G7 EXO’s Pump Module takes your area monitoring a step further. The optional four-channel pump system allows you to monitor up
to four areas sequentially from up to 30 metres away in each direction.

REMOVING DIFFUSION COMPONENTS
Before starting, place EXO in a dry, safe and non-hazardous environment. Disconnect any external charging source, such as the
trickle charger or solar panel.
1. Power o EXO. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the Diusion Cartridge Cover.
NOTE: The captive screws should stay attached to the Diusion Cartridge Cover. Once the cover is removed, store it in an
accessible location for converting back to EXO Diusion.
2. Pull the Cartridge out of its slot and set aside. You will put it back in place after completing the InstallingPumpComponents
section.
3. Place EXO on its side with the Diusion Module facing up and remove the screws from the module. Carefully lift the module
and detach it from the quick-connect. Once removed, store it with the Diusion Cartridge Cover.
4. Stand EXO upright. Remove the screws and washers from each side of the Diusion Chamber. Slide the chamber out from its
slot and detach it from EXO’s inlet tubing. Once removed, store it with the Diusion Cartridge Cover and Diusion Module.

INSTALLING PUMP COMPONENTS
1. Attach the Pump Gas Chamber’s coupling to EXO’s inlet tubing. Carefully push the
inlet tubing back into EXO’s interior. Slide the Pump Gas Chamber into its slot and
secure the chamber using the two washers and screws.
2. Check the tubing and attach the Pump Module:
a. Place EXO back on its side with the module opening facing up.
b. Check inside the module opening to see if the inlet tubing is crimped. If
necessary, gently adjust the loop past the tube clamp to elongate the loop.
c. Using the quick-connect, attach the Pump Module to EXO.
d. Tuck the tubing under EXO’s internal frame while lowering the module inside
EXO. Make sure the tubing is not pinched between the module and EXO’s frame.
When ush, secure with the previously removed screws.
WARNING:The Pump Module is designed to lay ush with the opening. Forcing
the module into place may cause damage to EXO.
3. Stand EXO upright and reinsert the Cartridge that was previously removed in the
Removing Diusion Components section.
4. Use the four M4 screws provided in the kit to attach the Pump Cartridge Cover to
the front enclosure.

CONNECTING TUBING AND DOCK FILTERS, AND ENABLING INLETS
1. Connect the tubing to the Dock Filter’s Syringe top. Ensure the tubing is secure and has a tight t to avoid leakage.
NOTE: Blackline Safety recommends using the Dock Filter to help gas ow and for optimal pump functionality.
2. Insert and twist the coupling to connect the Dock Filter to one of the four EXO inlets.
3. Using the up, down and OK buttons to navigate, select Main Menu > Gas options > Inlet settings.
4. Enable the connected inlet by selecting ON. EXOnow has pump functionality.
