This manual describes how to handle this product and make adjustments.
Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the owner’s manual and this manual before
use.
This machine was shipped after a thorough inspection. However, the performance of the machine is
greatly affected by handling and daily maintenance, such as inspection and adjustments before and
after operation. Please handle this machine properly and perform necessary inspection and
adjustments before and after operation in order for the product to fulfill its original function and
ensure safe operation.
For operation and inspection, refer to the owner’s manual. For necessary parts, refer to the parts
catalogue.

1. Before installation, removal, adjustments, etc., park the machine on a level surface. Set the parking brake,
stop the engine, and remove the key. Ensure that all the parts have come to a complete stop.
2. Keep your hands and feet away from moving parts. Avoid performing work with the engine running. Keep
other people away from the machine during work.
3. If necessary, use appropriate chain blocks, hoists, or a jack. If the machine is lifted up, ensure that it is
supported by jack stands or appropriate blocks.
4. When replacing parts or installing accessory parts, use genuine BARONESS parts.
5. Never start the engine in a closed room. Doing so could cause carbon monoxide poisoning.
1. 取付け、取外し、及び調整等の作業前には、機械を平らな場所に移動させてください。駐車ブレーキを掛
け、エンジンを止め、キーを抜き取ってください。取付け、取外し、及び調整等の作業前には、必ず各部の
動きが完全に停止したことを確認してから作業を行ってください。
2. 可動部には手足を近づけないように注意してください。エンジンを駆動させたままで調整を行うことは可能
な限り避けてください。周囲に人を近づけないでください。
3. 必要に応じ、適切なチェーンブロックやホイスト、及びジャッキを使用してください。持ち上げている機械は、
ジャッキスタンドや適切なブロックを使用し、確実に支えてください。
4. 交換部品やアクセサリは BARONESS 純正部品を使用してください。
5. 閉めきった場所では一酸化炭素による中毒の危険性がありますので、絶対にエンジンを始動させないでく
ださい。

or excessive tightening, etc.

Use jack stands etc. to support the machine securely when jacking up required.

Chock the front tire so that the vehicle will not move.
Securely place the jack beneath the jack-up point indicated
by the arrow, and then raise it until the tire lifts off the
ground.
前輪に輪止めをして本機が動かないようにしてくださ
い。
矢印のジャッキアップポイントにジャッキを確実にか
け、タイヤが浮くまで本機を上げてください。
Secure the vehicle with the other means than a jack, in order
to prevent it from falling.
ジャッキ以外の手段で、本体が下がらない処置をして
ください。

Remove the cotter pin (E), pin (C) and washer (D), and then
remove the brake wire (B) from the brake lever (A).
Loosen the bolts M12 (G) and washers (H) securing the
brake mounting plate (F). (Do not remove the bolts.)
割ピン(E)、ピン(C)およびワッシャ(D)を取外し、ブ
レーキワイヤ(B)をブレーキレバー(A)から取外してく
ださい。
ブレーキ取付け板(F)を固定している 12 ボルト(G)お
よびワッシャ(H)を緩めてください。（ボルトは取外さ
ない）

Loosen the left and right bolts M12 (A) and washers (B).
(Do not remove the bolts.)
While holding the left and right wheel mounting plates (C),
remove the left and right bolts M12 (A) and washers (B).
Remove the wheel in the direction of the arrow.
左右の 12 ボルト(A)およびワッシャ(B)を緩めてくだ
さい。（ボルトは取外さない）
左右のタイヤ取付け板(C)を保持しながら、左右の 12
ボルト(A)およびワッシャ(B)を取外してください。
矢印の方向にホイールを取外してください。

Reverse the removing procedure to install the wheel
mounting plates (A) of the rear wheel part Assy (3WD) (1)
onto the vehicle.
Be careful not to damage the solenoid valve (B).
3WD 後輪部 Assy (1)のタイヤ取付け板(A)を、取外し
た逆の手順で本体に取付けます。
ソレノイドバルブ(B)を傷付けないように、十分に注
意してください。

While holding the left and right wheel mounting plates (A)
upward, move the rear wheel part Assy (3WD) (C) in the
direction of the arrow.
Install the wheel mounting plates (A) onto the rear wheel
arm (B) with the bolts M12 (8) and spring washers (9).
左右のタイヤ取付け板(A)を上方向に保持しながら、
矢印の方向に 3WD 後輪部 Assy(C)を移動します。
12 ボルト(8)および Sワッシャ(9)でタイヤ取付け板
(A)を後輪アーム(B)に取付けてください。

Align the screw holes in the brake mounting plate (B) with
the screw holes in the rear wheel arm (A), and then install
the bolts M12 (8) and spring washers (9).
Tighten the bolts M12 (8) on both sides.
Align the hole in the brake lever (C) with the hole in the
brake wire (G).
Install the pin (D) and washer (E), and then secure with the
cotter pin (F).
後輪アーム(A)のネジ穴にブレーキ取付け板(B)のネジ
穴を合わせ、12 ボルト(8)および Sワッシャ(9)を取付
けてください。
両側の 12 ボルト(8)を締付けてください。
ブレーキレバー(C)の穴とブレーキワイヤ(G)の穴をあ
わせます。
ピン(D)およびワッシャ(E)を取付け、割ピン(F)で固
定してください。

Carefully peel the tape off the bulging area of the main
harness, and then disconnect the connectors.
メインハーネスの膨らんだ部分のテープを丁寧にに剥
がし、コネクタを取出します。

Follow the steps below to install the solenoid valve onto the
holes (A) in the frame.
フレームの穴(A)に、以下の手順でソレノイドバルブ
を取付けます。

Install the solenoid valve (A) with the bolts M10 (2), spring
washers (3) and washers (4).
ソレノイドバルブ(A)を、10 ボルト(2)、S ワッシャ
(3)およびワッシャ(4)で取付けてください。

The P port (B) of the solenoid valve (A) is the forward side
inlet port.
ソレノイドバルブ(A)のＰポート(B)は、前進側の入力
