User Guide

Safety

•This unit is not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of children.

•Small parts are included that may pose a choking hazard to children and animals. Keep parts away from children

and pets.

•Before assembly, ensure there are no missing or defective parts. Contact the retailer if any parts are missing or

defective.

•Assemble only as instructed in this guide. Any deviation or shortcut may lead to incorrect assembly or be

considered customer misuse. Improper assembly may cause damage or serious injury.

•Do not mount the unit to a vehicle.

•Do not over-tighten mounting screws or parts during assembly as this may damage the unit.

WARNING

•The unit should only be positioned on a flat, level and stable surface.

•Do not exceed the maximum load capacity as this may result in damage or serious injury. Load capacity:

Small bins = 1.5kg (each)

Large bins = 2.3kg (each)

Overall capacity = 82.5kg

•For stability, heavier items should always be placed in the lower bins.

•Do not rest or support items against or on the unit.

CAUTION

•To ensure continued safety, regularly check that the unit is secure and safe to use (every 3 months). Take

appropriate action to rectify any unstable or unsafe units.

•If you do not understand this guide, or have any doubts regarding safety of the assembly, seek advice and

guidance from a qualified person.

•Appropriate protective equipment, such as safety glasses, must be worn and precautions taken when installing this

product.

•It is recommend that two persons install the unit.

•Before installation, ensure the supporting surface will safely support the combined weight of the unit and all stored

items. If unsure, contact a qualified contractor for guidance.

Cleaning and Care

Clean the unit using a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh or abrasive chemicals as this can damage surface finishes.

The warranty applies only if the product is assembled and used solely in the manner indicated in this guide, and all other instructions have

been followed accurately. Any abuse of the product, incorrect assembly or the manner in which it is used will void any warranty.

No rights are given under this warranty to a person acquiring the product second-hand or when used for commercial use.

Assembly

1. Place the top tray (6) upside-down on a flat surface.

2. Position the frame legs (3) on the inside of the top

tray. Note: The bin support rail mounting holes on the

frame legs should face inwards, and the base support

bracket holes should be opposite the top tray and facing

outwards.

3. Fasten the frame legs to the top tray on both sides

using 8 large machine screws (7) and nuts (8).

4. Place the base (1) on the opposite end of the frame

legs. Ensure that the base support bracket holes are

facing the front of the unit.

5. Fasten the frame legs to the base on both sides using

8 large machine screws (7) and nuts (8). Turn the unit

over so it is standing on the base.

6. Attach a bin support rail (4) to the frame legs at the

position nearest the base. Ensure that the fastening

holes in the support rail are closer the top of the unit. To

attach the rail, insert the pins on the sides of the rail into

the larger diameter part of the rail mounting holes in the

frame legs, then slide the rail downward so the pins sit in

the slotted part of the rail mounting holes.

7. Place the base support brackets (2) on to the base

and fasten them to the base and frame legs using 4 large

machine screws (7).

8. Attach the remaining bin support rails (4) to the frame

legs as described in step 6.

9. Place the flat part of the vertical support rails (5)

against the backs of the bin support rails and fasten them

together using 21 small machine screws (9).
