• Use the pump only as directed by your healthcare provider.
Failure to use the pump according to your healthcare provider’s
instructions may interfere with your treatment.
• Patients using the pump on their own, or individuals responsible
for helping patients to use it, must be instructed in its proper use.
Patients must not use the pump on their own if they have not been
properly instructed.
• This pump has been prescribed for you only, as part of your
treatment. Do not let others use it.
• Federal (USA) law restricts this device to sale by or on the order
of a physician.
