Soft inserts
Step 01:
Check the delivery for completeness. (parts list)
Step 02:
Required tools and materials: Cordless drilling machine, drilling machine, plumb, spirit level, Allen key (3, 4 and 5, included in tool
set BO 5104734), UV cleaner, glass cleaner, paper towels, setting and distance blocks, marking pen. Mounting hardware provided by
customer, depending on floor characteristics. Please use appropriate countersunk screws and dowels according to the drill holes in the
profile. Parting tool for stainless steel (chop saw with suitable blade for stainless steel, angle grinder).
Step 03:
All parts must be mounted horizontally and vertically.
Step 04:
Remove one of the stoppers incl. base plate from the top guide profile.
Step 05:
Trim the guide profile on the side without stopper to the desired length. Then fix the complete stopper to the guide profile again
according to the drawing below. Two additional countersunk holes are needed for repositioning the stoppers. (7 mm distance from the
end of the profile and 80 mm distance between drill holes)
Step 06:
Trim the bottom running profile to the same length. Tip: In case you would like to
additionally drill into the profile, you can make required bore holes now and
countersink them subsequently.

Step 07:
Determine the position of the sliding door and mark the ceiling accordingly to fix the top guide profile. For this purpose use all bore
holes in the running track.
Step 08:
Mark the fixed sidelight profile in the same way with a distance between drill holes of 32 mm. The sidelight can be mounted in the
following positions (see sketch).
Step 09:
After drilling the holes and mounting the top guide profiles, determine the position of the bottom running profiles with a plumb. Make
sure that the centres of both profiles are positioned vertically on top of each other.
Step 10:
The bottom running profile is usually only bonded. For this purpose it comes with a pre-applied double-sided adhesive tape. Clean the
part of the floor where the profile will be bonded with BOHLE UV cleaner BO 5107910. Remove the protective film of the double-sided
adhesive tape, position the running profile and press it on briefly but firmly. If this is not possible, the running profile can also be screw
fixed, see point 11.

Step 11:
Alternatively, the running profile can be drilled in the centre. In this case the drill hole must be countersunk according to the screw
(screw heads must not protrude).
Step 12:
Screw fix the bottom fixed sidelight profile.
Step 13:
Clean the top and bottom fixed sidelight profiles and insert distance blocks (min. 8 mm) into the lower profile.
Step 14:
Mounting the fixed sidelight: Insert the upper glass sidelight into the upper profile, lift it over the bottom profile and rest the glass
onto the distance blocks. Align the pane horizontally. Insert the supplied rubber seals on both sides of the top and bottom profiles for
fixing the glass pane. Bond the supplied end caps to the ends of the profiles via the pre-applied double-sided adhesive tape.
Step 15:
Bonding the felt glides: Clean the surface to be bonded with Bohle UV cleaner BO 5107910. Bond the felt glides flush to the arris of
the glass edge onto the glass surface. Please observe a distance of 45 mm to the cut-out. Make sure that the felt glides do not protru-
de the running profile after bonding.
Step 16:
Clean the drill holes with BOHLE UV cleaner BO 5107910.
Step 17:
When mounting the rollers in the following, keep in mind the position of the fixing screws,
e.g. whether they should face the room depending on the application type.
Step 18:
Remove the centre screw from the
roller. Remove the lateral outer
parts of the roller and loosen the 3
inner screws. Then disassemble the
interior part of the roller.

Step 19:
The rollers are pre-assembled for 10 mm glass. When working with 12mm glass, please use the supplied thinner inserts. Insert the
required inserts into the cleaned drill hole.
Step 20:
Introduce the inner parts of the roller into the drill holes and screw fix the rings with the 3 inner screws. Uniformly tighten the screw
with 5 Nm.
Step 21:
Now put the outer lateral parts back onto the rollers. Tighten the centre screw with 5 Nm.
Step 22:
By turning the rollers, check whether the two outer parts of the rollers have been mounted parallel. If one or both of the two lateral
parts have not been mounted correctly, loosen the centre screw, align both parts accordingly and fix the centre screw again with
5 Nm.
Step 23:
Clean the top guide profile, the bottom running profile and the rollers from contamination which might have occurred during mounting.
Step 24:
Introduce the upper edge of the door into the upper guide profile, lift the door over the bottom guide profile and put it down. Keep in
mind the felt glides on the upper edge of the door when introducing it into the profile.
Step 25:
Stoppers have been pre-assembled for the indicated glass cut-outs. If the position of the stoppers has to be changed later on, comple-
tely loosen the Allen screw, relocate the loose part into one of the drill holes and fix it again.
Step 26:
Vertical adjustment of the door - Before setting, ensure that the door does not fall, then remove the front cover. Gently loosen the M5
screws but do not remove them, rotate the inner wheel in the ‚+ direction‘ to raise the door or in ‚- direction‘ to lower the door. With
that we adjust the vertical line of the door. When we adjust the door, then tighten the M5 screws until the end and return the cap on
the wheel.
