Introduction
The Beale Street Audio Pendant Speaker Enclosures allow integrators
to easily install Beale Street Audio speakers into projects that do not
have a standard drop or drywall ceiling, for unprecedented sound quality,
consistency, and efficiency in both residential and commercial installations.
The Pendant Speaker Enclosures provide a solution for the award winning
and patented Beale Street Audio speakers with Sonic Vortex technology to
be used for pendants or surface mount solutions. Compatible with most
4-inch, 6.5-inch, and 8-inch Beale Street Audio in-ceiling speaker and
subwoofer models.
The innovative Pendant Speaker Enclosures are available in two different
sizes with either a white or black paintable enclosure, as well as paintable
grill, to allow for custom color-matching in any installation space. IP65
rated, the Pendant Speaker Enclosures are water, weather, and UV
resistant, offering further flexibility by making them ideal for either indoor
or outdoor projects.

Installation
Speaker wire must be run from the equipment or volume control location to
each potential speaker location. Choose a location for each speaker that is
free of obstructions or anything else that might not allow for the depth of
the speaker or create interference or noise.

1. At each speaker location, route the speaker cable hanging from the
ceiling through the top cover and dress the cables to the wire rope.
2. Unscrew the watertight grommet on the top of the can and slide the
speaker cables through the hole in the back cover. Screw on the cap to
make this a watertight connection
3. Strip the cable ends approximately 1/8” to 3/16”
4. Connect the wires from the amplifier or previous speaker to the supplied
terminal block
5. If mounting to the wall/ceiling with the mounting bracket, use the
appropriate hardware and securely attach to the wall or ceiling
6. If being used with our 70/100V speakers make sure to adjust the tap
settings on the back of the speaker prior to installing

The offset loop can be used for
additional support. Please
check your local safety codes.
NOTE: Make sure the speaker is properly secured to the building’s structure. Please use
the proper screws, bolts, or anchors as failure to do so may cause the speaker to become
unsecured and cause potential damages and injuries.

Limited Warranty
With the exceptions noted in the next paragraph, Vanco warrants to the original purchaser
that the equipment it manufactures or sells will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Should this product, in
Vanco’s opinion, prove defective within this warranty period, Vanco, at its option, will repair
or replace this product without charge. Any defective parts replaced become the property
of Vanco. This warranty does not apply to those products which have been damaged due to
accident, unauthorized alterations, improper repair, modifications, inadequate maintenance
and care, or use in any manner for which the product was not originally intended.
Items integrated into Vanco products that are made by other manufacturers, notably
computer hard drives and liquid crystal display panels, are limited to the term of the
warranty offered by the respective manufacturers. Such specific warranties are available
upon request to Vanco. A surge protector, power conditioner unit, or an uninterruptible
power supply must be installed in the electrical circuit to protect against power surges.
If repairs are needed during the warranty period, the purchaser will be required to provide
a sales receipt/sales invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase to the seller of this
equipment. The seller will then contact Vanco regarding warranty repair or replacement.

please have the Model Number, Serial Number (affixed to the bottom of the unit) and
Invoice available for reference during the call. Please read this Instruction Manual prior to
calling or installing this unit, since it will familiarize you with the capabilities of this product
and its proper installation. All active electronic products are 100% inspected and tested
to insure highest product quality and trouble-free installation and operation. The testing
process utilizes the types of high-definition sources and displays typically installed for
