2. Remove all hardware from the box and sort by size.
3. Check to see that all hardware and parts are present BEFORE assembling.
4. Ask a friend to assist you with the assembly of this furniture.
5. To avoid damage, assemble the product on a sturdy, level and protective surface.
6. Please wait until all steps are completed before fully tightening bolts.
7. Make sure all bolts are tightly fastened before the unit is used.

GENERAL INFORMATION, TIPS and TRICKS
This product is sold with one set of Tipping Restraint Hardware Kit. You must install the
Tipping Restraint Hardware between the wall and the TV Stand to prevent any accidents or
damages. When properly installed, this restraint can provide protection against the
unexpected tipping of the unit due to small tremors, bumps or climbing. The restraint is only a
deterrent and is not a substitute for proper adult supervision. Use of tip-over restraints may
only reduce, but not eliminate, the risk of tip-over.

IMPORTANT
Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat and
non-abrasive surface. You will need the parts identified on page 4, 5 and 6 of this instruction
manual.
NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED
OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.
Insert the Dowel at least half way by tapping lightly with a rubber mallet, IF NECESSARY.
CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION
HOW THE KNOCK DOWN (KD) ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Screw the Cam Bolt into the threaded inserts on the panel. Connect both panels together; making
sure Cam Bolt goes into the pre-drilled hole on the end of panel for Cam Lock.
2. Insert the Cam Lock into the pre-drilled large hole on the panel. Make sure the arrow on the face
of Cam Lock faces out and points towards Cam Bolt.
3. Take a Phillips screwdriver and rotate the Cam Lock clockwise to lock the Cam Bolt in place.
You are now ready to assemble the KD unit.

Drawer Assembling
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts.
2. Fasten one Drawer Back Panel (M) between the Drawer Left and Right Side Panels (N and O)
with four 32 mm Screws (6) and two M6 x 30 mm Wood Dowels (5).
NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels.

3. Fasten one Drawer Bottom Support (Q) to the Drawer Back Panel (M) with two 32 mm Screws
(6).

4. Slide one Drawer Bottom Panel (P) into the grooves between the Drawer Left and Right Side
Panels (N and O) until fully inserted into the groove of the Drawer Back Panel (M).

5. Securely screw five Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on one Drawer Front (L).
6. Fasten the Drawer Front (L) to the Drawer Left and Right Side Panels (N and O) and the
Drawer Bottom Support (Q) with three M6 x 30 mm Wood Dowels (5) and five Small Cam
Locks (1) (Refer to page 3 on Cam Lock system operation supplement). Make sure that the
Drawer Bottom Panel (P) fits securely into the groove of the Drawer Front (L).

7. Turn the assembled drawer upright. Attach one Handle and one Bake Plate (18) to the front
side of the Drawer Front (L) with the provided Handle Bolts (19).
8. Repeat the same process to assemble the other drawer.

9. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on the Top Panel (A), Back
Panel (C), Drawer Box Side Panels (F and H) and Drawer Box Front Panels (G and I) using a
Phillips screwdriver.
