THE CORRECT USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THIS PRODUCT IS
ESSENTIAL.
WARNINGS:
• DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED, DIRECT ADULT
SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES.
• ENSUREYOUR CHILD IS SECURED WITH A CORRECTLY ADJUSTED
SAFETY HARNESS.
• USE THE HARNESS AT ALL TIMES.
• WHEN MAKING ADJUSTMENTS TO THE ROCKER, ALWAYS ENSURE
THATYOUR CHILD’S BODY IS CLEAR OF ANY MOVING PARTS.
• DO NOT USE THIS ROCKER ONCEYOUR CHILD CAN SIT UNAIDED.
• THIS ROCKER IS NOT INTENDED FOR PROLONGED PERIODS OF
SLEEPING.
• THIS ROCKER DOES NOT REPLACE A COT OR A BED. SHOULD
YOUR CHILD NEED TO SLEEP, THEN IT SHOULD BE PLACED IN A
SUITABLE BED OR COT.
• DO NOT USE THE ROCKER ON AN ELEVATED SURFACE, E.G.
TABLE.
• USE THE ROCKER ON A FLAT, EVEN AND HORIZONTAL FLOOR
AND NEVER USE NEAR STAIRS.

WARNING: ENSURE THAT ALL THE LOCKING
DEVICES ARE ENGAGED INTO POSITION BEFORE USE.
AHold the bottom rail of the rocker with one hand, and simply pull the
backrest upwards until it fully opens.
You should hear a “click” sound as the frame locks into position.
The seat is now in the upright position.

1. TO OPEN THE ROCKER

AAttach the three toys to the toy bar by threading the fabric strip on
each of the toys through the slots located on the plastic moulding and
attach hook and loop to secure.
BAttach the toy bar socket to the side of the rocker by pushing the clip
attachment onto the side rail and then insert the toy bar.
WARNING: NEVER USE THE TOY BAR TO LIFT OR
CARRY THE ROCKER.

WARNING: THE CHILD SHOULD BE SECURED IN
THE ROCKER AT ALL TIMES WITH THE CROTCH STRAP.
NEVER USE LAP BELT ONLY. ADJUST THE LAP BELT TO FIT
FIRMLY BUT COMFORTABLY AROUND THE CHILD.

strap
APlace the child in the rocker and position the crotch strap between the
child’slegs. Thread the lap belt buckles through the crotch strap and
push both buckle prongs (A) into the buckle housing (B) until the
buckle prongs lock into position. For the child’s comfort, slide the
buckle into the crotch strap.
B Tighten or loosen the lap belt by feeding and pulling the belt through
the back of the buckle prongs. The lap belt needs to fit firmly around
the child.

3. SECURING YOUR CHILD IN THE
HARNESS

BTo release the buckle, squeeze the top and bottom buckle prongs with
enough pressure so the buckle prongs release from the buckle housing.

ATo set the rocker into a static position, rotate the front stand outwards.
BTo set the rocker into the rocking position, rotate the front stand
inwards.
WARNING: REMOVE THE CHILD FROM THE ROCKER

AThere are two seat positions for the rocker. No. 1 - Upper Position and
No. 2 - Lower position.
The recline position indicators on both of the front hinges show the
selected seat position.
WARNINGS:
• THE UPRIGHT POSITIONS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR USE WITH
CHILDREN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS OLD.
• REMOVE THE CHILD FROM THE ROCKER BEFORE ADJUSTING
THE SEAT POSITION.
• NEVER ADJUST THE SEAT WHILE THE ROCKER IS OCCUPIED.

BTo adjust the seat hold the bottom rail with one hand and with the
other hand, hold the lever and lift the backrest and then squeeze both
sides of the lever in and adjust the backrest up or down to the desired
position. Release the lever when in the desired position.

AWith one hand squeeze both sides of the lever in and hold and with the
other hand press the safety lock button located on the front hinge.
Lower the frame until the seat is flat against the bottom rail.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
REMOVE THE CHILD FROM THE ROCKER BEFORE COMMENCING
ANY FOLDING OPERATION.

6. TO FOLD THE ROCKER

NOTES
• To prolong the life of your rocker keep it clean and do not leave it in
the direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
• Removable fabric covers and trims may be cleaned using warm
water with a household soap or mild detergent. Allow it to dry fully,
preferably away from the direct sunlight.
• Non removable fabric covers and trims may be spot cleaned using
a damp sponge with soap or a mild detergent. Allow it to dry
completely before folding or storing it away.
• In some climates the covers and trims may be affected by mould
and mildew. To help prevent this occurring, do not fold or store the
product if it is damp or wet. Always store the product in a well
ventilated area.
• When using your rocker at the beach - completely clean your
rocker afterwards to remove any sand and salt. Sand and salt will
cause premature wear and corrosion.
• To maintain the safety of your nursery product, seek prompt
repairs for bent, torn, worn or broken parts. Use only those parts and
accessories approved by Steelcraft.
• Always check parts regularly for tightness of screws, nuts, and other
fasteners - tighten if required.
