Important Warnings and Cautions
Failure to read, understand and follow instructions can result in serious injury, damage to equipment or
voiding equipment warranty.
Improper installation can result in serious personal injury or death. Ensure that the mounting surface can
support a weight factor of four times the combined total weight of the equipment and the mount. If not,
reinforcement of the mounting surface will be necessary before installing the mount.
It is the installer's responsibility to make sure that the mounting surface and the subsurface is free and
clear of all electrical wires, plumbing and gas pipes. Failure to provide adequate clearance of all electrical
wires and pipes can result in serious personal injury or death.
Mount and equipment exceeding a combined weight of 50 lbs can result in damage to the support
structure, the mount, the equipment and may cause personal injury.

mounts for any purpose other than for the purpose for which it has been designed.
Business Machine Security, Inc. is not responsible for damage, or injury that may result in the use of any
unauthorized modifications or attachment.
Proper safety gear (Goggles, Glasses & Gloves) and practices should be adhered to at all times
throughout the installation process.
Do not install the mount near any heat source or air conditioning vent which may be prone to vibration.

Attaching TV to Mount

1. Hold TV firmly at each side and align the attached Inner Rails with the Outer Rails.
2. Slide the top end of Grid Plate inwards into Receiving Tray then push bottom into
tray and slowly slide down into place.
3. Place Cylinder Lock into housing and turn clockwise to secure. Do not over tighten.

1. Remove grid plate from receiving tray by turning cylinder lock counter clockwise until
free from housing. Push grid plate upwards until bottom portion is clear from receiving
tray and pull out and down.
2. Locate center of wall studs. (NOTE: If studs are not 16" on centers, backing or internal
wall plate may be needed)
3. Place level on top of receiving tray to determine placement.
4. With a pencil, mark location of the holes to be drilled.
5. Drill 1/4" pilot holes in center of wall stud in each marked location.
6. Insert lag bolts and SAE washers into pilot holes, using 9/16" wrench to loosely tighten.
7. Level the receiving tray and then securely tighten the lag bolts.

1. Turn TV upside down and place it flat on a soft cloth or packaging material. Be sure
that area is a level and sturdy surface.
2. Align Grid Plate with the VESA hole pattern on back of TV, place fender washers over
each mounting insert and attach machine screws with Phillips head screw driver.(DO
NOT OVERTIGHTEN as this can cause serious damage to the TV)
