INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1Please, be sure to connect in a 110 volt/ 230 volt power source.
2Select the heating temperature according to thickness and plastic type.
• Thickness of plastic fine until 1.5 mm.
• •Thickness of plastic fine until 2 mm.
• ••Thickness of plastic hard with more than de 2 mm.
3Choose the type of staple and positioned it in the electrode.
4Apply the staple above the inner side of the area to be repaired.
5Press the start button and press on the staple until be correctly inserted in the plastic
material to repair.
6Release the button and wait a few seconds until the staple is cool.
7Repeat the operation to complete the repair work.
8Cut the excess of the staples with the pliers included in the kit.

SPECIAL WARNINGS AND PRECAUIONS FOR USE
For your security, please read this manual carefully.
The staple inserted in the electrodes during the soldering phase, the temperature can rise
to over 500ºC.
Pay close attention; an incorrect handling can cause serious burns and initiate a fire.
• Use appropriates heat resistant gloves during the working time.
• Before introduce the staple, be sure that the electrodes are cold.
• Do not touch the staple during the warm-up phase.
• Do not use in the presence of flammable fuel.
• Do not use with wet hands.
• Do not use in environment wet.
• Wait after use.
• This product has specially been developed for plastic repairing.
• The KIT UNIPLAST should be used only with the original consumable.
• Welding consumable FU0.6, FU0.8, FS0.6, FS0.8, FV0.8, FM0.7
