Assembly Instructions
Step 1. Remove the 8 existing fasteners for holding down the floor mat as shown
below.

Step 2:
2A. Assemble Rear Left Riser with one of the two Rear Floor Brackets with a 3/8-16
UNC X 2.5, a lock washer and flat washer. Also assemble the Rear Right Riser with
the other Rear Floor Bracket.
2B. Place the Rear Left Riser and the Rear Right Riser into the vehicle directly over
the 4 rear holes. Then place an M8x1.25 x 50 Hex head fastener with a 5/16 lock
washer and 5/16 flat washer into the 4 holes that are located nearest the back of the
vehicle as shown below. Vehicle floor is shown for reference in this step. See
Exploded View 1 for stack up. Only tighten fasteners finger tight for now.

Step 3A. Assemble the Middle Riser and both of the Middle Floor Brackets with a
3/8-16 UNC X 2.5, a lock washer and flat washer.
Step 3B. Assemble the Front Riser and both of the Front Floor Brackets with a 3/8-16
UNC X 2.5, a lock washer and flat washer.
Step 3C. Place the Middle Riser and the Front Riser into the vehicle directly over the 4
holes just ahead of the Rear Risers. Then place an M8x1.25 x 50 Hex head fastener
with a 5/16 lock washer and 5/16 flat washer into those 4 holes. Vehicle floor is
shown for reference in this step. See Exploded View 2 for the stack up. Only tighten
fasteners finger tight for now.

Step 4. Place the 30 Lite Side Rails onto the Rear Risers and place a 3/8-16 x .75”
UNC Hex head fastener with a lock washer and a flat washer into each of the eight
designated holes as shown below. See Exploded View 3 for stack up. Only tighten
fasteners finger tight for now.

Step 5: Place an End Bracket (REP-05) onto each end of the 30-Lite Side Rails as
shown below. Then place a 3/8-16 x .75” UNC Hex head fastener with a lock washer
and a flat washer into each of the eight designated holes as shown below. See
Exploded View 4 for stack up. Only tighten fasteners finger tight for now.
Step 6: Place a Center Support (RCP-04) on the underside of the 30-Lite Side Rails
as shown below. Then place a 3/8-16 x .75” UNC Hex head fastener with a lock
washer and a flat washer through both parts and capture it on the underside with a
3/8-16 UNC Hex nut as shown below. See Exploded View 5 for stack up. Only tighten
fasteners finger tight for now.

Step 7: Place the 27 Lite Side Rails onto the Rear Risers and place a 3/8-16 x .75”
UNC Hex head fastener with a lock washer and flat washer into each of the eight
designated holes. See Exploded View 6 for the stack up. Only tighten fasteners
finger tight for now.
Step 8: Place an End Bracket (REP-05) onto each end of the 27-Lite Side Rails as
shown below. Then place a 3/8-16 x .75” UNC Hex head fastener with a lock washer
and a flat washer into each of the eight designated holes. See Exploded View 7 for
the stack up. Only tighten fasteners finger tight for now.

Step 9: Place a Center Support (RCP-04) on the underside of the 27-Lite Side Rails
as shown below. Then place a 3/8-16 UNC Hex head fastener with a lock washer and
flat washer into each of the four designated slots through both parts and captured on
the underside with a 3/8-16 UNC Hex nut. See Exploded View 8 for the stack up.
Only tighten fasteners finger tight for now.
Step 10: Prior to tightening everything down, use a tape measure to square
everything up according to the vehicle. Use the 9/16” box end wrench to tighten the
fasteners to approximately 30 lb.-ft.
Step 11: The Redi Rack is ready to have the 24” removable masts into their proper
locations as shown below.
