Allgemeine Sicherheitsbestimmungen
 Diese Gebrauchsanleitung vor Gebrauch sorgfältig
lesen.
 Diese Gebrauchsanleitung für alle Benutzer zugäng-
lich aufbewahren.
 Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanleitung löst die
Garantiebedingungen für das Produkt und kann zu
schweren Personen- und Sachschäden führen.
 Das Gerät darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal
benutzt werden.
Sicherheitshinweise vor Gebrauch
 Herstellerangaben und Sicherheitshinweise des
abzufüllenden Mediums beachten.
 Schädigung der Atemwege und anderer Organe
durch ausgasende Medien. In belüfteten Räumen
oder unter geeignetem Abzug abfüllen.
 Das Gerät nur im Rahmen der Materialbeständigkeit
und bestimmungsgemäß verwenden. Jede andere
Art der Verwendung wirkt sich auf Gewährleistung/
Garantie aus.
Sicherheitshinweise während und nach Gebrauch
 Das Gerät erzeugt Überdruck. Mögliche Körperver-
letzung durch austretende Flüssigkeiten.
 Das Gerät ist nicht für die Spülmaschine geeignet.
Aufbau und Funktion
 Die Einweg-Steigrohre bestehen aus PE und der
Universalstopfen aus PVC.
 Das Gerät ist zum Abfüllen dünnflüssiger bis niedrig
viskoser Flüssigkeiten bis 500 mPas geeignet.
 Das Gerät ist im Temperaturbereich von 0 - 40 °C
verwendbar.
 Der Stopfen kann auf Gebindedurchmesser von
30 - 70 mm Durchmesser dichtschließend aufgesetzt
werden.
Lieferumfang
 Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und Transportschäden
prüfen.
 Schäden an der Verpackung umgehend beim Spedi-
teur/Lieferant anzeigen.
Montage
1. Förderrohr in Universalstopfen (Öffnung „Rohr
12 mm“) einführen und bis zum Auslauf durchschie-
ben.
2. Förderrohrlänge anhand der Behälterhöhe ermitteln
und das Förderrohr mittels Abschneider auf
Höhe des Behälterbodens leicht schräg kürzen.
HINWEIS!
Das Gerät ist nicht für leicht entzündliche oder
explosive Flüssigkeiten geeignet.
 Das Gerät nur im Rahmen der Materialbestän-
digkeit und bestimmungsgemäß verwenden.

HINWEIS!
Vor Gebrauch muss der Artikel im Umfang ihres
(validierten) Reinigungsprozesses gereinigt
werden.
 Maßnahmen der manuellen Reinigung müssen
im Reinigungs-/Desinfektionsbereich und unter
Beachtung des Arbeitsschutzes durchgeführt
werden.
 Materialbeständigkeit beachten.

HINWEIS!
Gegebenenfalls den Universalstopfen an den Öff-
nungsdurchmesser des Behälters anpassen.
 Beim Einsatz aller drei Teile (Ⓐ, Ⓑ und Ⓒ) Ⓑ
und Ⓒ von Teil Ⓐetwas lösen, um Förderohr
durchzuschieben.
WARNUNG!
Das System ist nicht dichtschließend. Mögliches
Austreten von Gas. Körperverletzung durch austre-
tende Gase.
 Ventile bei Nichtbenutzung stets offen halten.
 Für ausreichend Belüftung sorgen.
 Notwendige Schutzausrüstung tragen.

3. Förderrohr mit Universalstopfen in das Gebin-
de einführen und dichtschließend einpressen.
4. Pumpenball in den Universalstopfen (Öffnung
„Pumpe“) einstecken.
5. Stopventil schließen (Hebel nach oben drücken).
Sicheres Abfüllen
1. Abfüllgebinde unter Auslaufbogen positionieren.
2. Pumpenball betätigen und Überdruck herstellen.
Jetzt fließt Flüssigkeit.
3. Zum Beenden des Abfüllvorgangs das Stopventil 
öffnen (Hebel nach unten drücken) und Überdruck
entweichen lassen.


Abfüllen beenden und Demontage
1. Pumpenball  vom Universalstopfen  abziehen.
2. Universalstopfen  und Förderrohr vorsichtig von
Gebinde abnehmen.
3. Förderrohr  mittels Abschneider  direkt unter-
halb des Universalstopfens abschneiden.
4. Oberes Ende des Förderrohrs  aus dem Univer-
salstopfen  ziehen und mit dem unteren Ende
fachgerecht entsorgen.

entweichen lassen.
 Nach Druckabbau Flüssigkeitsreste im Auslauf-
bogen vollständig ablassen.

Herausspritzen von Flüssigkeit unter hohem Druck.
 Schläuche und Verbindungen müssen einwand-
frei sein.
 Korrekte Montage sicherstellen.

render all warranty conditions null and void and

Safety instructions before using
 Follow the manufacturer‘s instructions and safety
instructions of the medium you are filling.
 Damage to the respiratory tract and other organs
due to off-gassing media. Fill only in ventilated
rooms or under a suitable exhaust hood.
 The instrument must only be used within the
confines of applicable material resistance and for its
designated purpose. Any other type of use will affect
the warranty/guarantee.
Safety instructions during and after use
 The instrument generates overpressure. Possible
bodily injury due to escaping liquids.
 The instrument is not suitable for cleaning in a
dishwasher.
Layout and function
 The disposable riser pipes are made of PE and the
universal bungs of PVC.
 The instrument is suitable for filling thin to low
viscosity liquids up to 500 mPas.
 The instrument is suitable at a temperature range-
from 0 to 40 °C.
 The bung fits onto container openings with a diame-
ter of 30 to 70 mm forming an airtight seal.
Scope of delivery
 Check delivery for completeness and transport
damage.
 Point out any damage in the packaging to the
freight forwarder/supplier immediately.
Assembly
1. Insert the delivery tube into the universal bung
(opening "Rohr 12 mm") and push it through to
the outlet.
2. Determine the conveying tube length on the basis of
the container height and shorten the delivery tube
slightly at an angle to the container bottom using
the cutter .
WARNING!
The instrument is not suitable for highly flammable
or explosive liquids.
 The instrument must only be used within the
confines of applicable material resistance and
for its designated purpose.
NOTE!
Before using, the instrument has to be cleaned to
the extent of your (validated) cleaning process.
 Measures of manual cleaning have to be carried
out in the cleaning/desinfection area and under
consideration of occupational health and safety.
 Pay attention to the material resistance.

NOTE!
If necessary adjust the universal bung to the
opening diameter of the container.
 When using all three parts (Ⓐ, Ⓑ and Ⓒ)
loosen Ⓑand Ⓒ a bit of part Ⓐ to push the
delivery tube through.

3. Insert the delivery tube with the universal bung
into the container and press it in tightly.
4. Insert the pump ball into the universal bung 
(opening „Pumpe“).
5. Close the stop-valve (push the lever away from
the connecting hose).
Safe filling
1. Hold the discharge tube above the filling container.
2. Activate the pump ball and generate overpressu-
re. Liquid starts to flow.
3. To complete the filling process open the stop-valve
(push the lever to the connecting hose) and allow
the overpressure to escape.
Completing filling and dismounting
1. Pull the pump ball off the universal bung .
2. Carefully remove the universal bung with delivery
tube from the container.
3. Cut off the delivery tube directly below the
universal bung using the cutter .
4. Pull the upper end of the delivery tube out of the
universal bung and dispose it properly with the
lower end.
NOTE!
The stop-valve is not suitable for precise dosing.
Troubleshooting

NOTE!
If necessary, shorten the discharge of the delivery
tube with the cutter to the desired length.

Spraying of liquid under high pressure.
 Hoses and connections must be faultless.
 Ensure correct installation.
WARNING!
The container is under pressure. Bodily injury due
to escaping liquid.
 Allow excess air to escape completely from the
container.
 After pressure reduction, drain off any remai-
ning liquid of the discharge tube completly.

Indicaciones de seguridad durante y después de
utilizar el aparato
 El aparato genera sobrepresión. Riesgo de lesiones
personales debido a la salida de líquidos.
 El aparato no es apto para lavavajillas.
Diseño y funcionamiento
 Los tubos de transporte desechables están fabri-
cados en PE y el tapón universal en PVC.
 El dispositivo es adecuado para el trasvase de líqui-
dos de viscosidad fina a baja, hasta 500 mPas.
 El equipo es utilizable en un rango de temperatura
de 0 a 40 °C.
 El tapón se adapta a aberturas de recipientes con un
diámetro de 30 - 70 mm.
Volumen de suministro
 Compruebe que no falte nada en el volumen de su-
ministro y que no se hayan producido daños durante
el transporte.
 Cualquier daño en el embalaje debe notificarse
inmediatamente al transportista/proveedor.
Montaje
1. Inserte el tubo de transporte en el tapón univer-
sal (abertura "Rohr 12 mm") e introducirlo hasta
la salida.
2. Determine la longitud del tubo de transporte en
base a la altura del recipiente. Acorte ligeramente
el tubo de transporte en ángulo con el fondo del
recipiente utilizando el cortador .
¡ADVERTENCIA!
El instrumento no es adecuado para el trasvase de
líquidos altamente inflamables o explosivos.
 El aparato únicamente se debe utilizar respetando
la resistencia de los materiales y el uso previsto.
¡NOTA!
Antes de utilizar, limpiar el aparato según el proto-
colo de validación de limpieza establecido.
 Las medidas de limpieza manual, han de ser
llevadas a cabo en las zonas de limpieza/desin-
fección y teniendo en consideración las reglas
de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
 Tener en cuenta las resistencias químicas.

3. Introduzca el tubo de transporte en el tapón
universal y apriételo firmemente.
4. Inserte la pelota de bombeo en el tapón universal
(abertura „Pumpe“).
5. Cierre la válvula de cierre y empuje la palanca en
dirección contraria al cable de conexión.
Trasiego seguro
1. Sostenga el tubo de descarga por encima del reci-
piente de llenado.
2. Accione el pelota de bombeo para generar sobre-
presión. El líquido comienza a fluir.
3. Para completar el trasvase, abra la válvula de cierre
(presione la palanca hacia el cable de conexión) y
deje que salga la sobrepresión de aire.
Finalización del trasiego y desmontaje
1. Extraiga la pelota de bombeo del tapón universal .
2. Extraiga con cuidado el tapón universal y el tubo
de transporte del recipiente.
3. Corte el tubo de transporte directamente por
debajo del tapón universal con el cortatubos .
4. Extraiga el extremo superior del tubo de transporte
del tapón universal y deséchelo correctamente
junto con la parte inferior del tubo.
¡NOTA!
La válvula de cierre no es adecuada para la dosifi-
cación precisa.

Structure et fonction
 Les tubes montants jetables sont en PE et le bou-
chon universel en PVC.
 L'appareil convient pour le remplissage de fluides liqui-
des et de fluides à faible viscosité jusqu'à 500 mPas.
 L'appareil peut être utilisé dans une gamme de
température de 0 à 40 ° C.
 Le bouchon s‘adapte étanche à la fermeture sur des
ouvertes d‘un diamètre de 30 à 70 mm.
Fourniture
 Contrôler l‘intégralité de la livraison et si elle pré-
sente des dommages imputables au transport.

Montage
1. Introduire le tube de refoulement dans le bou-
chon universel (ouverture "Rohr 12 mm") et le
pousser vers la sortie.
2. Déterminer la longueur du tube de refoulement en
fonction de la hauteur du récipient et raccourcir
légèrement en biais le tube de refoulement à
l'aide d'un trancheur formant un angle avec le
fond du récipient.
AVERTISSEMENT!
L‘appareil n‘est pas approprié pour des liquides
facilement inflammables ou déflagrants.
 Utiliser l‘appareil uniquement dans le cadre de la ré-
sistance du matériau et conformément à la destination.

AVERTISSEMENT!

3. Introduire le tube de refoulement avec le

Transvasement sûr
1. Positionner le coude de sortie sur le récipient de
transvasement.
2. Actionner le balle de pompe et établir une sur-
pression. Le liquide commence à s‘écouler.
3. Pour terminer le transvasement, ouvrir la valve
d‘arrêt (en poussant le levier vers le flexible de
connexion) et laisser la surpression s‘échapper.
Fin du transvasement et démontage
1. Retirer la balle de pompe du bouchon universel .
2. Retirer avec précaution le bouchon universel avec
le tube de refoulement du récipient.
3. Couper le tube de refoulement directement sous
le bouchon universel à l'aide d'un trancheur .
4. Retirer l'extrémité supérieure du tube de refou-
lement du bouchon universel et l'éliminer
correctement avec l'extrémité inférieure.
REMARQUE!
La valve d‘arrêt n‘est pas appropriée pour doser
précisément.

и указания по технике безопасности в отношении
переливаемого материала.
 Повреждение дыхательных путей и прочих вну-
тренних органов из-за воздействия газообразных
субстанций. Перекачку материала следует осущест-
влять только в вентилируемых помещениях или при
наличии подходящей разливной системы.
 Применяйте прибор только с учётом прочности
материала и разрешённого назначения. Любой иной
вид использования влечёт за собой соответствующие
последствия для гарантийных обязательств.
Правила техники безопасности при исполь-
зовании и после использования прибора
 Прибор генерирует избыточное давление. Вероятный
травматизм из-за вытекающих жидкостей.
 Прибор не предназначен для чистки в посудомоечной
машине.
Конструкция и принцип действия
 Одноразовые подающие трубки изготовлены из ПЭ и
универсальная пробка из ПВХ.
 Устройство подходит для перекачки водянистых и

Монтаж
1. Вставьте подающую трубку  в универсальную пробку 
(отверстие "Rohr 12 mm") и протолкните ее до сливной части.

УКАЗАНИЕ!
При необходимости настройте универсальную
пробку на диаметр отверстия ёмкости
 При использовании всех трех частей (Ⓐ, Ⓑ и
Ⓒ) немного разъедините Ⓑ и Ⓒ от части Ⓐ,
чтобы протолкнуть подающую трубку.

2. Определите длину подающей трубки на основании
высоты ёмкости и с помощью ножа  слегка укороти-
те подающую трубку  под углом к дну ёмкости.
3. Вставьте подающую трубку  вместе с универсаль-
ной пробкой  в ёмкость и плотно вдавите ее.
4. Вставьте насосную грушу  в универсальную пробку
 (отверстие «Pumpe»).
5. Закройте запорный клапан  (нажатием рычага в
направлении от соединительного шланга).
Безопасный розлив
1. Удерживайте сливную трубку над заполняемой тарой.
2. Прокачивайте насосная груша  и создайте повы-
шенное давление. Жидкость течет.
3. Для завершения процесса переливания откройте
запорный клапан  (нажатием рычага в направлении
к соединительному шлангу) и дайте избыточному
давлению покинуть ёмкость.
Завершение розлива и демонтаж
1. Снимите насосная груша  с универсальной пробки .
2. Осторожно снимите с ёмкости универсальную пробку
 вместе с подающей трубкой .
3. Отрежьте подающую трубку  непосредственно под
универсальной пробкой  с помощью ножа .
4. Извлеките верхний конец подающей трубки  из
универсальной пробки  и утилизируйте его надле-
жащим образом вместе с нижним концом.
УКАЗАНИЕ!
С помощью запорного клапана точная дозировка не
возможна.
