1. Introduction
CMSE series GPS Tracker is a security product based on GPS and GSM network.
It can send car's coordinate to your mobile phone, lock/unlock your car, disconnect
fuel circuit, voice monitoring, send SOS, etc. With this module's assistance, your
car is protected and managed under a better security.
CMSE-VH is simple tracker without GPRS network connection.
CMSE-V2/CMSE-V2L can share Cloud-Service with GPRS network. It allows you
to manage and control your car on website or by Android/iPhone App.

4.1 Voice Monitor: Make a direct phonecall to get voice monitor.
4.2 Start Master Option: Set DIP-2 “ON“ to enable working with Push Start System.

To realize basic GPS functions, the minimal connections are required:
Port 11 (ACC) Port 15 (GND) Port 16 (12V+)
No need to connect Port 4, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14 if working with Push Start System.
6. Warm Suggestion
1. The product must be installed by professional vehicle technician. Ensure the
power voltage is less than 16V before installation. If it is higher than 16V (for
example truck-24V), please ask your dealer to make some tuning.
2. The main unit should be installed at hidden position which avoids water, far
away from heat source and electric device.
3. GPS antenna should be fixed to face sky without metallic shield. GSM antenna
should be fixed far away from main unit without metallic shield.
4. Main cable connection: Make them hidden and fixed firmly to avoid man-made
damage. Test them by multimeter after installation.
5. Initialization: After powered 30 seconds, the GSM works, configure it by SMS.
6. Do not forget to configure the APN parameter if you want to access internet and
Cloud-Service (APP, Website, SMS Street information, etc.)

7. Car Secretary Cloud Service
*Cloud Service is not available for CMSE-VH GPS Tracker.
Please ask your dealer for a Car Secretary account. The dealer will ask for yearly
service fee for each device.

7.2 Car Secretary App Management
Download software at http://www.carsecretary.com/home/en for Android and
iPhone (root version) Apps. If your iPhone has not root yet, please download it at
App Store by searching key word “Car Secretary”.
The App for Android and iPhone is a little different on interface.
