Futureand use

construction,bridge,boiler,shipbuilding and otherindustries.Someelectricdrillscannotdrill
inconvenientonlargeironand steelpart,youcanusethemagneticdrill,whichisconvenient,
flexible, and alsocanreduce laborintensityandimprovemachiningaccuratelyand efficient.
Becauseit hasauniquerole thatcandrilllargehole (45 #steelcanbedrilledlargesthole Φ80mm),
soitcanbeinsteadofsome radialdrilling machine.
ⅡPreparationbeforeuse
1. Insertthehandle leverintothehandle seathole andnexttightenthem.
2.Turnthehandle lever,checktheguideboardwhethermovefreely.
3.Connectpowerandopenmagnetdrillswitch,you cansee indicatorlighting,whichshow
magneticdrill isinworking condition.Useascrewdriverorironbarinthebottomofmagnetto
checkwhetherhavesuction.Openthe drill controlswitch,checkthedrill whetherworking.
Note:Whenmovingmagneticdrill,donotdragiton thegroundinordertopreventmagnet
damage.
ⅢSeveralworkingmethodsand precaution
1.Levelwork:
a. Movethemagnetdrillon theworksurface(Note:magnetcontactsurfaceshouldbecleanand
smooth, donothave iron debris)
b. Connectpowerand openmagnetic controlswitch,somagnetfirmlyattachon theworkplace.
c. Installrequireddrill,loosenthedialand tightenthetopscrews,turntherack,sothatthedrill
canaligntheholesand tightenthetop screw. Rotatesupporting bar.
d. Openthedrillcontrolswitch,sothedrillingprocess.(Note:Thefeedisgenerally0.55mm/r,so
nottoomuchforce inordertopreventoverload)
e. Whenprocessing complete, turnoff thecontrolswitchandmagnetcontrolswitchand pickup
magneticdrill fromworksurface.
2. Side work:(Note:Itneedstwoormorepeople operations,andsome people care)
a. Insertthe plugintopoweroutlet.
b.Liftthemagnetdrillandmakethemagnetattachedtheworksurface,openmagnetcontrol
switch,somagnetsuckedtheworksurface firmly.
c. Fastensafetyropeinordertopreventmagneticdrill suddendrop.
d.Install requireddrill,loosenthedialand tightenthetopscrews,turntherack,sothatthedrill
canaligntheholesand tightenthetop screw. Rotatesupporting bar.
e. Openthe drill controlswitch,sothedrillingprocess.(Note:Thefeedisgenerally0.55mm/r,so
nottoo muchforce, topreventoverload;Whenoperation,peopledonotstandunderthemagnet
drillinordertopreventa suddendropwoundingpeople.)
f.Whenprocessingcomplete, turnoffthecontrolswitchandmagnetcontrolswitchand pickup

Φ60, Φ80 use Morsetapersleeve 4#number. Inserttapershankintothe shaft.
3. Thedrill mustbesharp.Whendrill brake suddenly,youmustimmediatelyclosethedrill control
