Take the divider panel and align the dowels and cam
studs on the centre of the base and top panels. Fit
these top and base panels to the divider panel.
Place all cam studs and wooden dowels into the pre-drilled
holes of matching size. The unit must be assembled on a rm
smooth surface to avoid damaging the panels. You can use an
electric screwdriver to screw the cam studs into place.

On the side panels, measure 90mm in from the edge on the long
side and 30mm in from the edge on the short side. Mark where
these two measurements intersect. Using a sharp nail, mark a
pilot hole for drilling. Do the same on both ends of the panel.
Tighten the cams each side to secure the base
and top panels.
Place the wine rack, aligning the pilot holes and
screw the rack to the panel. Repeat this for the
second panel.

Now align the joined dividing panel, base panel and top panel to one of the side panels (include S) with wine
rack attached, ensuring that is the one with a dowel on the long edge that corresponds with the space for the
back panel. Align the dowels and t together. Tighten the cams on both sides.
The back panel is pre-drilled only on the edges, to
align with the dowels on the side panels. Slide this
panel between the base and top panels, align the
dowels and press to t.
Position the second side panel with the tted wine
rack and align the dowels and cam studs. Push
down and secure.
Tighten all cams.
