CHARGING COOL FANS™ SOUND VIBEZ
Use the provided USB cable to connect Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez to a power
source such as AC USB adapter, portable charger or computer USB port.
A red light will appear while Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez is charging. Remove the
cable once the light turns off and it is fully charged. Never overcharge the
Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez battery.
The red light will flash when the battery is running low and the battery needs to
be charged.
USING COOL FANS™ SOUND VIBEZ
Place Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez around your neck and turn it on. Turn off the fan
before removing.
POWER ON
Press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds. Power on sound and “Pairing”
voice is heard. Blue light near the power button will begin to flash.
BLUETOOTH® SPEAKER PAIRING
Make sure the device such as smart phone, tablet or computer you are using with
Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez has Bluetooth® capability and its Bluetooth® function is
turned on.
Once Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez is turned on, it enters pairing mode and the blue
light flashes.
Look for “Cool Fans” on the Bluetooth® device list and click connect. When
Bluetooth® speaker is connected successfully, the voice “Connected” is heard and
the blue light will change from flashing to a steady non-flashing light.
BLUETOOTH® SPEAKER AUTO CONNECT & DISCOVERABLE
If there is a device previously paired with the fan and its Bluetooth® connectivity is
turned on, the fan will try to connect to the device automatically.
If the previously paired device is not found after 10 seconds, the light will flash red
and blue alternatively. The fan will become discoverable for other Bluetooth®
device to pair.
If Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez does not pair with a device after it has been turned on
for 1 minute, the fan will exit pairing mode and turn off the Bluetooth® function as
well as the red and blue lights. A notification sound will be played to notify you.
If you want to enable Bluetooth® function again, you will need to power off the
Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez and turn the power back on to enable the Bluetooth®
connectivity.
DISABLE CURRENT PAIRING & PAIR WITH A NEW DEVICE
To disconnect Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez from a paired device and pair it with
another device, power off Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez then press and hold the
POWER button for 5 seconds until the alternating red and blue flashing light is
seen. To connect the fan to the new device, repeat the steps mentioned in
BLUETOOTH® speaker PAIRING.

Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez is not a toy. Unlike some other Bluetooth® hands free
devices, Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez doesn’t came with a microphone for voice
conversation. Never try to use it for that purpose.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
When wearing or using Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez, always follow all safety precautions.
WARNING: There is risk of serious injury if Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez is misused
‧ If Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez becomes overheated and begins to smoke, turn off the
product immediately and discontinue use. If this occurs while charging, disconnect the
power source and charging cable at once.
‧ Do not place small objects in the fan cages, as this may cause damage or a malfunction.
Always keep fingers or hair away from fan cages. Immediately turn off Cool Fans™
Sound Vibez if hair becomes entangled in the fan blades.
‧ Keep personal belongings away with fan blades.
‧ Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez is not waterproof; don't use in rain or in a pool. If Cool Fans™
Sound Vibez becomes wet, then immediately turn it off and set aside until completely dry.
‧ Moisture from sweating may cause damage to the USB charging port. To prevent damage
wipe off any moisture on the product as a result of sweat.
‧ Don't over bend or rotate the fan arms beyond 180°, as this may damage the product.

FAN SPEED
Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez has 3 fan speed levels which are Low, Medium and
High. When the unit is turned on, toggle between different fan speed and turn off
the fans by quickly pressing and releasing the FANS button.
LIGHT MODES
Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez has 3 light modes to choose from. When the unit is
turned on, quickly press and release the POWER button to select between steady
white lights, color changing lights and lights off.
POWER OFF
Press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds to turn off Bluetooth®
connection, fans & light at the same time.
When there is no Bluetooth® connection and the fans and lights are both turned
off, the Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez will auto turn off after 30 seconds to save power.
DESK FAN SETUP
To use Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez as a desk fan, place the fan with the POWER
button facing upward on any flat surface and angle the fan arms as desired.
DISCONNECT BLUETOOTH® SPEAKER PAIRING
Turn off Bluetooth® function on your device to disconnect with Cool Fans™
Sound Vibez. The “Disconnected” voice is heard.
