEL MEDIO AMBIENTE
• Contribuya a la protección del medio ambiente. No olvide que se requiere una eliminación correcta y
apropiada. Material y dispositivos de embalaje siempre pueden y tienen que ser reciclados.
• Antes de llevar una unidad usada a la chatarra hay que quitar las tapas para evitar que niños
queden atrapados en la unidad cuando están jugando.
• Al eliminar la unidad, asegurarse de que no esté demasiado caliente, puesto que gas de combustión
penetra en la espuma aislante.

INSTALACIÓN
• La unidad tiene que instalarse en un espacio bien ventilado. Evite la luz solar directa. No se puede
colocar cerca de una fuente térmica. El lugar de instalación tiene que estar protegido contra lluvia y
polvo.
• Asegurarse de que la unidad esté colocada de forma estable y perfectamente recta y que no toque
ninguna unidad a su lado.
• Una buena circulación de aire, sobre todo
alrededor del compresor, es esencial para una
operación sin problemas. Los orificios de
ventilación de la tapa del compresor tienen que
estar libres de obstáculos. Asegure una
distancia mínima entre el TCW2043SDD y
paredes u otros dispositivos a su lado.
• Con la unidad se incluyen dos espaciadores.
Antes de colocar la unidad, fijar los
espaciadores en la parte posterior, como se
muestra en la figura.
• No coloque la unidad por debajo de un
ventilador de techo o justo al lado del equipo
de aire acondicionado.
• Para asegurar un funcionamiento correcto, el
dispositivo tiene que colocarse en posición
horizontal. Utilice un nivel para controlar y, si
es necesario, corregir.
• Esta unidad se suministra con ruedas para
facilitar su transporte. Situada en su
emplazamiento final, proceder a fijar la unidad
por medio de los pies ajustables. Para ello,
desatornillar ambos pies, por medio de la llave
suministrada, hasta que las ruedas dejen de
tocar la superficie donde reposa la unidad.
• Procure que el tapón de desagüe se encuentre
adecuadamente cerrado durante el
funcionamiento.
LIMPIAR / DESINFECTAR
• Limpiar o desinfectar la parte interior y exterior de la unidad antes de usarla. Utilice solamente
productos de limpieza suaves. No se puede utilizar productos de limpieza agresivos o cáusticos,
polvo abrasivo, lana de acero, esponjas abrasivas o solventes químicos. A la hora de la limpieza
asegúrese de que no haya ningún líquido en el alojamiento de ventilación.
• Para la desinfección recomendamos todos los productos de desinfección para superficies que el
cliente suele utilizar, bajo la condición de que hayan sido recomendados por la Asociación Alemana
para Higiene y Microbiología (DGHM) u otras organizaciones nacionales. Para desinfectar áreas
pequeñas recomendamos un producto con alcohol concentrado.

CONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA
• El TCW2043SDD está destinado para ser conectado a un doble Generador Solar B medical systems.
• Cada unidad (refrigerador y congelador) está diseñado para operar con un periodo de referencia
solar mínimo de 3.5 kWh/m2/día, de acuerdo a la especificación de OMS.
• Cada generador debe suministrar un rango de voltaje de 12V a 20V DC con una potencia mínima de
320W en STC.
• Antes de conectar el TCW2043SDD y ponerlo en operación por primera vez, déjelo reposar por 30
minutos.

• Para instalar el generador de energía solar consulte las intrcciones de instalación.
• Conecte el TCW2043SDD al generador con la clavija suministrada.

OPERACIÓN
V SUAL ZAC ÓN
• El TCW2043SDD y su panel de mando está compuesto de 2 unidades separadas: el refrigerador a la
izquierda, y el congelador a la derecha del panel de mando. Las dos unidades funcionan
completamente independientes.
• En uso normal, la pantalla muestra la temperatura interior en ° C con un decimal.
• Durante periodos sin suministro de energía solar ó en caso de falla en el suministro de energía la
caratula de temperatura se desconecta. La temperatura interna puede ser revisada presionando el
botón “TMP”.
TEMPERATURA PRE-PROGRAMADA
• La temperatura del refrigerador y del congelador han sido preajustados en la fábrica en los
siguientes valores: +5°C para el refrigerador, -25°C para el congelador.
• Estas temperaturas no se puede cambiar por el usuario.
• Presione la tecla SET para ver la temperatura de consigna.
ALMACENAM ENTO DE VACUNAS
IMPORTANTE :
Cuando utilice el refrigerador TCW2043SDD es de suma importancia que el revestimiento de
paquetes de agua se encuentre en su lugar. Asegúrese de que todos los paquetes de agua estén
colocados en su lugar antes de iniciar el TCW2043SDD en modo Refrigerador. Nunca remueva los
paquetes de agua del equipo.
Especial cuidado se tiene que tener para preservar las vacunas de daño por congelamiento.
Nunca permita que estén en contacto con las superficies laterales del TCW2043SDD. Es
recomendable mantener las vacunas en las la canastillas suministradas con el equipo.
Para el almacenamiento de vacunas:
• Colocar los envases que contienen las vacunas
en filas ordenadas.
• Colocar los diferentes grupos de vacunas
separados. De esta manera se facilita su
identifcación rápidamente y con los menores
errores posibles.
• Mantener unos 2 cm de espacio entre las filas
para que circule aire.
• No cargue las vacunas más alto que el nivel
máximo indicado.

COMPART MENTO DEL CONGELADOR
IMPORTANTE :
La capacidad de congelación del compartimento del congelador depende en gran medida de la
intensidad y de la duración de la radiación solar, la temperatura ambiente y el uso del
compartimento del refrigerador. Para un rendimiento óptimo es importante seguir los pasos que
se describen a continuación:
• Encienda el congelador uy déjelo funcionar durante una semana hasta que los paquetes de agua
estén totalmente congelados v.
• Transcurrida esa semana, podrá introducir los 4 paquetes de hielo en la zona de congelación del
compartimento w. Utilice la pieza separadora proporcionada para presionar los paquetes de hielo
contra las paredes laterales del compartimento del congelador. Los 4 paquetes de hielo congelarán
durante 24 horas x.
• Transcurridas estas 24 horas, coloque los paquetes de hielo en la zona de almacenamiento del
compartimento del congelador y. ntroduzca 4 nuevos paquetes de hielo descongelados en el área
de congelación w.
USO DEL TCW2043SDD
• nstalar el TCW2043SDD como se detalla en los apartados correspondientes.
• Seleccionar la posición “ ” del interruptor ON/OFF. La temperatura interior se muestra.
• Después de arrancar el compresor comienza
con un período de 3 minutos. Esto se aplica a
cada reinicio del TCW2043SDD.
• Cerrar la tapa y esperar unos minutos a que la
unidad se ponga en funcionamiento. Comprobar
la temperatura marcada de vez en cuando.
• nicialmente la temperatura adentro del
TCW2043SDD se mostrará igual o un poco
inferior a la temperatura ambiente. Está bajará
lentamente y permanecerá estable después de
varios días.
• Con objeto de asegurar un total congelamiento
del revestimiento de paquetes de agua, es
recomendable iniciar la carga del TCW2043SDD
con vacunas despues de una semana de operación.
• Las vacunas a conservar se deben introducir tan solo cuando se ha comprobado que la temperatura
requerida se mantiene estable por varias horas.
• Las vacunas se deben mantener en los cestillos suministrados.
• Una vez colocada la carga de vacunas, cerrar y asegurar perfectamente la tapa.
• En el caso de almacenar vacunas de preparación reciente es muy posible que se produzca una
elevación de la temperatura de la cámara. A las pocas horas se debe haber reestablecido en la
cámara la temperatura requerida.
• Se recomienda tener siempre presente que existen varios factores que pueden afectar a la
temperatura de la cámara, dando lugar a sensibles variaciones. Es el caso de:
• Temperatura ambiente
• La intensidad y duración de la radiación solar.
• Carga de la unidad
• Frecuencia de apertura de la tapa
• Aire circulante alrededor del TCW2043SDD

AG A DE CONDENSACIÓN
• La humedad en el aire, entra al gabinete debido a
las aperturas de la tapa y es atrapada por las
superficies frías del interior. La humedad se
condensa en dichas superficies. El agua de esa
condensación, se almacena en el fondo del
gabinete interno y debe ser evacuada de forma
regular (una vez por semana) utilizando el drenaje
que se localiza en la parte frontal del equipo.
• Abrir el tapón de drenaje en la parte inferior
lateral del armario para el refrigerador, y en la
esquina derecha para el congelador. Colocar un
recipiente apropiado por debajo de la manguera
de drenaje para recoger el agua.
• Cerrar el tapón de drenaje.
CONEXIÓN PARA REGISTRADOR
• En la parte posterior de la unidad hay 2 cables
para conectar el registrador.
• El cable con el conector M8 de 3 pines debe
usarse para alimentar tensión al registrador
optativo/integrado.
• El conector M8 de 4 pines sale del sensor de
temperatura interior y debe conectarse al
registrador optativo/integrado en la conexión
marcada con un recuadro azul.
• Consulte el manual de usuario del registrador
para obtener más información.
LIMPIAR
IMPORTANTE :
Antes de descongelar la unidad, hay que quitar los paquetes de agua congelados, situados en la
misma y almacenarlos temporalmente en otro refrigerador. Si no hay un segundo refrigerador,
habrá que conservar los paquetes de hielo en una caja isotérmica o en un portador para vacunas.
• Apagar la unidad deseada. La segunda unidad puede seguir funcionando.
Refrigerador :
• Preparar el almacenamiento temporal, transferir las vacunas y asegurar su conservación adecuada .
• Retirando cuidadosamente la camisa de acumuladores. Para ello sujetarla por sus dos lados
opuestos y levantarla uniformemente.
• Limpiar todas las partes interiores y exteriores del gabinete, la tapa y las juntas de la tapa con agua
caliente y un detergente suave. Dejar que las partes limpiadas se sequen por completo.
• Comprobar los acumuladores de frío para detectar cualquier fuga de agua antes de colocarlos de
nuevo en su lugar. Cualquier acumulador de frío defectuoso debe ser retirado y sustituido.
• Después de que la superficie del evaporador esté libre de condensación de agua, coloque con
cuidado el revestimiento de paquetes de agua en su posición.
• Colocar el cierre de la camisa de acumuladores.

Congelador :
• Quitar los paquetes de hielo congelados. Conservarlos en una manta gruesa o en un material de
aislamiento similar. Así se conservará el frío de los paquetes de hielo durante la descongelación de
la unidad.
• Limpiar todas las partes interiores y exteriores del gabinete, la tapa y las juntas de la tapa con agua
caliente y un detergente suave. Dejar que las partes limpiadas se sequen por completo.
• Comprobar los acumuladores de frío para detectar cualquier fuga de agua antes de colocarlos de
nuevo en su lugar. Cualquier acumulador de frío defectuoso debe ser retirado y sustituido.
• Cerrar la tapa. Enchufar la fuente de alimentación.
• Mantener durante un tiempo la unidad trabajando, mientras observamos la temperatura de la
cámara.
• Solo cuando se haya alcanzado el valor de temperatura requerido, transferir las vacunas desde el
almacenamiento temporal.
MANTENIMIENTO PERIÓDICO
MANTEN M ENTO D AR O
• Evacuar el agua de condensación como se describe anteriormente.
• Registrar los valores de temperatura del termómetro, anotando también la hora de la lectura.
Guardar los registros sistemáticamente. Se recomienda efectúar al menos dos lecturas diarias, por
la mañana y por la tarde, preferiblemente a las mismas horas de cada día.
MANTEN M ENTO SEMANAL
• Si se observa que el agua de condensación se incrementa:
• Comprobar que se asientan correctamente las juntas de la tapa. Cualquier abertura entre la
caja y las juntas permitirá que penetre aire desde el exterior y que genere escarcha
rápidamente. En caso de ser esto un problema, proceder con un reajuste de las bisagras o
cambiar las juntas.
• Abrir la unidad cuando se absolutamente necesario. Reducir la frecuencia de apertura del
TCW2043SDD.
MANTEN M ENTO MENSUAL
• Mantener limpio el compresor, evitando la acumulación de polvo:
• Desconecte el interruptor y desenchufar de la toma de corriente de la pared.
• Limpie el condensador en el lado posterior de la unidad con un cepillo suave o un limpiador a
presión.
• Limpiar las juntas de la tapa.

LOCALIZACIÓN Y REPARACIÓN DE AVERÍAS
IMPORTANTE :
Cuando un TCW3000DC no funcione en ningún caso o lo haga inadecuadamente, observe si la
tempera tura de las vacunas se halla dentro de los límites recomendados. No abra la tapa a
menos que sea absolutamente necesario.
En caso de cualquier sonido, humo, olor anormal, etc. en el TCW3000, desenchufe la unidad de la
toma de corriente y avise al técnico de la nevera.
Mensaje de error en la electrónica :
F1/F2 : Prueba de falla: La unidad continuará trabajando en el modo ON/OFF para conservar la
temperatura en el rango deseado – Notifique al técnico de refrigeración.
E1 : Desconexión de protección para batería. El voltaje está fuera del rango de operación. Revisar la
Fuente de energía.
E3 : Error de arranque de compresor. El compresor no puede arrancar. Mantenga la unidad
conectada. Este problema puede ocurrir si el generador no suministra suficiente energía (día
nublado, sombra en los paneles solares, posición errónea de los paneles solares, etc.) Revise el
estado de los paneles, si el problema persiste después de las correcciones necesarias, informe
al técnico de refrigeración.
E4 : Error de mínima velocidad de compresor. Mantenga la unidad conectada. Este problema puede
ocurrir si el generador solar no suministra suficiente energía (día nublado, sombra en los
paneles solares, posición errónea de los paneles solares, etc.) Revise el estado de los paneles,
si el problema persiste después de las correcciones necesarias, informe al técnico de
refrigeración
E5: Desconexión térmica de la unidad electrónica: Si la temperatura ambiente es muy alta la
unidad electrónica trabajará muy caliente. Desconecte la unidad. Sí después de una hora el
problema persiste notifique al técnico.
HIGH : La temperatura medida es de alta de 40 ° C.
LOW : La temperatura medida es inferior a -40 ° C.
